Does not format phone numbers

The phone numbers look fine with my Outlook. After syncing contacts using Itunes 12, the phone number format changed (without syncing the spaces and dashes). Anyone has clues to this? It works fine before I updated my Itunes.

I think you will have to build a custom format. In the prefs, click the disclosure triangle button, pick a starting point, and add all the formats you want.
I have a couple of British phone numbers in my book, rest US, and any item I pick does not affect them as they have +44. So...
You need to make a custom list of formats based on the country code and number of digits. I think your list might be long. Ex:
(+32) ### ### ###
(+32) #### ### ###
(+44) ##### ### ###
(+1) ### ###-####

That is correct is doesn't. Standardized formatting of phone numbers in the iOS app is more important because it supports contact from a variety of locations (gmail, hotmail, etc.). iCloud doesn't (not directly).

How does one format "phone numbers" using "Numbers"?

The old Numbers will be on your computer unless you deleted it. Look in a folder called iWork '09 inside your Applications folder. Launch Numbers 2 (Numbers '09) and do what you used to do to create a Custom Cell Format. For example, you might want a nine-digit phone number to appear as (123) 456 789.
Save that document. To protect it from Numbers 3.0, make a copy of that document with a different name. Ensure that both your original Phone Number documents are closed (to protect them from that bully Numbers 3.0). Then Open the copy in Numbers 3.0. The custom format will be listed in Format Inspector > Cell > Data Format
Type a nine-digit number into any cell and format the cell with Format Inspector > Cell > Data Format > Phone Numbers.
Note: copying a cell with Custom Format in Numbers 2 and then pasting into Numbers 3 does not work. The pasted cell ends up as Text, and the Custom Format is not added to the Data Format list.

My Iphone4s does not recognize phone numbers

My iphone 4s lists *every* incoming call - even those on my contact list - as "Unknown Caller." Morever, it DOES NOT remember/list the number of any missed calls, so I a.) never know who called, and b.) can't call them back.
This was not a problem in my first 30 days of phone ownership, but now is a BIG problem as I use my phone increasingly for business purposes. Please help!

I took my phone to my local verizon store, but the sales folks there were pretty clueless, and asked me to "go call Apple" - a phone call to Apple didn't work either, granted I didn't allow more than 10 minutes of time to talk - but the conversation was basically "Apple Care Protection Plan" or "one time user fee," neither of which seemed appealling to me.
The "Caller ID" categorization is the most logical...I'll go back to Verizon and see what can be done there...
I'm a little leary about resetting anything, or holding a cluster of buttons down all at once...

ICal does not print phone numbers

See if you can print your contact's phone numbers when you print just 1 day of your iCal calendar
To replicate:
1) create a meeting for any day with any contact from the address book that contains at least 1 phone number.
2) Go to File-> Print. Select 'Day' in view and tick the Options 'Details' and Phone Numbers'
3) See if in the preview you can see the phone number of the contact being displayed
4) See if the phone number of the contact has been printed
For whatever reason I cannot see the phone numbers in the preview nor in paper.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Correct. When you did that, you voided all warranty/support, & forfeited the right to an out of warranty replacement.

And, exactly, how do you know that? Since Apple DOES NOT sell iPhone parts, there is no official source for genuine parts. Thus, many on the market are counterfeit & produce nothing but problems.

Cfdocument format = PDF - does not format correctly

I am simply attempting to print invoices from a query that displays correctly on the cfm result page, but using cfdocument to render a PDF version (to mail out) does not format even remotely close to the cfm page.
I tried every conceivable method I know of, including:
Formating the cfm page (via CSS and hardcoded table width) to be 612 px X 792 px (8.5 X 11 in), and here is the cfdocument code:

Well, in answer to my own question, the solution is in the CSS, using tables and CSS:
set table height and width to 100%
set font-size:100%;
set header font, bolder, larger :125%;, etc.
Also using the cfdocument attributes as shown in the posting
The PDF now prints correctly, margins are perfect.
Now I have to figure out how to loop through the 900+ records, convert each to a PDF and print one copy of each-
Anyone?

Your profile option does not allow automatic numbering error when trying to load BSA

We are getting this error while trying to load BSAs. The profile option is set to always at the responsibility level,
The same code and settings were tested in lower instances and it went through fine
Document sequence is set correctly.

Playlist after being imported to tablet does not show track numbers?

After importing playlist in itunes to my tablet, it does not show sequential numbering of tracks? It would make it easier for me to id the numberical order of tracks?

If the movie clip is there, but no thumbnails, I would suggest that you delete the thumbnails, cache, and analysis folders but take care not to delete your original clips. Do this in the Finder after shutting down iMovie.
Then restart iMovie and let it regenerate the thumbnails. Let it run until it finishes.

Hierarchy R3PRODHIER does not have a numbering scheme

I am trying to download customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD1.
For this i have already maintained numbering scheme in the customizing path
Cross Application Client/SAP Products/Product Category/Define Category Numbering Schemes/
Upon initial download queue status is system fail and i get the message as
"Hierarchy R3PRODHIER does not have a numbering scheme"

1.The ID of Numbering Schemes you've created is same as PRODHS on ERP?
2.Check the GUID of scheme guid in COMC_SCHEME and COMM_HIERARCHY are identical of not. If not, there is inconsistancy between these tables. Delete the hierarchy by report program:COM_HIERARCHY_DELETE_ALL and excute initial download again.
*this standard report is useful but little bit danger because all of the product hierarchy will be deleted. Use it carefully.

Some more details will probably be required. The OS X version will help, as a start.
If you have the diagnostics DVD disk, boot that and see if there are any errors logged.
If this is OS X that's installed on a MacBook Air that you're using, then some of the usual triggers and approaches for resolving the still waiting for root device errors are discussed here. Have a look at that, and see if something in that sequence looks familiar, whether the PRAM reset or the safe boot helps or works here.
If there's any anti-malware, I/O accellerator, antivirus tools or similar installed, get rid of it. At least for testing.
There's a mention of "other OS" in your footer. If not OS X, what is the operating system in use here? If this is some other hardware or software involved, then the triggers for this error can vary. Widely.

We are migrating from OCS 2007 to Lync 2013. Everything runs now in side by side topology.
I have problems with contacts numbers shown in the Lync client.
I've moved "Company_Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules.txt" file from OCS server to Lync. All rules works fine there, after running update-csaddressbook , Invalid_AD_Phone_Numbers.txt file is empty (no errors).
We are using this format in AD for users: (613) 123-4567 Xdddd
Normalization rule is:
(\s*)$?\s*(613)\s*$?[\s()\-\./]*(123)[\s()\-\./]*(4567)[,\s\w]*(\d\d\d\d)
+$5
So it will normalize phone (613) 123-4567 X5656 to +5656 (We need it this way because we are using phone control)
Problem is that this normalized phone does not shown in Lync client, but it perfectly works in old OCS environment.
