I'm doing an heterogeneous system copy (AIX/Informix --> AIX/Oracle).
In the phase DBR3LOADEXEC_IND_IND I've the next error :
• See logfile CE1CBRG.log for further information.
(RFF) ERROR: read from data file "/temporal/export/DATA/CE1CBRG.001"

Hello,
In that case you must have set parallel processes for R3load.
I found the following in SAP Note:
*Note 179139 - INST: 4.6B R/3 Inst. on UNIX - Oracle
If you specify more than 3 (Solaris: 1) parallel R3load processes, the error 'Snapshot too old' may occur. In this case, just restart R3SETUP to resolve the error.
The number of parallel R3load processes is prompted by R3SETUP. It can also be specified in the command file (key PROCESSES in section DBR3LOADEXEC_IND_IND).
*All though the note is not applicable to you, it gives you a hint.

Siddhesh

  • BackGround Output Format

    Hello,
    We run on SAP 4.6 B Solaris 5.10 & Informix
    I have doubt in the background printing format.. We ask the report users in our R/3 system to run Tcodes like FBL1N , FBL3N etc in background so that they dont face any time_out issues... But what they complain to us is the format of the output is very different in foreground and background.. Is there a setting to be done somewhere so that they get a similar output and we can ask them to run it permanently in background..
    Kindly Help..
