Dbms_mview why not listed?

Question

hi guys,
Oracle Database 11g Express Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
CORE    11.2.0.2.0      Production
TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
SQL> grant execute on dbms_mview to hr;
Grant succeeded.I can use the package, but how come it is not listed
SQL> select name from dba_source
  2  where name like 'DBMS_VIEW%'
  3  and type = 'PACKAGE';
no rows selected

SQL> select object_name from dba_objects where
  2  object_name like 'DBMS_MVIEW%'
  3  and owner='SYS';
no rows selectedand was surpised it was not owned by sys
so
SQL> select owner, object_name from dba_objects
  2  where object_name like 'DBMS_MVIEW%';
OWNER                          OBJECT_NAME
PUBLIC                         DBMS_MVIEW
