Can't add contact by double click when forwarding mail

After installing Maverick on my imac I can no longer double click contacts to forward email, I have to clck the to button every time. Does any one know how to change it back.

I'm facing this same issue, too!
The contact in question has a Skype name that starts with the letter Z.
Is there any possible significance to that?
I was able to add several other people to the group call, from laptop and desktop.
But when I try to add this one specific contact, her name does not appear in the list.
When I go back to my main contact list, she's there.
Say what?!
Help, please.

than when i start to move the contacts from old mobile to iphone (using the microsim) i receive the same crash
in disgnosis e use i saw 2 dump with this title 'latestCrash-Preferences.plist and LatestCrash.plist. in each file the date is the same and i read:
Exception Tyle: EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)
Exception code: 0x00000000, 0x00000000
Chrashed Thread: 6
in thread 6: name: Dispatch queue:
com.apple.addressBookUI.ContactsSettingPlugin
and thaan a lot of data.
Have you any idea?

Hi, try this...
If nothing is showing in the Toolbar at top, click the little gray oval at top right.
Right click or Control+click on the Toolbar, choose Customize Toolbar, drag the Send button to the Toolbar.

It seems your trackpad isn't working as you expect it to. Have you reviewed the trackpad settings in System Preferences? The following article provides trackpad setting details which may help:

i don't know what's going on, but my trackpad can't open file with double click. i have to open it with right click, open or open with. i've tried to fix it in the system preferences, it didn't work out well.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the + box". Is that a feature on one of your toolbars?

Go to the right side of the list view and place your cursor over the edge until it turns into a double arrow, then click and drag to the left.
If using the Classic layout, go to the bottom of the screen and after getting the double arrow, click and drag up.
