i have 23mb taken up by mail. how can i delete it?
I called APPLE for assistance on something. CSR didnt know the answer and told me to reset it instead. i can I restore the way everything was?

You should be able to go to icloud.com, sign into your account, then launch any of the apps shown there and select and delete data from them. For example, launch Mail, click on your inbox, select email that you want to delete and press your delete key to delete it.

How do I delete songs etc in icloud? Whenever I go into my itunes account on laptop and delete something, it tells me it has gone, then it re appears showing as not in library but still in icloud so I can download again....I have some duplicates so it is very annoying they will not delete.

In whatever reader you are using, go to the page that lists your books. Look for an edit button and then delete those you want deleted. Or slide finger across a book to get a delete option.
For example, in iBook, go to the bookshelf. Tap the Edit Button. choose which book to delete. It's somewhat similar in other readers like Kindle.

ICloud Notes keeps recovering deleted items. How do I stop it?

Every time I delete a note in iCloud Notes it recovers the file back to the 'On My Mac' recovery folder. I close the program out, open it back up, and it just does it over and over again. I had as much as 10 recovered items in there at one time. It is driving me crazy and I want it to stop. Does anyone know how to make it stop. Or at least make it where the notes only sync to my iCloud and not my desktop?
I tried to delete the com.apple.notes folder and it did nothing.

It appears no one is ever able to really fix a problem on a Mac, the support threads ramble on but never get a solution. iCloud wont let me delete items from my tasks list, it annoyingly keeps putting them back - if I mention this the Mac-Nerds will go on and on about how you have to set things up correctly without realizing the problem occured sudenly and had been working fine for a long time... they were set up - just fine! Then all of a sudden, they don't work. In the end it all comes back to some large preditory, carnivorous cat - a leopard, a lion - maybe the fat tabby that lives two doors down is involved. All you'll get is a conversation with a Mac-Nerd that goes: Nerd: "did you try this?" - You: "yeah", Nerd: "oh, did you try this?" - You: "yeah", (enter new Nerd) Nerd 2: "you should have fed your Lion twice a day and only once on every second Tuesday of the month, how could you not know this??" You: "its been working fine for months" Nerd: "have you tried?" You: "the thing you said in the beggining that I said I had? ...yeah (sigh!)"

If all my photos and video are stored to iCloud, if I delete some off my iPhone will the deleted items still stay backed up to iCloud forever?

I Don't have access to a PC and won't be able to buy an Apple laptop (that I dearly want) for another month or so.

Who is the email account provider?
With an Apple iCloud account, there is a preference setting with the account settings on the iPhone to archive messages - save deleted messages in your Archive folder.
I believe the same is available with a Gmail account.
