Could i bypass importing stage in auto lockbox by inserting directly in AR_PAYMENTS

we implement Oracle ERP 11.5.5 (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM, PO, INV, OM) for our customer who distribute Gas either liquid or filled in cyclinders , but there r certain sales cycle could not fullfilled with OM standard cycles. so, we take the decsion to develop custom application fullfill this cycle and interface it with Oracle Applications. The cycle in breif is GAS' customers call asking for filling, then operator enter the order in the custom application and give the user date and assign this order to driver and truck who will used to do that order.. in the filling date invoices printed with gas' customer information and gas price and keep the quantity and total money empty.. driver go to fill the gas' customer tank and write in the invoice the quantity in the invoice and get the money from gas' customer either cash, cheaque, or credit if the gas' customer did agreements with the gas company..driver repeat this till finish all the invoices that have.
when he come back to the gas company, someone take the invoices and do settlement for them. this settlement done by entering the gas quantity sell and the cheaque information if payment done with cheaque, if cash he just cheak if what he take from driver equals the total..
the cycle now is ok according to the gas company requirments..but till now these information has no effect in Oracle ERP. our plan for interfacing this with Oracle modules is the following.
1- we will interface invoices daily with OM by inserting invoice details as imported order with status BOOKED after doing the suitable setup in OM.
2- then this orders will have AR Interface through AUTOINVOICE to create invoices in AR and inventory interface to decrease the quantity selled from gas inventory.
the proplem is the payment already done, but it's information is still in the custome application tabels. so the created invoices are still not paied in AR.
we check for a method in AR to import the payment as receipts either cash or cheaques, we found Auto Lockbox program but this program pass with 3 stages (import from flat file using SQL Loader into AR_PAYMENTS_INTERFACE_ALL, then validate the imported data and insert the passed validated records in QUICK CASH interface tables then post auto quickcash to apply receipts with customer invoices.
the problem is that i have the receipts in my oracle database tables and not in flat file so, can i insert these data into AR_PAYMENTS_INTERFACE_ALL directly and bypass the auto lockbox importing stage, and what consideration should i put in my mind while inserting direclty..i know there some data collectd from the definition of lockbox and lockbox submitting window, but these data will be constant for my case.
the last thing i'll mention that we r in multi-org implementation with one set of books and multi -operating units.

Hi all,
plz wana help in this issue. could i insert directly in AR_PAYMENTS_INTERFACE_ALL Tables without using importing Stage in AUTO LOCKBOX program..
also, i found Receipts API could i use these APIs to create receipts for the collected cash and cheaqes in AR and apply it to invoices created by Autoinvoicing in AR..
is this solution visible?????.
