Details (documents) by FS item

Hello,
I wonder if there is a possiblity with a standard report to display details (documents) behind FS item. Basically, the requirement is to have an ability from FSV to view the documents behind the totals. I implemented the notes for RFBILA00N (FC10N transaction), which allowed me to link FBL3N report to it; but, the documents I can display in this way are only of G/L account. I cannot make the report display the documents of all G/L accounts, which are in the same FS item.

the report to report assignment "FAGL_ACCOUNTS_ITEMS_GL" read the data by FS item. You ensure characteristics account number, FS item are selected in the report.
Characteristics:

when the report is executed, place the cursor on FS item and call up the line item report. this will give you all the accounts documents included in that FS item.

To have more understanding of the execution behavior, See F1 help for Variant when you add the report assignment.
The backdrop is it will include all the fiscal years upto the fiscal year entered in selection parameters. however, when line item report is displayed you can sort it by fiscal year.

    Im working on SRM 5.0.We are creating mult line item SC's.My reqt is that once i enter the cost centre details in the 1st item of the SC,that cost centre value should be copied automatically to all the line items in the cart w/o click of any button.
    My problem is that the CHNAGE badi cannot be used as the copying should be done immediately after the 1st item details are entered and w/o clicking of any button on the sceen,

    Hi Ram!
    Once you gave the Account assignment for your first line item, you should have the button "Change All Items in Document".
    If you manage to use it, then you only have to push it once => it will be copied automatically to all items of the SC.

  • How to reverse a FI document with line item that is cleared

    Dear All,
    I have similar problem like the previous post here:

    the difference is, the document was posted several months before.
    In March, there is 2 vendor document with 3 item, say 100001 and 100002.
    the document 100001 is false and changed with 100002 but 100001 is not reversed.
    In April, item 3 of document 100001 is cleared with document 200001.
    this is wrong because the cleared item should be in document 100002.
    this problem is known in October.
    How do we fix this problem?

    Hi,
    Use <b>Tr. Code: FBRA</b>  give document number if you want reset then click on reset or if you want reverse the click reverse.
    this solution is sufficient for you problem.

  • Error message:Material document contains no items (order: 40000004 item: 00

    Good Day SAP expert,
    I have facing an error message on Material document contains no items (order: 40000004 item: 000010) & Message no. /DBM/COMMON286.
    This error happen when I want to create Good Issue with action QGIS (Create Goods Issue (DBM)).
    Steps that I create vehicle order:
    1.     Go to /dbm/order01 and select 3010 u2013 Vehicle Order based on Model
    2.     Then I create for a new customer with model sales code
    3.     I save the vehicle order in DBM.
    4.     I go to VELO to create vehicle on Peugeot model sales code and create PO, good receipt and incoming invoice.
    5.     Then I use action QDBM to enable vehicle to DBM.
    6.     I assign the vehicle (DBM) to my vehicle order (created based on model).
    7.     The assignment is successful; therefore I would like to do Good Movement (good issue). Error : Material document contains no items pop up.
    8.     I have try with create VELO, assign QDM and create 3000 u2013 vehicle order, Good Movement able to perform.
    I apply snote 1527931 - Problem with reading of document flow on nonunicode systems.
    Its doesn't work, system say still say that material document contains no items.
    is it advisable change error message to warning message?
    Please advice.

    I am not sure but this coudl be reason.
    You have created a vehicle but you have not created the purchase order and Goods Recipt for the Vehicle, means the VEHICLE IS NOT IN YOUR INVENTORY
    First check whether the vehicle is in inventory or not, if not then not possible to do Goods issue.

    In previous sap b1 version ,in purchase document rows of item type -- system allows to change the gl account in rows.
    But in current 8.8 it is missing ,can any one know how to activate this or is there any logical reason to lock this.

    Hi Chandra,
    In some older version this was possible. This was changed as this is the stock account to avoid usage of incorrect account and valuation report issues.
    If you want a specific stock account for the item change you can define that on the item master data. Set it to Item Level and then change the GL account.

  • Clearing Control-CL document with FICA items

    Hi Friends,
    I have the following scenario.
    Actual:-
    Order with Document type AA(My Invoice) and payment method V.
    1. Customer has paid with w.r.t to Business partner number info.
    2. Payment was posted on the Account and the document with document type ZU is posted
    3. With clearing system generates 3 CL documents.
    I have no idea why the system generates 3 CL documents instead of creating one CL clearing document.
    Correct will be:-
    Now I have analysed a similar scenario in other system it worked perfectly without CL documents. Single CL clearing document was created
    RE-Invoice
    ZU- Account posting and no direct clearing.
    FPMA:- A CL clearing document is created.
    CL document is visible only in clearing data at the document level.
    Can you throw some light on it.

    Sorry, may be I have n't explained clear enough. Under the Title
    Actual, I meant that
    1. By clearing Open Invoice and Credit note on the Account, my understanding would be a CL document gets created as attached in the last screenshot without any CAX items.
    But in my First screenshot a new CL document with FI-CA items is created in it.
    Here the document class at the Header level is " "space.
    why is a new Clearing document created with FPMA with FI-CA items. This CL document in table DFKKOP has Document class as " " and does not have 1 saying that there are no FI-CA items.
    I did not understand the background of it.
    Expected is,
    I expected a new CL document without FICA items and as document class saying that there are no FICA items like in Last screenshot.
    Similar to that of Order 100130067.

  • Create delivery  document for line item 5 only manually

    Hi Sap Experts,
    We have scenario, we have created sales order with 10 line items while creating delivery we don’t want to show all the 10 line item to delivery creator (creating delivery manually).
    We will send him mail saying that create delivery  document for line item 5 and we will provide him material number and delivery date and shipping point with sales order number.
    We don’t want to use partial delivery option that split the delivery and we don’t want to use VL10C tcode also.
    What are options we have and how to customize this scenario?

    Can you be clear in your requirement?
    One requirement is user should not select line items other than the one instructed to them
    The other requirement is delivery split should happen based on item category
    If your requirement is first one, you need to go with user exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_LIPS in include MV50AFZ1 but I am not sure, on what logic, coding to be included in this exit.  If your requirement is second one, then just try in your system and share the outcome how system is functioning.  You will come to know how standard SAP works.

    For any PO in ME23n in which Goods receipt has happened, you can check in the itemdetails->Po history tab in ME23n.
    Here you will find the material document number. Just click on the material document, it will take you to anpther screen here you will find a button for FI document.
    Click that button for FI document. In PO history istelf you can see the Condition types.

    From your description, I know you want to change content type’s parent after creating it.
    There is no OOB method to change content type’s parent after you create it. If current content type has not been used, you could delete it and recreate it with your desired base type. Here are similar cases:

    Hello Experts,
    Is there anyway we can use the partner functions functionality in Sales document header and item level, so that we can enter a free form number in the Partner field? I mean is it possible to be able to enter a free form number WITHOUT getting validated against corresponding master data like Customer or Vendor master, Contact person, Personnel or User master records?

    It is not possible.
    Because partner function will be determined in the sales document header and item as per the configuration you have done in the partner determination.
    It is not possible to enter a number wihich is not created and assigned.

    Hello Experts,
    I have a problem in carrying-out sourcing in SRM 701 with external requirements come from ECC 6.0
    I want to process the requirements into purchase order, everything is OK because I see the line item of requirement is there. But when I check the document, this error occurs
    Back-End Error:Document contains no items
    Back-End Error:Please enter items first
    It seems SRM didn't bring the item displayed to the back-end so it keeps sending error message.
    How could that happen when I can see the document clearly contains item?

    Could you get a fix to this issue, we are facing the same error after we have successfully distributed the SRM Central Contract to ECC and then trying to fullfil the MRP generated PR that we used for sourcing
    We are in the classic scenario and in the classic scenario, we cannot create a Purchase ORder in ECC from SRM, it only creates local SRM PO
    Hence we are doing the following process steps for PDP with PM scenario
    1) MRP Run
    2) Push the PR as a Shopping Cart to SRM
    3) Select the Shopping Cart and create RFx
    4) Publish the RFx and Award the Vendor with the SRM Central Contract
    5) Distribute the SRM Central Contract to a ECC contract
    6) Use ME57 to turn the MRP PR to a ECC PO by assigning the Distributed backend contract as a source of supply in ECC
    We are failing step 6
    Your answer was below, but it did not end in a resolutuoin
    Please let me know the resolution to this step

    - this message is due to standard config we do in ECC for matl grp & pur grp for PR transfer in table T160EX
    ECC books the combo of matl grp & pgrp for external system (SRM) and will not allow to process the PR in it.
    a procurement profile is allotted in EBAN.
    Don't think you can change the message type to Warning or info.

  • New Document for Residual Items

    Hi,
         During Incoming Payment processing could we create a new document for residual item instead of creating a line item in payment document.
    As we know if we use residual tab SAP clears the Original Invoice and creates a new line item in the clearing(payment) document which will be open. Is there any way we could create a new Invoice for the residual amount. The issue here business does not want to see the residual payments with the same document type as payment document.

    This cannot be done using standard SAP functionality. Even to achieve it through custom coding, I assume it is going to be complex.

  • Change Purchase Requisition Document Type when item category is D

    i have problem, when i put servis number in to the servis line i havent change Purchase Requisition Document Type. Account
    Assignment Category is K and Item Category is D. It is standard of Purchase Requisition? When i set that i can change document type when item category is D.
    When i putting only material i can change Purchase Requisition Document.

    Hi,
    One thing please note that once you select the document type and draft the PR and save the PR, you will  get the doc number.
    Once you get the document number you cannot change the PR document type .
    The reason is document type is linked with number range so it cannot be changed because different seriers of document number is assined to differentdocument type. 
    And moreover document type is linked with the screen settings also. So I would request you to check the settings for each doc. type

    We have configured POWL for showing Leave / Travel request. The requirement is ... we have to show detailed screen of respective item which are displaying under "Work Items", it's a combination of Leave / Travel etc.
    How do I show complete detail screen of selected item which are displaying under "Work Items "???

  • SD document flow line items

    Hi all,
    Can we exclude some line items to appear in the subsequent documents of sales order?
    Like if I had 5 items in a sales order, I only want three of them to appear in the delivery doc or Advanced ship notice. The other two are filtered using item category or material type.
    Is it possible to do that?
    If yes, please shed some light on it.

    In the copy control for sales documents there is a field that determines whether the document flow must be updated. This is set up on the item level by document type and item category (PSTYV). This is part of the SD configuration and has nothing to do with ABAP. See transaction VTAA.
    And no, this cannot be done by material type, unless you are ready to do a core modification.
