Creating a Project CRS - Param Vals

Question

I created a new coordinate ref system based based on the SQL below. Basically, it is a copy of an existing projection. I have a reference to my SDO_COORD_OPS and what is really strange is that even with or without param values, it gives me the same results. What do I need to do, to have it read the param values? I have not included this in the SQL as even without them, it gives the same results as if I added them accordingly. This tells me that it is not even reading the value. Even with the SQL insert below, I would expect Oracle to complain as all params have not been set.
Insert into SDO_COORD_REF_SYSTEM

There is another post of yours, in which you might be referring to this same scenario.
Generally, you have to insert
- the operation
- its parameter values
- the projected CRS definition
in that order (due to referential integrity constraints).
If this is the same scenario you are referring to in the other post, let's discuss it, there.
Please post the exact SQL script you are running, including inserts, and then queries.
Then I will be able to look into what might be the issue.
