CF 11 + IIS 7 + ISAPI error

Hello, I'm with CF11 installed on Windows and a website specifically in error, could you help me?
The isapi_redirect log displays the following:

So you get this error since you configure the Site with ColdFusion 11 and Apache or it works for a while and then it starts throwing this error msg.

Description of the Problem/Question:
Here is the error message we are seeing in the extended logging on the webserver. We can replicate in our test
environment and this log is from the test region. It throws an error 500, ISAPI error to the user.
Here are the log entries from wlacess.log on cssna105. I tried to search for the root cause without any success.
At some point, some one was saying to set the KeepAlive value to off. It is recommended to set to ON in performance guide.
Ct claims, small size of the messaging is getting through and some with larger size is getting this errors.

Hi Awen,
Please open Server Manager > Roles > see if Web Server (IIS) has been installed.
If installed, I’d recommend you refer to Abdel’s method in the link below. He encountered the same issue when install SharePoint 2013 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and fixed the problem. For your reference:

Getting IIS-W3SVC-WP Error ID 2276 every SECOND!

I am switching my exchange over to a 2008 system with Exchange 2010 everything was going good until I connected it to my network, I keep on getting errors about 4-5 a second in my Applications Log they read;
The worker process failed to initialize correctly and therefore could not be started. The data
is the error. Event ID 2276 and source is IIS-W3SVC-WP.
The Binary code is 80070005 which is access denied.
Does anyone have any Idea what I can do?

I recommend you check the application log to see if there is the following event id.

Event ID: 2281
Description:
The worker process failed to initialize communication with the W3SVC and therefore could not be started. The data is the error.
If there is, please check if you have the Application Poll startMode set to "AlwaysRunning". If the startMode is set to "AlwaysRunning", please change it to "OnDemand" to check the result.

"Recycle IIS Application Pool" error while deploying solution using Visual Studio

I am getting below error while deploying solution from Visual Studio. I have verified the URL and its okay and site is also up and running and accessible.
Error 1 Error occurred in deployment step 'Recycle IIS Application Pool': Cannot connect to the SharePoint site:
http://portal/sites/site1/. Make sure that this is a valid URL and the SharePoint site is running on the local computer. If you moved this project to a new computer or if the URL of the SharePoint site has changed since
you created the project, update the Site URL property of the project.
Suggest some solution.

Please do/Validate the below things..
1.Current logged in user is in Administrator group
of SharePoint server.
2.Current logged user has db_owner permission for Content
Database of the site you are trying to deploy .

Do a IIS reset
Check if IIS is resetting.
If it is not, then disable UAC from control panel and IIS reset will work.
Go to Central Administration site
Navigate to the Manage Web Applications page
Click on the web application that hosts the site you are trying to deploy to
Click the User Policy ribbon item.
Add your windows account to the list of users with the Full Control permission.

I am new to Window Azure. Recently I encounter a issue on my production server, where my application hosted on Azure server was automatically getting down in every 2 Hrs,when i have checked the error logs I got the error:

Running PowerShell Script to automate the installation of IIS feature - Add-WindowsFeature error, help please

I'm just learning PS scripting and Chef Programming, so I'm sure I'm missing something simple. I'm trying to run a recipe that is using PS as the interpreter. I've ensured I'm running PS in 64 bit with admin privileges, and have Imported the ServerManager

Adobe Update Server Setup Tool on Windows Server 2012 and IIS 8 ?

can you help me install and configure my internal AUSST on the new server OS provided by Microsoft (Windows Server 2012)?
What should be the parameters required (or mandatory) in IIS 8 (ISAPI Filters, etc ...) ?
What parameters in the installation of IIS should be chosen?
What are the steps necessary to implement this new operating system?

Our enterprise also uses an authenticated proxy, so I've been banging my head to get this working!
I'm surprise to learn of this proxy oversight! This tool has "enterprise" all over the documentation (e.g. AAMEE?). There's good likelihood that other enterprises (still) have proxies in place. Makes me wonder if the CreativeCloud architects had this same proxy-ignorant oversite?

Accessing windows application through WCF service under IIS

I am developing a system where user interacts with WCF Service hosted in IIS server. The WCF application then have to fire-up winform application along with some parameters. This winform application do some processing and then load a application(software) installed
in the server. This application will create some output documents and put it in the share-able folder where user has a access to.
It is working fine in development environment i.e. output was being created but when I deployed it in IIS, it started throwing errors. I tried loading the WinForm using two methods:
Winform is loaded creating a instance of WinForm from WCF host
Instance of WinForm is loaded (.EXE) using System.Process.Start()
Both operation failed and throws "System.UnauthorizedAccessException". How to achieve this using IIS?

How to install joomla on IIS (windows 2012)

When one starts IIS, it immidiatly starts the webinstaller to choose a product and configure it.
I've been working now several days trying to install Joomla , tried it dozens of times.
At first it wouldn't install at all, kept hanging in the first phase, without showing any kind of error. It just halted non responsive. Now using IIS, i created a new blanc website (installer doesnt do it??), and in there I try to install joomla
Installation finishes.. but it still wont work errors like :

Now i am sure Joomla will install on any public Webhoster in seconds, as it is very popular.
But why wont it install on IIS, isnt IIS a prefered web server anymore in the eyes of Microsoft ?
In my situation i cannt make use of godady / or azure /amazoncloud, i have to install a Joomla locally.
Has microossft abondened the webinstaller perhaps.. ??
I dont understand you start a wizard looks great, promises me an automated installation (weeeew!!)..
But in the end leaves me a broken uninstallable product ?? with not much of a usefull errorlog.

Current Setup
1. I have WebSite in ASP.NET Visual Basic which works fine and is connected to MySQL Database, using MySQl Connector 6.6.4 64 bit
and is using a connection string,defined in web.confg.
2. I am using a Crystal report( It is very complex report, so cannot dare to redo it). Data Source for the report is set using a connection string

4. So I changed the setup in point 2, by having a ODBC Data source defined. And changed the report accordingly. It work fine in Visual studio , but from IIS
it gives error "Failed to Open Connection, Failed to Open Connection <Crystal Report File name.rpt>"
5. I tried creating a System DSN and same connection string in IIS Application Connection string. But nothing changed.
Please can anyone point in correct direction. I must admit this is my first website development work, so I might have overlooked some minor details.
Any help would be much appreciated.

hello again. I fear that what is said in that article does not apply to my particular case.
First of all i am using the Crystal Report Basic 2008, which I think is not the same product as Crystal Reports 2008.
In addition, printing fails always, on my PC and on the web server.
On the other hand I can not find anywhere printcontrol.cab file or printcontrol.dll, just do not exist either in my PC or on the web server.
The folder where the report viewer is located is not CrystalReportViewers12, is CrystalReportWebFormViewer4, and is located at wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\
Investigating I found something, but has not helped me:

Can I browse time capsule files from Windows IIS?

Hi there,
I'm trying to publish a time capsule folder on a web site (using Windows IIS) but an error message comes up trying to browse this folder from Windows IIS. Can anybody help me?

Apache,IIS integration with Sun Java System Application Server

Hi,
Is any one know the way to connect Sun Appserver with IIS and Apace server.

I'm also looking at the same solution of how to configure IIS as the front end for the Sun Java System Application Server 9.1. I went though the following document from Sun, but still unable to configure the IIS as the front end of the application server.

After i have configured the IIS, the ISAPI filter shown the status down for the Sun Load balancer plugin.
Did anyone have any idea of how can i configure IIS to working the Sun Java System Application Server 9.1?

Handling 404 Errors in CFMX

Hey, all,
I was wondering what others on the list tend to do to create
a site-wide 404 handler (I am working on IIS servers but am equally
interested in approaches for Apache or other servers) for CFM
pages.
I've tried a few things here and there within the onError
method of Application.cfc and Application.cfm bits but am just
curious how others approach this.

Not sure on Apache, but on IIS you can set up a custom error
page for a 404 error. This custom error page can be any file
(including .cfm) that is accessible from the root of the site. So,
if you go into iis and set a custom error for 404, you can point it
to something like /404Handler.cfm, then create the 404Handler.cfm
template in the root of your website. Inside this file you can do
what ever you like, including redirecting to the home page. One of
the nice features of how iis handles 404 errors is that the URL of
the page that was requested will be stored in the CGI.query_string.
For example, if a user types in
http://www.yoursite.com/foobar.html
and /foobar.html does not exist, the user will be forwarded to
/404Handler.cfm and CGI.query_string will be 404;/foobar.html.
This is a very easy way to handle friendly URLs as well. for
example let's say you have a user table that has a username and
useid field. Now let's also say you have a profile.cfm themplate
that takes in the URL variable called userid, and then looks up the
user and displays the user's profile. Using the method above, you
can create a friendly URL like
http://www.yoursite.com/users/username,
however you do not create a users directory. If a user types in
this URL he/she would normally get a 404 error, but since you
redirected to the 404Handler.cfm, you can get the URL by saying
<cfset target=ListLast(cgi.query_string,";")>, then check to
see if target url contains /users (<cfif target contains
"/users">). If it does, you can get the username by saying
<cfset username=ListLast(target,"/")>. Once you have the
username you can then query the database to figure out what the
userid is and then redirect to profile.cfm. It seems a little
convoluted, but it works.
