Create a new branch On same OR different Client
Dear Experts,
Can anyone tell me the advantages and disadvantages of same vs different client, from FI & CO view, as we are having a new foreign branch in another country, should we use the same client or a different client?
For e.g.:
Client 100 Company A - present
Client 100 Company B - new
OR
Client 100 Company A - present
Client 200 Company B - new
Regrads,
Mohammad
Hi Mohammed,
It would be better to choose the first option ie, choosing the same client. Please refer the attachment which deals with this topic.
Same or different client
two different organization on one system
more than one company code
Warm regards,
Murukan Arunachalam

When I create a new account with same password is ...
Over the course of inactivity it happened that I forgot my passwords. I did not request a reset but created a new account with the same e-mail. Can I have several accounts with the same e-mail? And if so, how do I request a reset of password for a specific username resp. account? I would like to keep the old user accounts for several reasons. But requesting a reset via e-mail will do so on my newest account for which I know the password.
Am I trying to do something impossible?as far as I remember, accounts are tagged as inactive after 6 months of no activity.

Has anyone had an issue with password and not been able to retrieve it using email nor answering security questions? This is my case, I tred to do both, I do not get any email from Itunes to let me know how to do. If I try to reset it using my security question, which was my birthday, does not work either. I believe someone changed everything for me and I do not know what to do because in oder to update all my purchases I need my original account. I just created one using same ID and e-mail address, all successful, but it does not mean that I'm able to retrieve all my prurchases because it's a new account...Please, any idea, I appreciate your comments and/or feedback, Thanks!!!
Content and Apple IDs -
Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID. -
To clarify: the apple ID I am currently using was created to have a temporary account.

Creating new user having same access as that of SYSTEM user in Express Edit
Hi, is it possible in oracle to create a new user having same access as that of SYSTEM user?
If yes what would be syntax?
If not i would like to create a user having most of admin rights likes exporting and importing schemas and all.
How it can be done?
Any help would be appreciated.. :)
I am using Express Edition 11g.same access as that of SYSTEM usergrant dba to <username>;
Its not exactly system equivalent, sys does grant a few rights directly to system database user but its pretty darn close.
exporting and importing schemasgrant datapump_exp_full_database to <username>;
grant datapump_imp_full_database to <username>; -

if i have an itune account for a nano under my account and then on my laptop create a new user account under a different, can i have a new itunes account for a shuffle?
Welcome to the Apple Community.
You should use the same iTunes account for all your devices. -
Hi ,
I am facing an issue with Oracle Coherence 3.7.1 in linux m/c , where it’s always creating a new cluster, even if I start a new member provided with same cluster name as argument. -Dtangosol.coherence.cluster=name
It’s not joining the existing cluster , it’s always creating a new cluster with same name in Linux m/c.
But when I tried the same thing in windows m/c , it working fine , even If I start N number cache server’s it joining the same cluster as one more member.
Please someone help me, why it’s always creating a new cluster in linux m/c with same name ? why new VM’s are not joining the existing cluster? , Is there anything extra setup I need to do for Linux m/c.
Thanks in Advance.

For unicast, you need to define the override file as under:
<?xml version='1.0'?>
<coherence>
<cluster-config>
<member-identity>
<cluster-name system-property="tangosol.coherence.cluster">LPACache_cluster</cluster-name>
</member-identity>
<unicast-listener>
<well-known-addresses>
<socket-address id="1">
<address system-property="tangosol.coherence.wka1">coherence-node1-ip</address>
<port system-property="tangosol.coherence.wka1.port"> coherence-node1-port</port>
</socket-address>
<socket-address id="2">
<address system-property="tangosol.coherence.wka2"> coherence-node2-ip </address>
<port system-property="tangosol.coherence.wka2.port"> coherence-node2-port</port>
</socket-address>
</well-known-addresses>
<port-auto-adjust system-property="tangosol.coherence.localport.adjust">false</port-auto-adjust>
</unicast-listener>
</cluster-config>
<configurable-cache-factory-config>
<class-name>com.tangosol.net.DefaultConfigurableCacheFactory</class-name>
<init-params>
<init-param>
<param-type>java.lang.String</param-type>
<param-value system-property="tangosol.coherence.cacheconfig">coherence-cache-config.xml</param-value>
</init-param>
</init-params>
</configurable-cache-factory-config>
<logging-config>
<severity-level system-property="tangosol.coherence.log.level">5</severity-level>
<character-limit system-property="tangosol.coherence.log.limit">0</character-limit>
</logging-config>
</coherence>Use the property -Dtangosol.coherence.localhost=coherence-node1-ip and -Dtangosol.coherence.localport=coherence-node1-port for coherence server1 and -Dtangosol.coherence.localhost=coherence-node2-ip and -Dtangosol.coherence.localport=coherence-node2-port for Coherence server 2. Once you start the servers with these changes, you should not see the below message:

Creating a new line for a row layout
Hi
i am building a web service based OA page...
For this i have a created a VO with transient variables which holds the values from webservice.
Now i have a row layout region where i key in some values which are required to call webservice..
using this values webservice is called..and object is returned from webservice ,from which vo transient attributes get the values..
now my requirement is i need to create one more line to key in more rows...at any point of time user can create a new row to query a different item ....or existing item..
The queried results can be seen in the underlying table region which holds the VO attributes discussed above..
Please help in this...how to achieve above mentioned functionality...
If u need more clarifications please write to me...If you can provide a screenshot of your page then it will be helpful to understand the problem.

How do I create a new library in Itunes 11?
I have converted a bu7nch of songs to MP3 for my Andrtoid player. But they are all listed in my main library. I thought I would create a new library and name in MP3. But I don't see how to create a new library. I tried holding down the Option key and the Tunes icon until a window came up. The window came up but create a new library wasn't there. Plerase advise.

This is ridiculous! After trying 50 times holding down the Tunes icon and the option key, I finally got the suggested Library window. I created a new library. Then after trying 50 more times, I was able to open the alternative library. However, everyting in it was a copy of my original music in the original library.
Then you did not create a new library or you re-opend the original library.
A new library is gonna be empty.
but can't seem to get back to my original library.
When you created a new library, did you choose different location than the original?
If you are having problems getting Create or Choose library window...
Click the iTunes icon in the dock then immediately press and hold Option. -
I imagine this is so it can simply edit the old backup, but can't I just create a new backup?
Same issue. Have deleted the old backup and can't create a new encrypted backup without the password for the old backup. Can't create an unencrypted backup without the password for the old backup. This is a functional software defect that Apple needs to fix.
NOTE: I AM NOT TRYING TO ACCESS THE OLD BACKUP, I JUST WANT TO CREATE A NEW ONE. -
How can i create proxy service from another proxy on different domain
i have a demo webservice. it has many operations on proxy service's message flow. How can i create proxy service from demo's wsdl on different domain
Edited by: fresh man on Jul 1, 2012 11:17 PMYou can either export the WSDL in a sbconfig.jar and then import this sbconfig.jar in the new domain. Then you can create a new Proxy in new domain based on the WSDL you imported.
Alternatively, you can open the WSDL in the old domain, copy the text content of WSDL, then open new domain sbconsole and create a new WSDL type resource and paste the content you copied from old domain WSDL here. Then you can create a new Proxy Service based on this WSDL resource you created.
Although, may I ask why do you need to create this new Proxy Service on a different domain? If you want to create a service similar to existing Proxy Service on different domain, then you can export the existing proxy service along with any dependencies to a sbconfig.jar and them import them in any other domain.
If you want your new Proxy Service to invoke the existing Proxy on different domain, then you need to create a Business Service in the new domain (calling domain) which can invoke your existing Proxy service in other domain. -
