Can you assign variables to question pools?

I am trying to segment a quiz by topic. For example, create a 50 question quiz with 5 sections, 10 questions each. Each section would be randomly populated via question pools. The point of this is to make sure there is an adequate spread of the topics covered. What I want to do is determine a score by section to display on the results screen. So, if someone gets 3 out of 10 questions correct in a given section, can I display on the results slide "Section 2: 30%" for example?
I really do not want to give people the ability to review the questions (in case they need to retake the quiz) but I want to be able to tell them the areas in which they struggled so they know what to go back and study. Can anyone help?

If you are working with CP4, I would make a project for each section. The results slide will not need any change, since it will be showing the results for that section. You can add a comment on each results slide, triggered by the result (action based on the variable 'cpQuizInfoTotalQuizPoints'). You can merge all the projects using the Aggregator. There are certainly other ways of realizing this, I'm just offering one idea.

Can you assign a keystroke to a hot corner?
For example, I want to assign option-D (toggles something in some app I use) to a hot corner.

This would be like executing any program with a combination of buttons. It's going to depend on your operaating system. My guess would be that most operating systems aren't going to make it easier to 'take over' keystrokes because that could interfere with the operation of some programs. For example, if you have MSWord up on your screen, it is quietly listening for a bunch of keys Alt-F, ctrl-x, crtl-o, ctrl-p....
You might be able to find some kind of program like this, but it's not going to be java specific.

Can you assign a Window grab or snapshot (Shift+Command+4) folder?

I am using ShiftCommand4 for capturing a picture of a window or section of the screen.
I was wondering if I can select a folder to save the pictures to. Where are the preferences for this feature?
Are there preferences? Can you assign a folder or do they have to go to the desktop.

When you save , it goes to the last location you saved to, so choose your folder, save a shot to there, and it will go to that folder next time.

Maxl - can you use variables in iferror statements

A quick one:
Can you use variables when doing error handling? I assume the answer is yes, but just wanted to make sure.
example:
set app1 = Test;
set app1_db1 = Test;

I am putting error handling into my script and want to double check before I go about making the alterations.

You don't need to split the files. Create a Maxl with parameters and then call it in a bat file.
In the bat you can then check for Error.

You can go to appleid.apple.com, sign in, click on password and security and if you have a rescue email on file you can select to send an email to reset them. If the option is not there you will need to visit expresslane.apple.com to request to have them reset.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
