Displaying encripted pages

I'm using two form pages on a web site. Both forms are scripted server side and I have linked them through my hosting companies secure server - the remaining four pages on the site are unencrypted. On cross browser testing, the results are as follows:
Chrome - display works perfectly. As you switch between the encrypted and unencrypted pages you can see the URL change from the secure to non-secure pages. You get the green padlock in the address bar on the secure pages and if you right click it, it gives you all the info you need as regards the Equifax cert.
Opera: Like watching paint dry, but again the display is OK - eventually.
Neurotic Explorer 8 - although I have linked the forms themselves through the secure server, you still get the irritating security warnings about displaying mixed content - I know you can turn this off but most people can't be bothered or don't know how to. However, the display is again OK.
Now to the point:
Firefox 3.6.13 - display works perfectly - you get the blue box in the address bar where you can access the cert. info. However, there is one small (irritating) glitch. The encrypted pages are not displayed correctly in as much as there is a small portion of visible (encrypted?) code right at the top of the page. You can see this phenomena at www.geta-website.co.uk/supervision/. The two pages in question are 'vacancies' and 'contact'. If there are any Guru’s out there who could throw some light on this – or even better, come up with a simple solution, I would be eternally grateful. I’m using a third party commercial software package for the forms, which I find works great. I shall leave the site up for 24 hours so any interested parties can have a look for themselves.

We have one XML Publisher report, the output of report in RTF format is not getting displayed in Full Page in normal way (MS Word -->View menu --> Print layout) but we can see full page display when we do MS Word -->View menu --> Outline.

Do you have any header and footer on your template?
If you have any header and footer then try to adjust it as of to display full page.

Can display Web pages from servlet but not applet?

I have been able to display real-world Web pages from a simple servlet using JDeveloper 3.0, but can't figure out how to do the same from an applet. Any hints?

My previous post had the detail...Probably a simple question from a relative novice. I'm having a problem just viewing web pages by calling them from a "list" of URLs in an applet. I built an applet with a split pane that has a JTree on one side and an "HTML viewing pane" on the other. I can click JTree nodes to display local html files, but I don't understand how to display web pages from the Internet. Do I need something like HyperlinkListener to make the jump to "hyper-world"???

How to display multiple pages in smart forms

Hi Experts,
I am facing one problem in Smartforms. here i am using one page & main window, Mainwindow consists one TABLE, it contains 100 records. While printing this smartform, i am getting only one page and mainwindow was filled with only 80 records...remaining 20 records has to display in 2nd page but it was not displaying 2nd page at all.
Can any one please help me.

How to display two pages at a time in smartform

Hi folks,
I have requirement that i need to display two pages for each record of the output table . the page 1 is not simillar to page 2 . page1 contains few templates and page2 contains other templates not simillar to first one.
my case, it displays only the first page eventhough i tried using command line.
Is there any exact step to followed to over come this problem.
Please suggest the solution.

In your case,
<?for-each@section:G_CHECKS?>
Table (A word table)
Put the Form-Fields that you want to display
Just type 1 of 1 where you want to display the page number.
End Table
<?end for-each?>
Now on Microsoft Word
Go to Insert -> Page Number -> Format
Select Number Format: 1,2,3.....
Under Page Numbering: select Continue from previous section
That should do it.

I am playing a facebook game called Kingdom of Camelot. This come up when I refresh the game. To my knowledge no information is sent. I need it to stop interfering with my page when i refresh . I have deleted/uninstalled my extensions and plug ins and i am still getting the message.

Perhaps someone should report this to MarketWatch. There are ways for web developers to work around this issue (GET after POST, for example).

In past discussions about this message, I have never seen an easy solution. Arguably it should be made a user preference: those who prefer to be warned about the risk that they will double-submit a transaction or instruction on a poorly designed site can have their warning, and those who prefer to take their chances can take their chances. How to display specific page based on type of user login? Urgent!!!

I have 2 type of users e.g. Type1 and Type2 if Type1 user logs in i want to display a Type1Page page and if Type2 user logs in i want to display Type2Page page as home page.
If there is any article already on this forum give me clue or Please give a workaround for this one.

If you're setting the homepage in user preferences, I think you could do better. If they're "types" of users, set the default home page for their respective groups, not individual users.

Is it feasible to set the rows displayed per page dynamically in the table view result as per the user wants eg : the user wishes to see only 25 records or all the records?
Also what is the maximum limit of rows that can be fetched as per the entry in instanceconfig.xml :
<ResultRowLimit>65000</ResultRowLimit>
Is there a limit for number of rows being displayed in table view?

Print Problem - PDF is OK on Windows 7, but OK on Windows XP with "Acrobat Reader An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem."

I have received a PDF which prints fine in Windows 7 but with Windows XP I get "Acrobat Reader An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem." and a blank piece of paper passes through the printer. I appreciate that Windows XP is no longer supported but I would like to think that the solution to this problem is not too difficult!
I have tried Acrobat 9, 10 and 11.
Any advice (apart from use Windows 7! ) would be most welcome.

If you use the same Adobe Reader versions with the same PDF on Windows 7 and XP, then I would expect the outcome to be the same.
Is this a local or online PDF?
If local, is the file really exactly the same?
If online, in what browser?

IE + SVG = "Cannot display XML page" ?

Dear friends,
   I am from Taiwan. I have a question about SVG display on IE.
   I have a very simply SVG file as the following code. I installed Ferdora R12 with apache web server (192.168.0.8) inside my company.
I installed Tomcat 6.0 on my PC(192.168.0.100, window 7 with IE8.0). I put this SVG file on Fedora, and I can see the vector graphs through
Chrome and Firefox, but not IE(already installed SVG viewer, with the error message as following). I put this SVG file on my PC, I can see the vector graphs by IE, Chrome and Firefox through Tomcat or opening file directly. I even put this SVG file on the web server of my company, and vector graphs can be displayed well through all of IE, Chrome and Firefox.
The problem seems only happen in the situation "Fedora R12 + IE". Do you have any idea of this problem? I really need your help.
