Hi all,
Can any one give me the table names for contracts related information in SRM,
and what is correct procedure to searth the fields and tables in SRM can any one explain about this?
Thanks
Kiran,

Hi Kiran
Tcode BBP_PD is a wealth of knowledge.
you need to select proper object type from the drop down and enter the relevant Object number and execute.
On the next screen in the details double click on each separate node  and it will take you to table and display the records,
There are vaiorus object type like Shopping cart, PO Contract, Bid etc.

  • How to find the user exit for the T-code 'RECN'

    Hi friends,
    I have a requirement as-
In 'General Data with Fast Entry' tab of tcode 'RECN' there are 2 fields as contract conclusion date and contract end date.
Now, the requirement is as if entered contract end date is less than contract conclusion date then we have to display a warning message as "contract end date cannot be less than contract conclusion date".
So, how to find the right user exit to enter the code.
Plz help me.I will surely reward points.
    Thanks,
    Rishi

    Hi Rishi,
If User exits and BAdi's are not provided,  then  you will for Enhancement points.
    Procedure:
When you are in a particular transaction, Go to System--> status and you find the standard program of that particular screen. Go to SE38 and give that program name, display mode.
After that you click on the spiral icon there onthe top. Then,
You go to menu bar, Edit> Enhancement opitons> show implicit enhancement options.
You will be shown the points where you need to write the code.
For creating it you will go to Edit >  Enhancement opitons> Create.
By this you will add some code in the standard programs.
Reward points if it helps you.
    Cheers,
    Swamy Kunche

  • How to find the level of each child table in a relational model?

    Earthlings,
I need your help and I know that, 'yes, we can change'. Change this thread to a answered question.
So: How to find the level of each child table in a relational model?
I have a relacional database (9.2), all right?!
O /* This is a child who makes N references to each of the follow N parent tables (here: three), and so on. */
        /↑\ Fks
       O"O O" <-- level 2 for first table (circle)
      /↑\ Fks
"o"o"o" <-- level 1 for middle table (circle)
       ↑ Fk
      "º"Tips:
    - each circle represents a table;
    - red tables no have foreign key
    - the table in first line of tree, for example, has level 3, but when 3 becomes N? How much is N? This's the question.
I started thinking about the following:
First I have to know how to take the children:
    select distinct child.table_name child
      from all_cons_columns father
      join all_cons_columns child
    using (owner, position)
      join (select child.owner,
                   child.constraint_name fk,
                   child.table_name child,
                   child.r_constraint_name pk,
                   father.table_name father
              from all_constraints father, all_constraints child
             where child.r_owner = father.owner
               and child.r_constraint_name = father.constraint_name
               and father.constraint_type in ('P', 'U')
               and child.constraint_type = 'R'
               and child.owner = 'OWNER') aux
    using (owner)
    where child.constraint_name = aux.fk
       and child.table_name = aux.child
       and father.constraint_name = aux.pk
       and father.table_name = aux.father;Thinking...

    Justin,
    Understood.
Nocycle not work in 9.2 and, even that would work, would not be appropriate.
With your help, I decided a much simpler way (but there is still a small problem, <font color=red>IN RED</font>):

  • Can´t find the table where the effectivity of contract lines is stored

    Hallo all,
I need to build a sql-query on the Service Contracts Authoring Form (OKSAUDET) where I include the table(s) in which the information about the effectivity-sub-lines in the pricing tab of the lines tab is stored.
But I just found the table OKS_CON_COV_LEVELS_INT_ALL which is used for transmitting cover levels form legacy systems etc. I can`t find the equivalent table for ebs-data… please help!
    Thanks a lot in advance
    Oliver

(You didn't specify version, this works in 11i but I haven't used 12)
Just something to try - if you haven't already - go to the screen where you can see the information, turn on your diagnostics, and examine the last SQL Statement run. It may point you to where this value is stored.
Also, I've run into more than one field over the years that was derived from other data on the screen, rather than selected directly from the database, this could be a situation like this.
Good luck, these can be some of the most maddening things to track down!

You could also try table DD01T. In se 16,put in the description thats needed, you will get to know the respective data elements.
Then you can use DD03L to find the respective table. This would work if the data element is not generic.

1). In the payment program (F110) we make a selection based on the field XBLNR of the FI document (which contains a datestamp + 'REPP' or 'REOP' depending on periodic or one time RE posting).
Payments are split between periodic & one time postings - we make 2 payment runs.
Second thing is: we want to add in the payment file the information of the rental unit/building, to inform the owner to which building our payment is corresponding. We can get this information into the payment file by filling the field "Note to payee".
Problem: Note to payee information is stored in the field XBLNR, so we lose our information of REPP/REOP to make our selection...
Anybody has any idea if another standard field out of the contract/FI document could be used to store this kind of information & have it transferred to the payment file by std SAP?
2). To show which changes were done latest to a RE contract, we need to retrieve the table which is behind Contract > Extras > Change documents.
In this function, you can see which user changed on which date which field(s) on the contract.
The idea is to retrieve the user & data on which the contract was changed latest.
The problem is that I am not able to find in which table(s) this information is stored & what is the link with the contract (VICNCN table).
Does anybody knows out of which table this can be retrieved please?
However, we want to avoid retrieving the user & change date when the periodic posting was done (Contract > extras > User data), as this also updates the contract (indicator in the cash flow appears as "posted").
The latter is stored in table VICNCN, contract change fields.
We are using SAP ECC 6.0 & RE-FX.
    Many thanks!
    Best regards

    Hi,
ad 1) you can use BADI_REEX_FI_BAPI, method BAPIDOC_MODIFY to change the fields of the FI document.
Which fields may be suitable? BSEG-ZUONR, BSEG-XREF1,..4
But I would suggest that you post this question in the ERP financials forum because this top is related to FI payments.
ad 2) Please check out tables CDHDR and CDPOS.
    table CDHDR
    OBJECTCLAS    RECN*
OBJECTID          IS*                   (object number of RE object)

  • How to find the header and item level status of a CRM contract ?

    Hi,
    Few questions
    A. How to find the header and item level status of a CRM contract ? My req is to select all the contract line items which are in CLOSED status.
    B. How to get the BPs associated with a contract ?
Anyone have the list of CRM tables and the relation amongst them. Please mail me in [email protected]

CRMD_ORDERADM_H     Contains the Header Information for a Business Transaction.
    Note:
    1.     It doesn’t store the Business Partner
           responsible for the transaction. To
get the Partner No, link it with
           CRM_ORDER_INDEX.
    2.     This table can be used for search
           based on the Object Id(Business
           Transaction No).
CRMD_CUSTOMER_H     Additional Site Details at the Header Level of a Business Transaction
CRMD_LINK     Transaction GUID set for all the Business Transactions
CRMD_ORDER_INDEX     Contains Header as well as Item details for a Business Transaction.
    Note:
    1.     It doesn’t store the Business
          Transaction No (Object ID).
To get the Business Transaction No
          link the table with
          CRMD_ORDERADM_H
    2.   This table can be used for search
          based on the Partner No
CRMD_ORDERADM_I     Stores the Item information for a Business Transaction. The scenarios where we have a Contract Header and within contract we have Line Items for the contract, this table can be useful.
    E.g. Service Contracts
CRMD_CUSTOMER_I     Additional Site Details at the Item Level of a Service Contract
