Central 5.4 stops printing, a reboot of the server is the only way to fix the problem

Hi, We are running central 5.4 on windows 2000 SP4, this has worked for ages but has just started with an intermittent fault. Not sure of an answer to your basic question, but it may be that you can run a repair (on Windows --> Control Panel>Programs & Features and run the repair on Acrobat). If that fixes the issue, at least temporarily, at least you will not be reinstalling everything -- a real pain.
Next, open Acrobat and go to the Help to run the updates and be sure you are current. On some OSs, the updates are critical.

Upon opening a new window, Firefox 9.0.1 gives me a "Go to a website" message in the location bar, regardless of what site I'm at and doesn't display the URL I am looking at, and the stop/reload button is greyed out. Is there a way to fix this?

I am running Firefox 9.0.1 in a windows 7 environment. This is a problem that I had with Firefox 8, as well, though it was only when I opened my home page, not any new window.
I prefer new window viewing to tabbed viewing and when I click a link to and a new browser window opens, all of my basic control buttons (forward, backward, stop/reload) are greyed out except home.

The audio in "speak screen" stops working after a few uses. IOS 8.2 did not fix this problem unfortunately. I'm using the Alex voice on a Sprint iPhone 6 plus- if that matters.

I really enjoy the speak screen feature, as the voiceover is too inconvenient and tricky to use. The speak screen option works oerfectly for reading, and helps me as I'm dyslexic. However, the Alex voice stops working after the initial use or soon after. I then have to restart the phone every time in order to get the speak screen to acruelly speak again. Really annoying and was hoping that IOS 8.2 Would fix this, but it appears it had not fixed this bug. Any help with this?

The only additonal troubleshooting options after powering the iPhone off and on, an iPhone reset, and resetting network settings on the iPhone is restoring the iPhone with iTunes from the iPhone's backup and/or restoring with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup.
If no change after restoring as a new iPhone or not from the backup - the same when connected to any wi-fi network besides your own as well as not being able to maintain internet access when connected to your carrier's cellular network, the iPhone has a hardware problem.

The glitchy, unresponsive, slow and outright crashes are something you would expect in a less superior product. I paid what I consider a premium because of the perceived integrity of the company and quality of their products. I am not going to go as far to say Apple ***** and so do their products; but they have to to a better job of acknowledging problems and providing recourse. Right now, it "feels" like they don't care about existing customers. I am not sure of the exact #'s, but I believe products like the Ipad2 represent a significant population of their existing Ipad product base.
So what is my specific rant; If Apple is going to take a long time, or worst, NOT fix the problems introduced in IOS 8 for IPAD 2, give us the option of going back to IOS 7. I would say most everyone was extremely happy with their product running under that OS and would migrate back in a heartbeat. By blocking this option, it feels like Apple is saying that the only recourse is to live with crappy performance, wait forever without any real news, or throw away your Ipad 2 and buy a newer model. Right now this is 100% completely unacceptable, and I, as will thousands of others, will watch how this unfolds when we do buy new products. Most technology products only have short, finite lifespan and I would think it is at very least very important to Apple to retain customer base in a highly competitive marketplace. I'm done...

My Mac mini server has suddenly stopped seeing one or the other bluetooth devices, either the wireless keyboard or the mouse( both apple products) have tried new batteries, at first it was the mouse that stopped responding, but upon rebooting the computer now the keyboard will not respond and the mouse works. Both work fine on an older Mac mini that I hooked back up to check.

There is absolutely no reason why they should not bothe be able to connect to your WiFi network. The easiest place to start would be to reboot your router. Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in again. I would also restart both the iPad and the iPhone.
