Cant add Rows In a Matrix (Child) and No event catching

Hi,
I created a Master File and its Child. Registered as an UDO. Created an UDO Form with the UDO Form Generator.
I Can Add, find, update, records to de Master File, but The Matrix related to the Child Table Only allows me enter information in the first Row.
I Have tried the addrow command in every place possible, but It doesnt work.

I Also Cant catch the AddRow Event Button. I Set the filters and the event handling for menus and

You have matrix on user form. The matrix contains child data. This child data are inserted to matrix manualy or bounded to some datatable, i think with datatable?
When you add new line to matrix, Im using
omatrix.AddRow(1, 0) - 1 is that I want to add 1 row, 0 is position, where the new line will be in matrix
When the matrix is filled with code, Im doing it as
I update usertable
oUserTable.UserFields.Fields.Item("U_Popis").Value = ""
oUserTable.UserFields.Fields.Item("U_PATH").Value = ed.String
then update the form to affect changes to db
oOrderForm.Update()
and then I make new bounding to datatable.
Undestand I correctly it now?

È esse mesmo o meu objectivo. Passo a explicar qual é o objectivo deste desenvolvimento. O que se pretende é que quando um utilizador escreva o código de um artigo numa linha da matrix de um documento de venda o add-on vai ler esse artigo e de seguida consultar uma tabela de utilizador que ja esta criada para validar se esse artigo tem outros artigos associados, e se tiver, entao o addon tem que os escrever nas linhas imediatamente a seguir. Eu queria mesmo, era escrever qual era o artigo e qual a respectiva quantidade. Eu consigo encontrar qual o artigo que o utlizador escreve e qual os artigos associados. O meu problema acontece quando tendo adicionar as novas linhas.
Com o codigo que se segue podes ver que estou a atribuir a uma EditText o codigo do artigo a escrever. O problema é se correr em modo debug consigo ver que a aplicação chega a essa linha

Matrix Add Row and Duplicate Row

Hi All,
Can anybody suggest me how to work on Add row and duplicate row in any document table.
Lets take one example
Sales order document
In this doc we have table format where we specify item no, item description etc. In this table when we right click on particluar row we have option for add, delete, duplicate rows..etc.
wht i would like to know is that when we click add row .....one row is added and number is incremented under # column. Hw to perform and display this auto increment/ decrement of number for these rows under this # column

Matrix Add Row

hi guys,
I created one form in screen painter and used this form in VB.net. In this form one grid is available.
In the menuevent of this form I write the code for open the form when user click on menu. I also write the code for add row in the matrix.
When I open the form first time both opening the form as well as adding row into the matrix works fine.
After closing the form and open the form second time menuevent occur more than 2 times.
Due to this many rows are added in the matrix only one click of add row.
What would be reason for occuring menuevents more than 2 times?
Can anyone help me?

Add row in Memu Event can't work

1:I create a Master UDO
2:Regist UDO with a child table
3:use UDO form generator tool to generate a UDO form with xml file
4:I use load from xml funtion to call form.
5. Add a buttom name "Add row" and have code with Add a row for matrix
I have two problems
one is,
I can add row by press "Add row" button and I can delete a row by UDO default menu("delete Row CtrlK"). My problem is why the default menu(Add Row CtrlI) don't work? May I write code for add a row by myself?
The other is
When I add menueven sub(catch menueven) in program ,my "Add row" buttom can't work normally. If I remove the menueven sub from my program, the "Add row" buttom work fine. Why? somebody help me.

In my case, I developed own functionality to add row for a matrix.
I don't use 'add row' menu event actually.
And I don't know about menu event sub problems without any source code.

Iam facing a problem in adding a row in a matrix using last focus event.its like if i keep the cusor in the last coloumn in a matrix n if i press tab it should add a row .the row is getting added the problem here is the cursor is gng to first row but it should come to the second row.
the second problem is while deleting a row the row is getting deleted but the row count is showing the deleted row no.
pls suggest a solution for these problems.

 I have designed a form with matrix.That matrix is populted with multiple rows.
 I want to select a row in that matrix and i want to get the line data an put into another form
 Is there is any event handling is there?
 If i doubleclick on that row that's data has to displayed (eg using message box )
 If i single click on that row That row has to be selected.

Behavior of ADD ROW button (v 2.0)

Hi,
I have a tabular SQL report form with 4 buttons: cancel, add row, submit, delete.
I come to the screen with no records, execute a query. After that I need to perform insert.
I press <ADD ROW> button, and correctly have one empty record for my possession. (in the process definition I have only 1 record to add.) I put some data into this row; and without the submitting I add another row by pressing <ADD ROW> button once more. And what happens? HTMLDB saves my 1st record and add another empty one! Is it expected behavior, that is what supposed to be? How to avoid it, not allow to save that recored (because in this case it by pass all my validations and insert a bad data) or at least alert the user that what is going to be?

I've made some tests:
1. ADD button does not add a new record when there are not rows on the screen
2. if there is a row with invalid data (some mandatory fields are null) it does validations, it works, on the old record, which is on the screen.
3. after submitting correct record (commit was perfomed), add button gives
" Error in mru internal routine: ORA-20001: Error in MRU: row= 1, ORA-20001: ORA-20001: Current version of data in database has changed since user initiated update process"
I my old posting Re: Error handling on Tabular form you created a sample appl to test that null validation function foo() which I'm using now for this process. Can you try ADD button also in that sample appl of yours?
I tried all these possibilities. So far, they do not work for me.

I cant add .mp4 movie into itunes

Hello there, I am just wondering why i cant add mp4 moive into my itunes, and I tried to set up automatic adding folder in my pc, but after i drag the moive into the folder, it automaticlly generate a folder called 'NOT ADDED'. I am wondering if there any reason i cant add this moive,it is very small, around 6m.

I want to add a row in matrix by clicking the Add Row option by right clicking on the matrix. If the form has one matrix means its working well. But if the form has more than one matrix if i activate the Add Row menu and write the code in the MenuEvent i am not able to give the ItemUID so if i add row in any of the matrix one row is added in all the matrix. How can i solve the problem.

save the position and and the itemuid in a variable.
use the et_GOT_FOCUS event for this - than you know always in which matrix
and position you're standing.
use the variables in the et_MENU_EVENT to add the row in correct matrix and position

I want to enable the rows of the matrix by pressing "Alt" in the last column so that the next row get enabled instead of
pressing the "Add Line" Button every time.
I have done it by pressing "Tab" using pval.charpressed="9"
But i want to do it by pressing "Alt" key is this posible.
Please share the code or suggest any way to do it .

Only Tab, Enter, Escape, Delete and Back Space are available to charpressed. Alt button has no equivalent coding.

This is a kind of behavior of matrix.
So what you can do is that after calling the AddRow () Method put the blank values in the newly added row. Use this as follows:

Need assistance regarding UDF and UDT, I cant add another entry row in the UDF, The UDT is linked with the UDF, I have checked all the other UDF linked with UDF it works fine but only one cant add.
I cant click the field to manually add the data or Define New.

I go to Tools -> then User Tables, then I choice List if Ships, if i will click it it will open the List of Ships, from their I want to add additional Name of Ships, but I cant the form is disabled and grayed.
I cant input or enter additional Ships. But I check other Names from the List it will add. What maybe the cause?
