Converting multiple InputStreams to one

Hi,
I am developing a conference tool using JMF. Can anyone please suggest me how to mix all the InputStreams from the clients at the server and transmit them back to the clients. As i am new to JMF technology, I would be grateful if you could suggest me any links(other than sun API) or ebooks that provide detailed understanding of the JMF.
Thankyou
Coolskulll

The most important thing is that you have a message queue, and that as messages come in, they get queued up and sent out in an orderly manner. Otherwise, messages start writing into other messages.
The next most important thing is to figure out the format of the message you're going to send. How do you know where it stops and the next message begins? Typically, this is handled using (a) a message header (how many bytes in this message) or (b) a sequence of end characters, or (c) send messages through xml.

How can I convert multiple files at one time and not one at a time

    Hi Plissey1950,
Sorry for the lengthy delay to a response.  Are you trying to convert multiple files to individual PDF files at the same time? (not combine them).  If so, you'll need to use Adobe Acrobat for this function. The CreatePDF service does not have the ability to convert multiple files to multiple individual PDF files.
    Thanks,

  • Converting multiple columns into one.

    All,
I have a requirement to convert multiple columns into one. Following is the pseudo code of current implementation. It unions the various columns ( col1, col2........) into a new column new_col. But perforamnce is extrmely slow owing to multiple unions. It may be noted that tables and where conditions of all these queries are same.
Can you help me create a more efficient query?
    select col1 , col2, col3, col4 from my_tables where some_cols = my_condition;Below is the query used to convert these columns into one.
    select col1 new_col from my_tables where some_cols = my_condition
    union all
    select col2 from my_tables where some_cols = my_condition
    union all
    select col3 from my_tables where some_cols = my_condition
    union all
    select col4 from my_tables where some_cols = my_condition

Without looking at those things you could be barking up the wrong tree by assuming the issue relates to the unioning of queries or other such things.Well, might be.........
Execution time of this query (just the execution time not the retrival) is around 34 seconds with connect-by clause for returning 22,000 records.
    Here's the plan
    Execution Plan
    | Id  | Operation                          | Name                        | Rows

  • How do i convert multiple tracks into one large mp3?

how do i convert multiple tracks into one large mp3?

    Hi,
You can use an app such as Audacity or Join Together to create one larger file. If AAC file used instead of mp3, you could use GarageBand.
If you have the original CD, you can join the tracks whilst re importing disc.

  • Converting multiple tracks into one

After recording a short "podcast" audio clip, I realized that every time I paused it and then picked up where I left off, it created a new track.
And then, when I saved the file and converted it into MP3 format, it saved each track as its own MP3 file...
This is frustrating because I want it to play seamlessly through a website as ONE mp3...
Can someone explain to me how I can convert 5 "Tracks" in garageband to just ONE track? Thank you!!

Sorry for skipping details.. I saved the file in GarageBand, and then converted it using iTunes... iTunes saved it as 5 separate tracks.
I want the one garageband file that has all the "tracks" converted into ONE track so that iTunes recognizes it as one file, not several.

  • Programs to convert multiple jpgs to one Pdf ?

I need to convert photos (jpgs) (which I take from books with my digital camera) into to a single pdf. file.
Is there an reasonably priced program for that ? I saw some on Amazon .. and I am not sure which would be the best for me.
I don't want to pay more than about $100 for this.
Can anyone recommend a good program that I can purchase (on Amazon ? or elsewhere) to perform this function.
My IMac 27 In. is 10.9.4.
I look forward to hearing from anyone who has experience in this area.
    Don

    Why don't you use Preview?
Open the first picture with Preview. Export it as PDF.
Open the new exported PDF file, toggle the thumbnail view. Drag & drop the rest of the pictures you want to add onto the thumbnail.
You can rearrange the picture sequence as you want.

  • Convert Multiple Deliveries into one PRO Forma Invoice

    Hi,
I need to create a single PRO FORMA invoice for all the multiple deliveries for a single single Customer.
    1. Which Copy control do I have to do it?
    2. Should I do at Header or Item Level?
    3. What are the Config settings required to do this?
    4. What kind of checks to be done in this process?
I checked the Copy control in SPRO in Pro Form Invoice (F8) for Delivery: Its 009.Looks like this is Header level.
    Thanks
    Kiran

    Hi Shiv ram,
    Thanks for ur reply..
    As per your reply:
In VF01, enter the delivery documents and click on enter button. Then go to Menu - Environment -> split analysis.
I didnot find this option in VF01. Am in 4.7EE.
    If the reason is foreign trade data, then I suggest in the copy control (transaction VTFL) for billing document (proforma invoice), put the following values;
You are right to some extent. Once this Proforma Invoice is created, I need to move this data to GTS system.
For determine export data - 'B' Redetermine the export data
For Allocation number and Reference number fields - 'E' - Actual billing document number.
I didnot understand any thing in this.
Can you please provide more clearity.
    Thanks

  • Convert multiple files (word docs) to multiple pdf

    Hi,
Is there a script I can use in batch processing to convert about 1500 word documents into pdf? I know it's possible to convert multiple files into one pdf, but this is no good to me. Doing these conversions one by one is going to take forever!
I've tried selecting a few documents at a time and then selecting "convert to pdf" from the right-click menu, but each one requires that you tell it where to save, and then opens the file when it is done.
I need to convert Word files on a regular basis for work, and could really use a batch process for this with so many to do!
I have Acrobat 7 Pro (version 7.1.0) on XP Pro SP 2 at work, and Acrobat 8 Pro (Version 8.1.2) on XP Pro SP 3 at home.
If there is anyway it's possible to do this via a batch process I would really appreciate knowing how!!
Apologies if this has been covered in another thread, I searched but couldn't find anything.
    Thanks in advance :)

I have Acrobat 9 Pro. I can batch convert Word docs to PDFs by doing this:
    1. Open Acrobat Pro. Click File > Create PDF > Batch Create Multiple Files...
    2. A window will open prompting you to add files. Click Add Files > Add Files... OR Add Folders... If adding a folder, navigate to it, and click OK to add it to the list. You can also select a bunch of files and drag & drop them into the Add Files window.
    3. Once you have all the files listed that you want to convert, click OK. A new window called Output Options will open. In this window, select your preferred settings. For me, I want all the new PDFs to have the same filename and be in the same folder as the Word docs, so I choose these settings:
    4. Click OK, and then the batch process will begin running. You will see Word opening and closing. However, you won't have to click Save or anything. You can run it unattended. The process takes a little while, so I usually set up a batch to run, then go to lunch. Once finished, you should have all your new PDFs:
    Hope that helps someone!

  • Issue converting multiple emails using Adobe PDF Plugin

We have users that use the Adobe PDF plugin within Outlook to convert multiple emails into one PDF file.  They will select multiple emails, then click on the Adobe PDF tab within Outlook and choose Selected Messages, Create New PDF.  When the pdf is created, only the first email that was selected got converted into the pdf file.  It does not convert all of the selected emails.  I have tried it on my computer and it is not working for me either.  We are using, Windows 8.1, Office 2013, Adobe Acrobat Standard XI.  The users say they were able to get this to work before we upgraded.  Previously, they had Windows 7, Office 2010, Adobe Acrobat X.  Is this a bug?

  • Is there any provesion to convert  multiple planned order to one PR

    hi,,
i want to know is there any provesion to convert multiple planned orders to one PR .let it may create as different line item in PR. if is there please let me know
    thanks in advance
    regards
    madan

    Hi madan,
i dont think there is any way of clubbing multiple planned orders into single PR.  Like Taj suggested, you could decrease the number of planned order created thro MRP run by working on different strategies on your lot sizing key / procedure.
Also, i am assuming here that you want to club the planned orders of a single material into a single PR and also it is no way related to different account assignments.
The other way possibly u could do it is, do a Z programme and modify your MD15 transaction.  This idea is bit vague, possibly the forum could build on it.

You'll want to ask in the Mac forum (this is for Windows) but, I do believe that those options are not available in the Mac version. Windows only.
