Does apple have a suggested procedure to release a Verizon iphone 4s so the modem will work with Tmobile?

I really don't like having to "jailbreak" my wife's phone. I was wondering if there was a more legitimate way to get this to work.

Apple has nothing to do with it. You can not use a Verizon iPhone 4S on any U.S. carrier other than Verizon.
The SIM slot can be unlocked for Verizon customers in good standing, but it will ONLY work with non-U.S. carriers.
If you want to use T-Mobile in the U.S., you will need to purchase an unlocked GSM iPhone.

A Verizon-model iPad can only work on CDMA with Verizon. You cannot use it with any other carrier. Apple, to my knowledge, has not released the iPad in Yemen, so there is no iPad you can use with any carrier there that works only on CDMA. You would need to find a GSM carrier and then get an unlocked GSM iPad.

Keep in mind, though, that they are just suggestions. Requesting a feature enhancement does not necessarily mean that it will be added.
I mention this simply because certain features (MMS, Push Notifications, Copy/Paste) have been requested many times and have yet to be implemented.

I find the current font allowed in Safari difficutl to read. I have had to move to Chome for daily use. Are there any plans to restore the ability to choose one's fonts?

Hey does anyone have any suggestions on a good messaging app to use? (the last few i tried sucked horribly)

i have tried several messaging apps and they all were terrible when i wanted to send mms messages i tried "go" and i just did not like having all the "extras" they try to get u to download with it. right now I am using verizon and its decent but laggs a bit. The trial is always extended. The serial number you enter determines whether it runs as standard or extended.
I'm getting through fine with that link, so it must be a browser issue or some such thing. Try another browser.

If you can not send from any of these devices then it has to be your e-mail service - the e-mail clients for OS X and for IOS 5 are totally different - the only common thread between all of these devices is your e-mail service

Have you tried - in Mail go to the menu Mail > Preferences.
When the Preferences Pane opens, click on the Accounts Tab.
Click on your iCloud Account to select it.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Set Authentication to Apple Token.
Close the Preference Pane.
