How do I cancel Match before I am charged for another year?

You should be able to do it either by logging into your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, or by logging into by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores on your iPad and logging in - see half-way down this page : Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support.

Yyou will no longer have access to the music in the cloud. You need to makes sure that you have all your music on your computer or have a back up on an ext drive.

Although I am confused as to why you think you need to cancel iTunes Match. Didn't you originally subscribe on the US store? Or were you signed into the Indian store with a different Apple ID?

This Device is already associated with an Apple ID after subscribed iTune match.

Since subscribed iTune match, I cannot listen to my music although I enabled iTune Match for my iPad2. Instead, it always displayed "This Device Is Already Associated With An Apple ID. You can use iTunes Match on this device with just one apple ID every 90 days. This device can be used with another Apple ID in 75 days." I only pressed "OK".

Well, that's a bummer. I guess Apple thinks no one ever travels. I live in 2 countries and thus have 2 different accounts with 2 different credit cards. Now that iTunes match deleted my entire catalogue on my iPad 2 because I signed in with my second country account yesterday to buy an App. I resigned into my first country account today only to have everything deleted. No I have to wait a few weeks to put my music back on my iPad until I return to my first country and transfer it from my Mac. Argh!

On an iPad :
If you want to view your app subscriptions:
From your device's Home screen, tap App Store.

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Enter your password and tap OK.

To turn off auto-renewal:

Tap the subscription category for which you want to disable auto-renewal.
Tap On to toggle the switch to Off.
