Could not able to generate WSDL file in ID

Hi all,
I am Trying to generate wsdl file in ID->tools->define ws.
in overview the following error is displayed.

in step5 the above error is seen.
Let me knoe where is the problem.

I did not find any way to attach the file in the response, but I have included the facets by selecting "Weblogic Portal Beehive Web Project Facets" inthe configuration drop down while creating the web project. After selecting it start showing the Page Flow option in the new list which means you can create a new PageFlow.
And I read in the forum"http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=4281693"
where it says you can create it.
If you can suggest what should i do to get it enable, it will be great .

OSB throwing IO Exception : Could not able to rename the file

Hi,
I am trying to publish the file in an SFTP location. OSB is able to write the file with extension .a (which it generally does while writing), but couldn't able rename it to the original name.
Error From Logs :

1) All the permissions are there to read and write on that folder.
2) In the remote SFTP logs there is no activity recorded for attempting to rename the file from OSB.

Create adapter in Jdeveloper and import the artifacts in to OSB.

Not able to generate excel file locally

Hi guys,
My web server & database server are on 2 different systems. I am trying to generate excel file locally but the excel is getting generated on server. Output path is
c:\\" + output + ".xls
There is no problem anywhere else in code. If a user on any system is trying to generate excel file it's getting
generated on server in C drive. But the excel should generate on local system of that particular user.
Is this code fine?

As for the user permissions. I installed the EBS using the standard Administrator account and this account is a member of Administrators and ora_dba.

Not able to read wsdl file

Hello,
I created a method in AM AMImpl.java class. For that method i created a service interface. In service interface folder i tested web service serviceImpl.java file. But it is unable to read the wsdl document. This might be the reason why i am unable to create the webservice proxy to that wsdl url. A popup is coming with message
*"The web Service tester can not be invoked because the wsdl document of the selected service can not be read"*
Can any one please help me figuring out this problem.

To test your WS select the service impl java file and right click on it. Select run or debug (whichever suits your need). The internal WLS gets started and the service gets deployed. In the log window of jdev you'll see an 'Target URL' which you can click on. This will bring up the http analyzer which you use to do your testing.

Distribution agent could not apply a generated snapshot file

In my case , some main info as follows . after add a article into one publication , then manually execute sp_startpublication_snapshot to generate snapshot ,and with no errors , but distribution agent didnot apply it .
How to fix ?

Besides other post, please check the Replication Monitor to see if there are any errors. And also check all logs in SQL Server agents jobs related to the publication/subscription for additional messages.

Not able to display WSDL

Dear All,
In PI 7.1 while dispalying WSDL we are getting the following error:

I have checked the object in ESR and it is available and active in SWCV but it is still giving this error.

Thanx for your reply, I worked out and able to receive the data in oracle database, Actually there was some problem in insert Query. Now I have tested the same... and able to edit the same in the Database.....
But I am facing a new problem, Http Dispatcher in SES console is displaying all the Events generated as well as event in Que but there is no events in the Event Send. I guess it is not able to send the events.....?????
Event statical is showing like this

Events Generated: 311 (0.19/sec)
Events Sent: 2 (0.19/sec)
Queued Events: 309 (0.19/sec)
Kindly suggest where is the problem, Is it a JSP problem or OSES end problem.....

Not able to generate multiple lines for headers in report

I am new to BI publisher and not able to generate multiple lines for headers. Please help me to resolve.
I am using RTF template, data source as PS Query and XML file (system generated from the data source)
When I am using system generated 'First XML' file, I am getting output in the follwoing format.

When I close Photoshop CS6, the following message appears: "Could not save Preferences because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file.

When I quit Photoshop CS6, the following message appears:

Use the ‘Get Info’ command in the Finder to ensure the file is unlocked and you have permission to access the file. If the problem persists, save the document to a different file or duplicate it in the Finder."
If I try to change the Workspace in PS6 from Essentials to any other Workspace, the following messsage appears:

I have checked the Sharing and Permissions section of the "Get Info" panel accessed from the Finder and I have set Read and Write Privileges for my user account for Photoshop CS6. System and Admin are also set to Read and Write.
I have a MacBook Pro with OS X Version 10.9.5 and have all available updates for Photoshop CS6, Lightroom 5 and Bridge CS6.
I tried uninstalling the program and downloading it again and reinstalling, but nothing changed.

Not able to generate "Audit Log Tampering report"

Hi,
I am not able to generate the Audit Log tampering report in version 8.0 of Sun Identity Manager. I am encountering the following message when I am trying to generate the report.
"Tamper-resistant logging is disabled. Unable to verify the integrity of the audit logs." I did not find any option to set the tamper-resistant logging feature in version 8.0 of Sun Idm.
In version 6 there is an option to set the tamper resistant audit log box by "Enabling tamper-resistant audit logs box" ( Please refer: http://docs.sun.com/source/819-4483/auditing.html)
The generated report (in version 6) did not show any data inspite of me deleting a row in the audit log.

destype=file (FILE small case)
2) In builder, in property pallette see if you have given any "initial value" for these parameters (especially desname, destype etc) ?

Not able to generate reports after 8.1.1.3 patch installation

We are not able to generate reports after 8.1.1.3 patch installtion.
and we also followed workaround as below
1) Import the sif files from Siebel\8.1\Tools_1\REPPATCH\12-1VMBCSV.zip
2) Import the 4 SIF files in the following order:
S_XMLP_REP_TMPL_02112010.sif
SBL_XMLP_REPORT_SELECTION_FLG.sif
Report Template BC.sif
Report Template Registration Applet.sif
3)Apply the DDL for table S_XMLP_REP_TMPL and compile repository
Still not able to generate Reports.

Reports were working fine and we are able to generate reports at configured views in 8.1.1.1 version.
After installing 8.1.1.3 patch, if we click on reports icon below is the error message displayed.
An error has occurred creating business component '<?>' used by business object '<?>'.
Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration. (SBL-DAT-00222).
- is it mandatory to configure security model?(in 8.1.1.1 we used default security model)?
-is it necessary to import BIPDataService and BIPSiebelSecurityWS inbound Web Services?
- I didn't see below views as mentioned in bookshelf.

No. After upgrading (and of course make a back up first) you will need to update iPhoto to v9.6.1 (you won't be able to do this prior to upgrading). Here's how:
Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

One question often asked: Will I lose my Photos if I reinstall?
iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.
Photos is v1 of a new app, as yes it's not as mature as iPhoto. It uses a different technology for working with external editors. That requires Adobe to write an extension to let it hook into the new app. Not done yet, neither has anyone else.
Going forward: iPhoto will run on OS 10.10., but there is no guarantee for subsequent versions of the OS. You might want to factor that into your anger term thinking.
