Certification failed for App manifest

Question

please help me to solve this error I have tried to clear this error multiple times.
I have upgraded a windows phone silverlight 8.0 to windows phone silverlight 8.1 and the application is deploying and working normally on my local device.

Looks like you are specifying Screen resolutions in your WMAppManfiest.xml, this is not supported for Silverlight 8.1 apps, You can find more compatibility changes listed here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsphone/develop/dn642084(v=vs.105).aspx
