Can you have a DIAdem file embedded in a web app and then when you click the link to the DIAdem file it invokes DIAdem?

I will keep in touch with the current Applications Engineer who will be assisting you with this issue and update the forum with the status of the problem. I personally think that your best option would be to create a link that opens DIAdem and then runs a script to load the data from a predetermined file (Rather than a link to the file itself).

Both Mail and Safari have Activity Options that open a screen that shows you just how the site or mail is loading.
In Safari if you are having trouble with a site in activity you will see the count of items being downloaded - and if an error occurs it shows red.
On the top is the number of items it is loading or trying to load and the count should be increasing. If the count stops, and you don't have errors it may be that too many people are going after the same site and your request just timed out. Have had the time out on a news site when trying to load a most popular article.

A "quick" fix that worked for me was to uninstall Adobe... then download the base install for Adobe Reader 11.0.
Then download each of the individual updates and run them sequentially.
I've installed back up to the last security update which is version 08 and have been able to do normal Save As operations.
You will have to disable automatic updates in order to stay at version 08 until Adobe resolves this issue in a later release.

Apps (like other synced media like music) are not included in the backup that iTunes makes. Thus, restoring from backup if the apps are not in the iTunes library there are no apps to restore to the iPod.
Redownload the apps into your iTunes library.
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
And then restore from backup.
Make sure that in iTunes>Preferences>Devices the box that say "Prevent iPods..." is checked otherwise when you connect the iPod to the computer the previous backup (with your app data) might be overwritten.

Every now and then when I log in to hotmail the program will open, all my e-mails are there but I can't open any of them. At the same time everything opens just fine on Chrome. Eventually the problem on Mozilla fixes itself. Suggestions?

Occasionally hotmail will open just fine but I cannot access any of my listed e-mails or files. At the same time everything works just fine in Chrome. Eventually the problem on Mozilla sorts itself out somehow and I can then open e-mail through that browser again. I don't make any changes on my system to correct the problem.

When I click a link to a pdf file, I'm only presented with a save box,not a choice to just view the file. I have been able to view linked files in the past, but not anymore. I have to save the file to downloads then go to downloads and open it.

That depends on how the server sends the file.
If this is a MIME (content) type that is supported by other software then you can open the file automatically.
If the file is send with a generic content type like application/octet-stream or as Content-Disposition:attachment then you can only save the file.

Can I have two identical iTunes Music Folders for my Laptop and my desktop

I have an iMac Flower Power, 20GB of HD running OSX 10.2.8 as my desktop, 2 users, with an 80GB External HD (Firewire). I also have my new MacBook. Right now all my music and pictures are in my MacBook and I have BUps of everything in my external HD. My problem is that when I'm away, my wife can't listen to our music with the iMac 'cause I have all the files (iTunes is using the Library located at my Laptop). My questions are... Can I have 2 identical iTunes Music Folders, one in the XHD and one in my MacBook? How can I do to have both Folders sycronized so when I add music being away with my Laptop, then when I get back home the "home" Folder gets updated with the new music or viceversa? I have an iPod but I want to have the ability to also change the playlists in my iPod when I'm away. I hope this is not too hard to do.

This is what I did: First, I backed up my iTunes Music Folders. Then, I disconnected my xternal HD from my iMac and connected it to my MacBook where I had my iTunes Music Folder. Then, I copied the whole iTunes Music Folder to my xternal HD. Then I ejected the xHD from my MacBook, and connected back it to my iMac and restart. When the iMac was up I sent to the trash all the content of the iTunes Folders in my iMac, there is one in the root directory /Documents/iTunes and another in /Users/Home/Music/iTunes. Be aware that you need to "clean" the iTunes Folder which includes the iTunes Music Folder. Then I went to the xHD and copied the iTunes Library file (the data file) to /Users/Home/Music/iTunes Folder in my iMac, then open iTunes. After doing that you should be able to open your iTunes program in your desktop without having your laptop conected to your network. The only thing is that, in order to keep both libraries identical, you have to update podcasts in both computers every day, and import CD's in both computers every time you add one to your library, if you want to have the same thing in both computers. There might be another way to keep them both syncronized but I'm still searching for it. Make sure after you have your iTunes running, to go to Preferences/Advance, and set up you iTunes Music Folder Location exactly where you want it. I hope this help you guys. It will be more specific if you could share the screenshot of that error with us.
In addition, if this issue is mainly related to the BackGroundimage property, you could consider using the following suggestion.
We could click our project to expand the nodes and click "InitializeComponent()" to navigate to its desiginer code.
Then check whether there is a line which has " Me.BackgroundImage =", remove that line and then remove the resource file with the following step.
Project property->Resources->Switch "Files" or "Images" to see where you have setted for that image file, find it and remove it.
Then save all your changes to see whether it's OK.

You are talking about the menu bar of Itunes, right?
Yes. With iTunes open the menu bar is at the top of your screen.
where exactly is the Store/synck you iphone option?
After you authorize the computer connect your iPhone then follow the instructions here > iOS: How to transfer or sync content to your computer
When you are done transferring the data to the desktop, right or control click the iPhone under Devices left side of the iTunes window then click Back Up.
That way you will have a backup just in case you need to restore your iPhone.

I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

What kind of files are in there? Sounds like a carry over from your last system. DiskUtility should only be kept in Utilities with a shortcut in the dock or an alias on the desktop, idealy.

Please can someone explain how to delete and email address that when typed in brings up one name but when you hit return to confirm it jumps to another name. I can't find them in my contacts list but they do come up when you type the first few letters of a name.
EG If I type xyz and the name of the person comes up, when I press return to confirm that's the one I want then it jumps to [email protected], always the same def address.
I can't fathom it out.

Try this:
Start a new email. In the To address bar, type in xyz like you normally do, press return to confim, and when the address you want to remove shows up in the address bar, move your cursor over the address you want to delete.
A small triangle next to the name will show up. click on it, a drop down menu will open, click Remove from Previous Recipients List. Then do the drop down menu again and Remove Address.
