Click to play, and click to play in reverse actions with specific time

Is there any code that can specify the amount of time my animation will play forwards or in reverse so that the viewer can move my animation in set increments either forwards or backwards along the timeline. ?
i.e. 1 second forwards or one second in reverse.

To play forward 1 sec do:
     var t = sym.getPosition();
     sym.play();
     sym.stop(t + 1000);
Similarly, to play backward:
     var t = sym.getPosition();
     sym.playReverse();
     sym.stop(t - 1000);

I going to recommend again, downloading and installing some video helper applications.
1. http://perian.org/ (this will add a number of different file types to the ones QuickTime already plays)
2. http://www.divx.com/en/software/mac (will add more file types to what QuickTime can play)
Either one of these might be necessary to get MPEG Streamclip to export the video. Failing that the only other thing I have found is an obscurve discussion thread on Avid.com:

I've figured out what the problem is on my end. The video came from Avid on a Windows machine and was encoded with Squeeze. I found out that the 2 seconds of black at the top of the video were at a different frame rate than the rest of the video. I chopped off the 2 seconds of black and started at the first frame of video, exported it with Quicktime Pro and was able successfully view the video in ProTools. Apparently Squeeze will let you create a movie file that has different frame rates within the same movie... This fixed my issue that was exactly as you describe, hopefully it might work for you.
Lastly, you could try converting the video clip using HandBrake

Judging from the number of tracks that iTunes 11 tells me it's played, versus last.fm's scrobbles over the last two days, iTunes is actually updating the play date/time and count about twenty percent of the time. I haven't been systematic about testing under what conditions it does and doesn't update, but:
Some tracks from an album will be updated and not others.
Once a track has failed to update once, it seems likely to fail again (some tracks have had five or six plays unrecorded by iTunes).
Curiously, if you look at the play history in the Next Up drop menu, all the played tracks appear, updated or not.
My fabulously intricate architecture of smart-playlisted-out-the-wazoo filters all goes awry, if the play data isn't properly updated.

You were already provided the answer. If you do not have a backup of the phone while the photos were on the phone, they are gone. When you restore your phone from an old backup, anything that has been saved to the phone since that backup is deleted. Sorry.

Mountain Lion Click to Tweet and Click to Post not functioning

I just received my iMac (27-inch, Late 2009) back after the hard drive recall. Apple reinstalled Mountain Lion and I am not reconfiguring settings. I have setup a Twitter and Facebook account under System Preferences --> Mail, Contacts & Calendars. I am attempting to use the functionality under Notification Center, by way of the Click to Tweet and Click to Post buttons. When clicking on either one of those I get no response. I am able to do this on my 13-inch Late 2011 Macbook Pro without issue. I have verified all account login information to no avail.

Also, I followed the instructions on http://forums.adobe.com/thread/891337 to attempt to disable hardware acceleration, but guess what: the flash applets on that page are also black. So, when I right click them and click "Settings", nothing shows up.
Youtube works fine though. It's the only website that does.

What browser are you using? If it's IE, can you try to disable hardware acceleration within the browser?

Powered on the scanner, plugged in the USB, clicked Software Update, and an Epson Printer Software Update appeared in the App Store Updatees area. Clicked Update for the Epson printer software. During the download, I was presented with a dialog asking me if I wanted the software to be automatically installed. I chose the "not now" option and as far as the App Store in concerned the software was installed, but it has not been. Where did this go to and how can I force it to install? I have a test button i would like to have play a movie where a graphic expands. Once stopped, I would like to be able to click that same button and have the graphic go backwards. I would prefer to have timeline reverse, rather than lengthen the timeline of the mc because then i have to line up the start and end, and if one changes, i have to remember to change the other.

I get the expand, but when when it hits the while loop, it just disappears the adinstance mc.

You rarely want to use any kind of coded loop to animate something, especially a while loop (they can be especially ornery). Try something more along the lines of....

I click one song and another one plays

Most of my songs have suddenly decided to play a different song that what I choose. For example, I tried to play Barefoot Blue Jean Night and Evacuate the Dancefloor started playing instead. The title stayed as Barefoot Blue Jean Night but the album cover and other song info was for Evacuate the Dancefloor. I've synced, updated, backed up, and everything else I can think of, and instead of improving the problem, more songs get messed up. -_- Can someone pleeease tell me how to fix this??

There is a setting called Repeat. It is on the iPod's Settings screen. If it is set to One, it will repeat the current song. Set it to Off (no repeat) or All (repeat playlist).
