Counting the drop-down selections

Hi everybody.
The scenario is:
The user has a filter with 20 product lines, for each he must to edit any cells in the layout. He select one, make changes, save, choice other product line in the filter, edit any cells, save, etc...
I need to make a counter that show to user which product line that he had changed, like an input field, but just to show the product lines changed. who can help me?

Hi,
Welcome to SDN.
It seems that you are using a tableView to display the data. If so, just reserve 1 column 'change Flag' that will hold this piece of information.
In the OnInputProcessing event, you would surely determine whick row is accessed. Thus, you just have to update the column 'change Flag' of this row for the User to remember he/she has already made modifications.
As the layout is rendered, the screen is modified and the column 'change Flag' along with it...

In Ver 4.0, what happened to the drop down selections for previous windows for the current tab?

In the previous versions of Firefox, in any open tab that had multiple windows open, i. e. from a search where you would go to many different windows, there was a drop down selection to the right of the "back/forward" button that would let you select prior windows ... and always the first one. That is no longer there. It was extremely helpful and I used frequently. Can you add it?

You can get the drop down list by either right-clicking on the back/forward buttons, or holding down the left button until the list appears.
If you want the drop-down arrow you can add it with the Back/forward dropmarker add-on - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/backforward-dropmarker

How to disable certain text fields in second tab based on the drop down selection from first tab?

My first tab contains a drop down menu which has two options
1. Personal info
2. Office info
The second tab contains all the information regarding Office and Personal Information. But I need to selectively disable certain fields based on the drop down in first tab.
For example,
The second tab consissts of all fields like
Name,
Age
Job title,
Office Location, etc.
And i dont want office related details to be displayed if I am selecting personal info in the first tab.
It would be really great if someone could send me the code for achieving this.

Can you check the List component in foundation/components ? I think "Build list using" works he same as your requirement. Check the listener they have used in dialog/items/list/items/ listFrom/listeners

here the ExtJs will find the tabpanel with value you are selecting fromdropdown. The title of each panel should match with the dropdown values
Some queries
Disable values means you have to remove it from your CRX?
"values should become mandatory". for tab2? or tab3? - if tab2 and if it is a customized widget then u have to write it in your js only i think.

I'm fairly new to this, but I think it has to do with the way you have the drop downs named. Did you copy one then keep pasting it in each field? If so, that is the problem. You should rename each one with a different number: Dropdown1, Dropdown2, etc. I think that might solve the issue.

I use this for my mobile, on-site auto repair business and not being able to call up repair and diagnostic info and reference for some cars is troublesome for sure. It works fine on the computer and I have installed a remote desktop app as a workaround but it is unreliable because the desktop is not business dedicated and may be off or in use at the time. So is there a known fix for this?
Let me paint a more descriptive picture, visualize 4 drop down selection menus, first one is for year, next one is for make, 3rd one is model and the last one is for engine size/type. If I wanted to choose a 2012 vehicle it wont work because it is the top selection on the list. This can be forced by selecting any other year and then coming back to 2012. Ok fine, but then let's say I wanted to choose Acura as the make, well it won't take it because again it's the top selection. Again you work around it be selecting any other make and coming back to Acura. Ok now select the model, same trend follows. But now since most Acura vehicles come with dedicated engines and no optional engines I have only 1 selection in that final drop down menu and it will not take my selection and therefore never let me proceed to the info I need.
This is also true when ordering parts from my wholesaler's website, they use drop downs and I can only get to that last drop down and then I'm stuck. This is blindingly frustrating, what options do I have. I'm not opposed to any avenue at this point.

Did you ever figure this out? I bought my iPad last week to use in my business as well. I assume you are trying to use alldata? That is where I noticed this same issue. I had problems with identifix working with safari but downloaded a different browser and that works fine. Alldata does not work with either browser. The main difference is that on identifix if there is only one engine selection, it automatically selects the only option and continues to the home page. With alldata you have to make the selection manually even if there is only one option. Honestly if I can't get this to work I am going to return the iPad as it looses a significant amount of usefulness to men

How can I locate the drop down menu to select thumbnails for viewing my photos?

I am using Microsoft Windows Vista. I select Files> Get photos and Videos> From Files and Folders. I select my photos and In my views I have a choice of different size icons, list, details and tiles. The icons are a flower image. When I select an image to view it only appears as an extra large icon on the middle right side of the moniter. I would like to view the thumbnail of the photo bfore I bring to my organizer. The drop down menu doesn't have a choice for thumbnail.

Perhaps I need to supply more details. I am using PSE9. I haven't any problem importing the images into the Organizer as I just select the Icons and select "Get Media" or "Open" and they transfer over to the Organizer. I would like to see the image as a thumbnail not an icon when when making the selection. If I right click them, the Icon, and select open they will open in "Windows Live Photo Gallery".
The icons are now listed on the left side of the monitor about the right middle it states "Select A File To Preview". When I select a file (icon) a large file (icon) appears in that area and it should be a thumbnail of the image. Somehow I can't locate the drop down menu taht permits me to make that selection. I think it has something to do with my files being able to open in Windows Live Photo Gallery when right clicking and select Open. Is the drop down menu only available in Windows 7?

Drop down selection is not refreshing the page data correctly

I have a drop down menu for a CREATE DATE. The record is based on a Identification ID. This identification ID can be in our system for multiple CREATE DATES. The CREATE DATE drop down is populated by checking how many different CREATE DATES there are for a particular identification ID.
The last identification ID looks great. It populates all the fields. However if you select an older CREATE DATE, the page does not get populated with that CREATE DATES data. The whole page even looks different. It looks like an older version of the page before I added all the new fields.
What is causing the older CREATE DATES not to look like the current create date.

The List of Values is: Named LOV is the Select Named LOV. The list of values definition is a query against a table in our database:

ORDER BY CRE_DT DESC
This is the date on which the ID_IDENT data was created. The date is displayed in a pull down menu, which allows you to select from a list of available "as of" dates when viewing the data. Only data on the most recent ID_IDENT record may be manually altered.
I have a UNIQ_ID = '34587443'. It acutally has records in the database with that UNIQ_ID. The only difference is the create date. On record of 345778 was done on 10/1/2008 and the current date 10/13/2008.
I see these two dates in the CREATE_DATE pull down menu. This is fine. The drop down orders the dates by DESC so I have the lastest date on top fo the pull down.
If I want to pick the date of 10/1/2008, I need go into the web page, open the Create Date pull down and select the older date.
When I pick the older date 10/1/2008, the page does not look the same as the defaul tor oldest time date and numbers.
The page is different and most of the data on the webpage is there.
What should have happened is that I choice the newer date from the drop down, the page refreshes with the data from 10/1/2008
and all the parameters are displayed from the date of 10/1/2008. It isn't only part of the fields are being populated and the page itself doesn't refresh to the look of the original page. Thank you.

Now I need to know which element is selected so based on that I need to perform some function. eg. based on the selected data , i need to populate the next drop down list.

Write the code in this event.

i know that we can monitor 'Integration server' in message monitoring rather than choosing integration engine or adapter engine.
But in our existing land scapes i am unable to select IS from the drop down list in message mapping.

There are no extra settings that needs to be done for this. I don't know whether you have noticed this, but IS option will only come up when you want to monitor the messages from the "Database" and not from the "Database overview" or "Archive".

It would appear that you are destined for the Adobe Photoshop Elements Forum since your question is related to Photoshop Elements and not Premiere Elements which is the focus program where you have posted.
But, while the arrangements are being made, here are a few things for you to think about if you have not already
1. Reset Tools - Select Brush Tool, then
2. Delete Settings File
Go to Full Editor/Edit Menu/Preferences/General and click on the option "Reset Preferences on Next Launch".

here is fix! i tried only step 1 and then restarted my computer and now it works. Choose remove All Files
