Date and time fields are not getting updated in database

Hi,
I am Using the bapi SD_SHIPMENT_HEADER_CHANGE in my program ...
I am using bapi_shipemnt_create for creating shipment document but, trying to enter the date fileds using this bapi .
can anybody please tell me how shud i pass this variables exactly ...
i tried giving test data and checked this bapi .. the result in changing parameters is also appearing but in databade itself the date fields are not getting reflected ...
The fields ate DTDIS ,UZDIS, DATEN,UATEN. ( i am trying to map these fields in changing parameters)

While i compare with my IDES system, data carrier & application fields are getting displayed in CV04N.

Hi Bhanu,
Please note that the fields 'Data carrier' & 'Application field' are visible only if no document type is entered.
Suppose you enter a document type and press ENTER then these fields disappear. This is because the field 'Application' was designed when only the storage is archive, vault or SAP-SYSTEM was possible and the number of added originals was limited.
Currently DMS allows storage of originals on Content Server and there is no limit on the number of added originals, the system behavior was changed due to performance reasons. To avoid performance problems if you search for a document with a lot of originals attached this field gets invisible if you enter a document type which uses the KPRO storage.

CJ20N-fields are not getting updated in table PROJ

Hi all,
I have a requirement where I need to transfer the WBS element data created in one system to another using IDOC.
The idoc has generated sucessfully and was also sent/processed successfully in the recieving system but fields STSPD and STSPR are not getting poulated in table PROJ.
In the confic I have assigned FM:IDOC_INPUT_PROJECT to the process code.

Please check with the Customer and Material Statistics group in the Customer and material master respectively.
Further check with the LIS settings (Sales Area combination with the Update group).

Material Number and Serial Number are not getting filled...Very very urgent

I have my code in the badi...CRM_EQUI_LOAD...method PERFORM_LOAD.In this i try to to create a component for the ibase using the function module... CRM_ICSS_CREATE_COMPONENT...The component gets created but the material and serial number are not getting updated...It is very very urgent..please help....

I am not sure what information you are passing in given FM.
But in my case I have used FM 'CRM_CREATE_IBASE_FROM_EQUI' to create Ibase and component. It creates IBase and Component along with other details like material number and serial number.

How do I get rid of the dates and times on my Notes that appeared when I updated to 8?

Yes, it's seems like a poor design decision.
By putting the date on the line below the Note title in the Notes Index, the app shows half the number of notes per page AND if you have a large number of notes, it takes twice as long to stroll down.
I doubt the designer actually uses the app.

HIRE DATE & FIRE DATE are not getting updated whenever the data of an employee loaded into SAP T-Code PA20 .
And even the input data contains the both the fields HIRE DATE & FIRE DATE

Hi Girishkg,
The default IIS limit for the upload file size is 30MB. If the selected files are larger than 30MB, the files are not uploaded.
The limit can be set in web application’s web.config file or in IIS .

Few keyfigures are not getting updated in the backup cube

Hi,
We run the daily backup process chain which extract data from planning
area and store in the cube & ods.
There are infopackages which update cube & ods, the datasource & info
source is same for both ODS & backup cube.
But a few keyfigures do not get updated in backup cube where as we see
ODS getting updated for those keyfigures. Also there exist data in the
planning area for these keyfigures.
There is direct mapping between the keyfigures in cube & planning area.
We tried to debug it and noticed that data gets updated in update routine table but not get updated in cube.
There are total 25 keyfigures in the cube , out of this only 5 keyfigures are not getting updated.
Need expert opinion on this.

Hi Chetana,
Check the backup step in your process chain. The Data Selection tab may have certain conditions on account of which certain keyfigures in your Backup Cube are not getting updated.
Check if any ABAP routine or any selection conditions are maintained which are causing certain keyfigs to be excluded.

We are using SRM 7.0 version and we are working on classic scenario where the shopping cart - RFX - Contract are created in SRM and the PO - GR - IR are created in ECC. The blackened documents which are created in ECC PO - GR and IR these documents are not getting updated in SRM system.
Is there any business functions to be activated.

You manually run report ""BBP_GET_STATUS_2" after PO is created in MM. Then check if the follow-on-docs are updated in SC.
If it is working fine after you manully run report, you will have to properly set time to run this report automatically.

Taxes are not getting updated in PO

Dear All,
I have done some changes in pricng and tax calculation procedure.
But for old POs the calculations are not getting updated when i sees at invoice tab in PO. To make affect the same I need to unrelease the PO, SAVE and again release the PO.
Is there any other way for updating the tax calculations at invoice tab in PO.

Only other way possible is abap script to be made to change Po data without changing the release. Otherwise you need to unrelease the Po's first, then change the data and then save for your changes to get affected.

According to your post, my understanding is that changes to Excel files are not getting updated.
I recommend to configure Excel Services data refresh by using Secure Store and an external Office Data Connection (ODC) file.

If you use PowerPivot, you can refer to:

Data of different session are not getting refreshed.

We used select one choice and it is bind to the iterator. Data of different session are not getting reflected.
Problem Scenario : Two browsers are open with same screen . In browser-1, I am adding new item which display on drop down of same screen. But drop down of browser-2 is not displaying the new added value.
Please let me know how to refresh the data of browser-2 if I added data on different session.

I dont suppose we have any option to achieve this at Query Designer level. Your requirement can be achieved in Workbook,
Insert text template in one of the cell in your workbook, context menu--properties-Constant Tab----Check Display last Refreshed. Doing this you will get Date and Time of last refreshed data.

MIRO issue (urgent!), amount and quantity fields are not captured from PO

Hi,
When we try to post thought MIRO using PO as reference, quantity and amount fields are not captured. We do MIGO first and then MIRO.
GR based invoice verification in the vendor master is selected and the check mark GR-based in the PO is selected too.
We're getting this MIRO issue for "all" PO and Service Entry Sheet.
We'll appreciate your recommendation in order to fix this critical issue as soon as possible.
