Can't Import in anything else then m4a 128 kbps

Obviously, this quality ***** and I can't seem to find the place to set it to import my music in higher quality. Before I know I went to Preferences, then Advanced, then Import, but now it seems that when I go to advanced the option isn't there anymore (the tab for burning isn't there anymore too). The itunes help section says that those sections are still there... yet obviously they aren't on my computer. Any idea, solution ?

If you are using iTunes 8 some of the preferences have been move around and are in a different location to iTunes 7. In iTunes 8 go to Edit>Preferences>General and click on the "Import Settings" button.

Firefox TripAdvisor comes up on desktop. I can't get to anything else. How do I get rid of it.

There are no details!!! When I click on my Mozilla Icon on desktop I get this miserable screen from TripAdvisor, whatever that is. I want it GONE. I can't get to my email or anything else. Another thing you can do is open up Firefox, click on the Firefox button, then click on "Add-ons", then click on Extensions. It is possible there is a trip-advisor addon that you have installed that you can disable or remove.
Also, click on Start, then control panel, then "Programs and Features". See if you have trip-advisor listed in there.
A few other basic trouble shooting tips and good things to do to ensure you are getting the best performance are:
Run all Windows Updates, install all needed service packs, etc.

I am unfamiliar with the recovery manager. Here are two guesses.
-- Is system profiler around? It will tell you your serial number.

You serial number will appear after Boot ROM. Do not copy hear.
--- The newer machines include a recovery partition. Perhaps looking around recovery manager would reveal something.

Can time capsule be used for anything else than a backup?

Just wondering if my time capsule which is 2T can be used for anything else other than as backup. As a router it is working great and as backup no problems. However, for example can I use Apple TV with it.

I can't import enums for some reason

In a class I made, I can't seem to import an enum. Eclipse tells me "The import de.game.ground.Constants.Board cannot be resolved." Board is the name of my enum sitting in the class Constants.
What's so weird is that other classes have imported the enum and are using it just fine. But for some reason this one class won't. These classes are all in the same packet. What's up with that? It makes no sense to me that other classes can import it, but I get an error message trying to import it to this class.
After some googling, I tried adding import java.util.*, even though the other classes didn't need it, but that didn't seem to make a difference. I also made sure my "compiler compliance" is set to 1.6. I can't think of anything else to try.

Flex Builder 4.5 Premium license not working for automation - anything else to try?

So I'm getting the message when I try to record/run a test that the "License not present. With the trial verison only limited replays are allowed." I have a valid license key for Flash Builder 4.5 premium edition. I have read many forums on this subject but none of them help me. I compile my project either using Flash Builder 4.5 or an ant script invoking mxmlc. I have modified my flex-config.xml to include "flashbuilder45", and my given serial number with and without dashes (and other combinations). I do not have a license.properties file. I'm not sure what else I can do. I have already reinstalled Flash Builder 4.5. I am now trying Flash Builder 4.6 with the same results. This serial number is a group one good for 5 boxes. My next step is to request a replacement serial number from Adobe, since I can't think of anything else that could be wrong with my setup.

1. It is a premium which I can see when I view "My Products" on this adobe site. I can enable Network monitor and when I do my application hangs (I've read a bit on how to get this working properly, but I don't need it)

However I have read conflicting reports about this. At any rate I do not have a license.properties file, which I assume was discounted after flex builder 3.x.

Can iTunes Import Nokia DRM Protected Music Files

I have 10000s of downloads from Nokia's Comes With Music / Ovi Music Unlimited. Ignoring the issues over the 25k limit, these are DRM protected downloads runnable from Nokia phones and any computer I nominate with a 90 day period before allowing a reswitch. Will iTunes Match recognise the Nokia DRM protected music files and give me a DRM free product at a higher bitrate?

You won't be able to match non-Apple DRM downloads - you'd have to find a way to strip the DRM off first. For example, Rhapsody had recommended ripping their protected DRM files by burning to CD (as well as Yahoo! Music and Walmart) so that way the DRM layer would be removed at the expense of sound quality. I'm not sure how this service works but iTunes probably won't be able to import them as-is.
You probably don't even need to subscribe to iTM to test this - just install iTunes and try to import the files - if you can't import them into iTunes, then iTM definitely won't work.

Itunes let me buy a song, but now wont let me buy anything else. How do I delete the song from my billing receipt so I can start updating my apps again?? PLEASE HELP

I had gotten a gift card with around $20 on it so I decided to buy some songs. I had bought a few, then I bought the last song, and now iTunes wont allow me to update my apps, or let me download any other apps because apparently I have $0 on my card; The weird part about that is it let me keep the song, but wont let me get anything else regardless of the charge. It sounds like have an HDMI to VGA adapter connecting your MacBook Pro and your projector but the screen on your computer goes black and no image appears on the projector. I would use the troubleshooting in the following article to help resolve or isolate the issue here, named:
Apple computers: Troubleshooting issues with video on internal or external displays
Try unplugging the video adapter or cable and then plug it back in.
If more than one video adapter is in use (or "daisy-chained"), troubleshoot by using only one adapter.
Example: A mini DisplayPort to DVI adapter connected to a DVI to HDMI adapter is an unsupported configuration because there is a series of adapters in use.
If available, try using a different display and or adapter (or use a different connector by using DVI instead of VGA, for instance).
Reset the system
You can reset the Mac's parameter RAM and SMC.
Reset the resolution
Start by resetting the Mac's parameter RAM. If the display does not come up, was previously set to an unsupported resolution, and still results in no video:
Start up in Safe Mode.
From the Apple () menu, choose System Preferences.
Choose Displays from the View menu to open the preferences pane.
Select any resolution and refresh rate that your display supports.
Restart your computer.

Airplay is a wireless streaming protocol. It allows content to be pushed from the iPad through the Apple TV onto your connected HDTV.
If she wants to see the iPad displayed on the big screen and/or play games that involves mirroring. As long as it's an iPad 2 (or later) then you will be fine. More info on both has been referened below

Can I make a DVD using Quicktime or anything else in my arsenal?

First off I apologize for m idiocracy in posting this in "Quicktime for Windows" before this as I simply was noy paying any attention, also, please forgive me what I am about to ask has been discussed, but I didn't find any answers in my searching so here goes: How can I make a DVD that will play in TV set DVD players? Do I need any alternate programs or possibly an upgrade to Quicktime Pro?
Heres the situation I have that way, with any luck, you'll understand what and I am trying to do (and hopefully tell me it's a rather easy process): I have a friend that has a bunch of skate videos available for download on his personal web page....turns out those downloads are .mgp and they play through Quicktime. Now what I want to do is take those said videos and make them into a DVD I can watch in any player. Is this possible with Quicktime, iDVD, or anything else that came standard with my new Macbook or do I need another program? Sorry, I'm a new Mac user.

If you have do do many then buy Toast 8 Titanium and use them directly in Toast and skip first making a QT version then turning around and making yet another version. Which avoid compressing the clips twice as well. MPEG-1 is a very low quality codec so I would not compress the clips once to QT and again to iDVD.
Also iDVD is fussy and takes forever, Toast isn't and doesn't.
