Create Cursor from With Stament

Hi
Can I to build a cursor from With Stament ?
Example:
with mytable as ( select 'aaa' field from dual
                           UNION ALL
                           Select 'bbb' from dual
  ---  I wnated to build a cursor from mytable
  select  * from mytabletks

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.I don't see the reason in doing that, but yes, you can do it. At least in 10G.
