Changing fontsize of fieldnames in ALV ?

and some other questions
1 ) Is it possible to change the fieldnames in an alv report.
we have for instance 24 fields for 2 years
the fieldname is 01-2007 till 12-2006
only the width of the field is larger then the amount of hours filled in. with printing the report not everything can be put on 1 page .
is it possible to make the fontsize of the fieldnames smaller ??
2) is it perhaps also possible to combine a few fieldnames with one header ?
let's say I have 3 fields , total , planned and difference . is it possible to put a fixed header above this 3 fields ?
3) is it possible to write a footer which can be fixed to the allignment of the alv fieldnames ?

Yes it is possible to change the font size of the ALV Grid.
Once the Grid is displayed, then click the button on the Top Right Side on the Application Tool bar. In that you have Font. Click on that and set the required font.
It is not possible to combine the field names of 2 or 3 fields to combine into a single name.
Also, a footer can be written in the ALV Grid.

Hello Gurus,
I am working on ALV using standard ALV function module REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY. Now, To make the fields editale, I am using flag EDIT = 'X' in field catalog. This working fine.
Now, when the data is changed in ALV grid and user clicks on SAVE button that I have programmed in i_callback_usercommand, how can I get the changed data back from editable ALV so that I can change data in custom table ?

I see that the method CHECK_CHANGED_DATA is used. I am also doing it as follows. But how do I get the changed data back in table. There are no table parameters in

Quiz Drop list- How to change fontsize and font colour

Request for guidance to change fontsize and font colour. I tried changing the colour in droplist property, but it doesn't work.
There is no facility to change font size. Any work around?

Are you talking about the dropdown-list for a Fill-in-the-Blank Question? I'm sorry, there is no way to change the style of the items in the dropdown-list. You can change the other Text Captions: Title, phrase, ... but not the dropdown list.

Changing color of a field after changing the data using OOPS ALV.

Hi Experts,
I have displayed three fields (price, no. of products and total amount) in my ALV grid using OOPS.
Then am changing the data in either price or no. of products fields. When I click ENTER key the value in total amount changes correspondingly. Am able to achieve till this point.
Now I have to change the color of the three fields( price, products and total amount) of the affected row alone and not the entire set of rows in the output grid.
Please provide suggestions.

ALV - Maybe a NEW problem to get changed data, after input from ALV

I have tried to search an existing post to solve this ALV problem, with key words 'ALV' and 'refresh', but I don't find the good one... so sorry if the problem have already been solved.
An example of the problem and process should be more clear than words :
1) CALL ALV

For example, insert a new line with '+' button, and fills each cells.
3) The problem is that at the beginning of the PAI
there is a blank line into internal table t_zppegam,
instead of the line with the data filled into cells ALV by user
3') Internal table t_zppegam have the good data only if user clik on the button refresh of ALV, before go throw PAI.

Color change of a field in ALV Grid Control

Hi,
One small help needed....
My req is explained below:
I have 3 fields empno, ename and deptno. and the records of these fields would be displayed in ALV grid control.
When I hover the mouse on ename field, the color of the complete field should change to other color, say "RED".
How do I get this. Are there any Mouse events in SAP?

Once i changed the color of a field in a alv (not grid alv), i suspose that the same in alv grid. Also i used an mouse event.
To manage the color:
TYPE-POOLS : SLIS, and check this type: SLIS_T_SPECIALCOL_ALV.
when you call the function to display the alv, there is a parameter in which you should pass an internal table that references the type SLIS_T_SPECIALCOL_ALV.
To manage the mouse:
1.- You should add the event user command:

How to change sub total value in ALV Grid.

Can u please explain how to change SUBTOTAL Value in ALV Grid display based on another field value.
EX; F1 subtotal is initial then we have to modify the F2 sub total to 9999.9.

I doubt if that can be changed....because the event that i was referring to in my previous post works with ALV List display...But in any case you can try that.....
There is an event in SLIS....(As i told you, i dont remember the name and currently i dont have access to SAP system, so i am not able to verify and let you know that event name).....
Other thatn TOP and END of PAGE events, there is an event for sub-total text......i think it would start with "SUBTOTAL"...
you need to use that event in your events table and pass it to ALV Grid display.
Then create a sub-routine with that name (As you do for TOP-OF-PAGE event)....and in this event you can change the values in runtime (PROVIDED, this event gets triggered for ALV GRID).....
If this does not work, i think calculating sub-totals while you build the internal table would be a better option....(If you have time constraint....else you can do some more research on the same)........

You need to get the perticular column object from the COLUMNS object

How to change Customer Fields in CRM_DNO_MONITOR ALV to texts???

Hi Guys,
I have created some customer fields and added them succesfully to the CRM_DNO_MONITOR via the Badi CRM_DNO_MONITOR. Some fields are drop downs and have F4 value help attached to them.
My problem is that the Key is shown in the result ALV and not the text. The F4 help is available
Can I controll this behaviour???
Or do I have to enhance my implementation of the badi to show the texts or can I make any changes to the append structure of the CRMT_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR???

Hi,
i think the best way is to add a new custom field to your append strucutre of CRMT_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR.
Then you can read the text value with the Key and insert it in this field using BADI CRM_DNO_MONITOR.
So the user can choose himself if he wants to see the Key or the text in CRM_DNO_MONITOR.
By the way, it is not necessary to add this field in your append structure for CRMT_CUSTOMER_H_EXT since it is not necessary to see it in CRMD_ORDER.

Legend: Can't change fontsize

Legend is too small and I want to change it but it doesn't work:

There are several workarounds, but the simplest is to set the

vi. It_fieldcat : internal table with the list of all fields and their attributes which are to be printed (this table can be populated automatically by the function module REUSE_ALV_FIELDCATALOG_MERGE
vii. It_events : internal table with a list of all possible events of ALV and their corresponding form names.

Change and Save records on ALV List

i made alv list with fieldcatalog-edit to change records on alv list. But i want to save it to my dictionary table after changed. I think i should use dialog program to do that. The problem is how i can use dialog program.(i dont have an idea which user-command perform fields on alv list) I have used dialog programs before but i am new on this so i am not sure how i can do that.
