Does the copy of jailbroke phone restored to a new phone voids the warranty

I had iphone3G and I jailbroke it long ago. Then i was backing up to the original settings many times. But the thing is that I accidently restored the copy of my old phone to my new iphone5. Does jailbreak transfer somehow and voids the warranty of my new phone? I started to be scared because some of my apps crush sometimes now.=(

Sorry, I didnt get you. If you mean I shouldnt have mentioned jailbreak i m sorry but if i dont mention it in the question it doesn't show the problem fully, cause i m not sad even anymore that my stupid mistake of restoring the copy of my old phone deleted all my new pictures..now i m concerned that it doesnt harm my new phone...

Finally got through to tech support and found someone who seemed to know what was going on, he walked me through and using appleid.applesupport got me to a point where i could get a new password for the apple id that kept showing up.
I think you were on the right trail and I want to say thanks for your help. Much appreciated

Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

Unfortunately you can't restore an incomplete backup.

restoring as new does just that. It will wipe your phone clean just as if you just bought it.
If you've been using your iPhone as recommended, you've been synching your contacts to your computer to a contact manager such as Outlook or Address Book, or you've been synching your contacts with a cloud service like MobileMe or Google. Your contacts should be safe in one of those locations.

future reference import your pics to your PC, that way you can always sync it back using itunes

I am having the same issue. I just had the battery replaced at a third party store. The battery powers the ipod up but it needs to be restored. It is saying it isn't eligible for rebuild. Why would you create a new account?
All purchases will be tied to the account from which they were purchased.
You will have to authorize your computer for all the accounts from which music is purchased.

Select one of the tracks with a broken link, press ctrl-i to Get Info. Say No when iTunes asks if you would like to locate the track, then look at the Summary tab for the location expects to find the file in.
Now try to locate the file in question. The two locations should give a clue as to what to do next.
Here is an example with a file I've deliberately moved from the new layout to the old pre-iTunes 9 layout.
This means iTunes is expecting to find the file at:
D:\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music\a-ha\Take On Me\01 Take On Me.mp3
but it isn't there because I've moved it to:
D:\iTunes\iTunes Media\a-ha\Take On Me\01 Take On Me.mp3
which is where it would have lived back in iTunes 8 (though the media folder would have been called iTunes Music back then as well).
If you can provide the expected and actual locations of a broken track I should be able to suggest the easiest way to resolve things.
