Cannot instance a object

Question

I have a problem. I cannot instance a object of my own class, anytime I try this my pc is hanging up it`s self.
(The class is a little bit long for posting here and i do not have any idea were the mistake is.)

       if (ergcount == 0)
          System.out.println("result : "+erg); 
        ergcount = 0;
             ergsay = 0;
             erg = 0;    
         else
             System.out.println("result : "+erg+" "+ergcount+"/"+ergsay);
             ergcount = 0;
             ergsay = 0;
            erg = 0;
        }I think the problem is about the down() method.
