Can two cluster run on single role

HI TEAM,
i want to know if the below case is possible or not.
CASE 1:
Can 2 clusters run over a same Role or not ? IF yes what will be the default network name of the 2nd cluster. will it be like [cluster name 2] I tried creating 2 client access point on same role and it works and shows that they
are under same cluster.
if its possible to create 2 cluster over same role, what can be the default network name of that, because i observed that for the 1st access point or cluster the default network name was [cluster name]

Hi sidhanttiwari,
Base on my experience, you can add two same role to a cluster, you also can customize this roles name as the first role. You can not create two cluster role with same name
but you can add multi IP address to the same client access point.

    Hello All,
    I wanted to Merge two iviews with in a single role.Consider the below example.
    See, i have a role called "Role A"(TLN1 Entry) and i have two url views( iView1 and iView2) which needs to be added and it should fall under the as TLN2 entry.
    Now i have two set of groups( Group A and Group B) , if i add this role to these two groups, users who all are part of "Group A" should see the "iView1" and users who all are part of "Group  B" should see the "iView2".
    I have read some help documentation, but i could understood the concept of merging.But i would like to know, how this can be achieved.

    I am clear now. But one thing which i would like to know, is there any possibility, if these two iviews are assigned to a single role, and this roles is assigned to two groups, basically group A and group B,  only one group of people can should see Iview1 and other group of people should see iview2.( As per i know, access can be organized via roles, but still i wanted to check with you is there any provision where i can achieve this.

  • Running Multiple SQL in a Single Worksheet: Can I Selectively Run a Single SQL and Append Output?

    In any release of SD, if I have a single worksheet containing 10 sqls. Is it possible to place the cursor on any of the sql and run only that sql, yet, append its output to existing output window. I can then select another sql and execute it and keep appending output. In other words, do not clear existing output or start a new output tab.
    As it exists today (in any release), I can either 'run script' which does append, but it executes all the sql (non-selective). Alternately, I can 'run statement' to selectively run a single sql, but it will clear the output window (or if pinned), start a new one. None of this is what I want.

    Select the query you want to run. Execute it via F5. Then highlight the next query and repeat.
    The output will append to the Script Output panel.
    There's no way to get 2 queries to share a grid, unless you were to run them as a single query a la UNION.

    Every one is quite right you can not install SBS2008 on both machines. Only 1 server on a network can have SBS on it.
    However all you need for the second file only server is Server 2008 (it doesn't need to be SBS)
    Things to investigate
    1. If you have a license for SBS2008 you may run Server 2008 on other servers with no additional client licenses (if you install server 2008R2 or higher on a second or more servers, you will need both SBS2008 and Server 2008R2 client licenses for each user)
    So client licenses are sorted
    2. If you already have 2 copies of SBS2008 for install, you may find you can downgrade SBS2008 to server 2008 (you will need to double check this, but generally means you can install Server 2008 without having to spend the extra money as you already have
    paid for the SBS2008)
    3. You may find a old retail copy of Server 2008 on ebay you can buy
    Generally the solution to this is, SBS2008 goes on the most powerful server, and is set up as the domain controller, exchange etc.... then on the second server you just install Server 2008 and join it to the domain to be controlled by SBS2008 server, you
    don't need to worry about extra CALS, as long as you stay Server 2008 or under
    You then set up this second server independently with backups, shadowcopies and shared folders
    Group policies for both are configured on the SBS box so you can set up predefined mapping etc
    The difficulty you will have is obtaining the old software
    If you uses SBS2011 you can use Server 2008R2 and before with no additional CALS
    CALS relate to the core OS used, in SBS2008 it is 2008 in SBS 2011 it is 2008R2

    Is it possible for two different users to concurrently update an iWork document (pages/numbers/presentation) that resides on the iCloud?

    That I don't know swithout testing.
    My suspicion is that both users probably can open the same document but there will be conflicts when saving. Last one in gets to overwrite the others work.
    There is nothing in place that I know of that arbitrates access.

    You can add the as many single roles but you cannot add the Composite Roles in Composite Role.

    and, based on my own experience, is the WORST way of achieving high availability of an LDAP Directory Service and an almost GRANTED way to get replication issues in your topology (lock, split, re-init, etc...).
    Please use instead the 'application-level' clustering that you get out of the box with the Multi-Master Replication.

              I have a MacBook older model with me.I am running 10.7.6 on that, I was trying to use BootCamp to install windows on my mac. Since BootCamp can only work on a single Volume, I partitioned my Hard Disk to one volume.
    Using BootCamp I installed windows and everything worked fine. After installing windows and testing everything, I switched back to OS X and this time I tried to make another partition on my single portioned Mac volume and named it Backup. That too worked. Now I have three Volumes
    1)Development2)Backup3)BootCamp.
    Next when I switched to Windows, It should the classic error, No Bootable device found, please insert a Bootable CD and press any key. When I tried to enter my Mac OS X install DVD and by pressing option key, it does not show me the proper Mac OS X development volume. It keeps going back to the No bootable device found message.
    Any help will be much appreciated

    you can't add a partition in between - you put Windows to a new partition number.
    GPT (GUID)
    EFI
    Mac HFS
    Lion Recovery
    Windows
    And now you have two HFS
    One partition and one Windows (plus Lion Recovery).
    If you were to have more, it can't be before Windows for one thing.

  • We have two users that have been using Creative Cloud for almost a year. Recently, sometime in the last 4ish weeks, the users can no longer run Creative Cloud apps. (Yes, our subscription is paid.) Error simply says administrator access is required

    We have two users that have been using Creative Cloud for almost a year. Recently, sometime in the last 4ish weeks, the users can no longer run Creative Cloud apps. (Yes, our subscription is paid.) Error simply says administrator access is required to install. The apps have already been installed. The users cannot run them unless they are in the local admin group.Using "Run as admin" does not work. It gives the same error.
    I have opened a case with adobe support and was basically told to suck it up and put the users in the admin group. Actually, what was said was that it is "mandated that the users have administrative rights". 
    There are a couple of things wrong with this. It was working for both users until recently - a recent required creative cloud update. The users have never been local admins yet the apps were working (poorly, but working).
    We are in an enterprise environment and users simply do not have administrative rights on the computers.
    I have changed permissions on all adobe folders, granting users or authenticated users modify or full control rights, did the same in whatever Adobe registry HKLM keys I could find. Nothing has allowed the users to run the apps - unless they are put in the local admin group.
    Someone has to have a fix for this. Adobe apps have proved to have far too many vunerabilities to even entertain the idea of elevating user rights. I can't imagine that enterprise environments are allowing this.
    Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your response. The users in question are "standard" domain users. We do not reduce users permissions below the standard level.
    The apps do not load with their current standard user permissions.
    The thing that makes this odd, is that up until recently they did this issue with cloud apps. The only way I can make it work for them now is to put them in the local administrator group on their pc's - which is not going to happen.
    This is what they now see. As I said before, this was not a problem up until recently they would see all their available apps. If I put them in the local admin group the apps are listed without having to install. Everything is there, just not accessible to the user.

    you can achieve it thro CMIR in T code VD51
    Go to T code VD51 choose that customer and material combination and click on to its details blue lens on application tool bar
    In the screen which is coming ,enter your description in the CUSTOMER DESCRIPTION tab the second one and save
    Now create a sales order and see
    Your requirement will be fulfilled
    If a material is pen description is ball pen in material master and for customer A you have defined it as Pen 1 and description as Super ball pen in VD51
    If a material is pen description is ball pen in material master and for customer B  you have defined it as Pen 1 and description as  VerySuper ball pen in VD51
    Now in sales order the description will appear as Super ball pen for Customer A
    Now in sales order the description will appear as Very Super ball pen for Customer B
    Hence the material pen whose description is ball pen in MMR will appear as super ball pen for customer A and very super ball pen for customer B
    Hope you have checked the field info record in VOV8
    I have tried this tested this and getting it

    U can use one script in diffrent programs.
    Yea u can do it in NACE transaction.
    procedure would b as foloows:-
    1.NACE
    2.Select the apllication
    3.Output types (press tab).
    4.again selet the output type which u require
    5.then press "procedure routines"
    here u can give the program name and fom name.
