Data Base- formula help wanted

I have a database for 1200 ladies dresses
I need to make a multiple selection. For example to select from pull down menus 1. The Maker. 2. The size. 3. The colour 4. The price range. Then to click the select button to bring up those dresses within those parameters.
I'm struggling - can anyone help please.

In our application we are using jdbc:odbc:driver to connect with MSAccess database (.mdb), The data base is password protected,, when I run the application and access the database the user name, application path and the password is stored in the system registry automatically . The path where the details are stored is
I don’t know the reason behind this update in the registry, how can I remove the entry from the registry using java code.
Requirement:
The password should not be updated in the registry , how can I avoid this?
The sample code is

Thank you for your message.
Our application's feature set is defined by what we store in a table in the DB. Eg: 1 means premium version, 2 means basic version etc. The app is written and tested, and prior to shipment we only change this value.
It would take us too long to change the basic logic. One alternate we thought is to encrypt this number by multiplying it with a large prime.
Is there some other way in which we can protect the user name / password ?

I can't claim to know much about visual C# Net, but I do know a bit about pagemaker. It really can't handle equations. there are a few work arounds involving things like baseline shifts and multiple text boxes, but generally equations were created in different programs and placed in pagemaker in picture or eps files. Either way the chances of extracting usable data out of pagemaker is very slim.

BCS: unable to determine consolidation area for data basis B1

Dear gurus,
   I have two consolidation areas B1 and Y1 on the same data basis B1. I want to report the data of consolidation area Y1. I created a query which had the restrictions on consolidation chart of accounts, fiscal year variant, version, fiscal year, posting period and group currency. But when I opened the query with BEx Analyzer, the error prompted like below:
   Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method : UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
   Error reading the data of InfoProvider ZCB_B1V11
   Unable to determine consolidation area for data basis B1
The row of the query is Item. I found if I activated the hierarchy of Item, this error occured and if deactivated the hierarchy of Item, the error disappeared.
Please advise. Points will be awarded if helpful.

Something is wrong with your hierarchy.
In my case items hierarchy works fine.
May propose two cases:
1. Which version of your hierarchy, defaulted 100 or not? If not - wait for trouble.
2. Hierarchy are global for all consolidation areas. If you hierarcical structures in different cons areas assigned to different special versions, the I'd not exclude some controversies between globality and special version pecularities.

It depends on your needs. Excel is just a spreadsheet. So it's not good for things that a database is good at - data entry, reporting, searching, etc.
If you want to do more than store data in rows and columns I'd suggest looking at database programs like FileMaker Pro, 4D, Omnis, and friends.

Several points that can help more:
1. If you are working with Dot.Net, then I highly recommend read the first link that you got! This is nice and simple coding. Another option is this link which is even better in my opinion:

2. As i mention above both link use the column's type image. There are several other option of working with Files. In most of my applications architecture I find that it is better to use a column which let us use any type of file and not an image column.
In choosing the right column's type for your needs basically your fist question should be if if you want to store your data inside relational database environment or outside relational environment. It is a good idea to look for blogs on this issue. Next
if you chose to store your data inside then you need to chose the right column type according to your server version. I highly recommend to look for blogs on the differences between those column's types: IMAGE,

Hi, if this is in regards to your library simply open up itunes and do the following steps:
Click File
Scroll down to "show duplicates"
A list will then appear of your duplicate song titles.
Be sure to CAREFULLY review each song to make sure it is a duplicate ( as I have some music that is the same song but live, acoustic etc...)
Proceed to manually delete each song from the list and leave alone any song that you wish to keep.

You can't. It is a good security feature. You have to connect the iPod to yur computer and restore via iTunes.

Hi there. I'm not sure what version you are on, but in ERP 2005 this is an obsolete statement. Here's an alternate way to get the information you're looking for:

       lastname LIKE P0002-NACHN,
       firstname LIKE P0002-VORNA,

RP-PROVIDE-FROM-LAST P0002 space sy-datum sy-datum.

Even if you don't end up using this code, you would need to change yours so that you aren't appending to your person_tab table until you have moved all of the data for the fields of your record. By appending twice like you currently are doing, you are creating two separate records (one with just the pernr and another with the first and last name). I hope this helps.

In any case you need to set-up a sqlnet connection from your client to your server. Use the Network Configuration Utility that comes with the Oracle Forms installation.
