Dbcoonection in adfstore?

Question

I followed the tutorial to set up databasesetup
It works
However when I establish dataconnection in jdeveloper
I got errors messages like:
AN error was encountered performing the
requested operation:
listener refused the connection with following
error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener doesnot currently kow of
SID given in connect descriptor
the Connection descriptor used by the client was:
localhost:1521:lhdev
vendor code 0"
I do not know how to fix this problem?
someone help me out?
THe oracle 10g on windows xp, there are two db I set:
1. global database name: lhdev.ca.uwo.com
SID: lhdev
2. gloaal database name: lhdev2.ca.uwo.com
SID: lhdev2

Another problem is that when I start "OracleOraDb10g_home1TNSListenerlisterner" service in the services management. It always pop ups the message
"could not start the OracleOraDb10g_home1TNSListenerlisterner on local
computer
error 1067:the process terminated unexpectedly"
Does any experience this problem?
oracle db 10g continues working when I use sqlplus as both windows and dos interface
I am really confused, need big help!

If a domain name is defined, the domain name gets appended to the net service name.
Set the service name in tnsnames.ora with the domain name appended to the service name.
