Double click on Report Assignmet -- Transaction
Hi SAP QUERY Experts,
I have a question for the query. Is it possible using a interface parameter for report-to-report interface? I mean when I double click on one the data record of query, I want to transfer the key information of this record to the query or report or transaction as parameters. Is it possible?
when i try to use in GOTO-->Report Assignmet -- Transaction -- mm02 - I double click on one data record of query (material) and the query open the transaction without parameters.

Hi.
you can do that easily..
use export/import for passing values to another report
and use set parameter and get parameter to pass value to another transaction....
its all depends on the session to which you are passing values...internal or external session

Please let me know any way of getting company code along with the Asset 1 ......

Gettin the field valus on double clicking and calling the transaction

how to use call transaction after clicking on a particular line on the output list with the field values of that line ?
I am using MIR4 transaction .Once the output list is displayed when i double click on any line i have to pass the belnr and the gjahr values of that line to the transaction MIR4 to display the document.

What u can do is while displaying the ouptut list, u can use HIDE statement.
e.g. LOOP at itab.
write : itab-belnr,
itab-gjahr.
HIDE : itab-belnr, itab-gjahr.
endloop.
then when u use AT LINE-SELECTION, u can use:
AT LINE-SELECTION.
SET PARAMETER ID: 'BEL' FIELD ITAB-BELNR, 'GJA' FIELD ITAB-GJAHR.
CALL TRANSACTION 'MIR4' AND SKIP FIRST SCREEN.
It should work.

Crystal Reports 11 - Can't double click on report
I have Crystal Reports 11 install. When I try and double click on a report I get the message "This action is only valid for applications that have been installed". I can open the report via the CR11 File Open menu though. Any idea on how I can fix it so I can open the report by double-clicking on it?
Hi Chris,
Try these following steps,
1. Go to the Control Programs, Add/Remove Programs.
2. Click on Crystal Reports and Click on the Change Button.
3. The Crystal Reports XI Setup Window will get open. Choose modify and click on the Next Button.
4. Choose the feature from the left side of the window that are grayed out and that you need to update/install on the machine.
5. Left click on to that and choose to install those features on to your machine.
6. Click Next and after all the components are installed/Updated, reboot the machine.

I use FM: REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY to display ALV. Now I need use double-click action. After double click on e.g material I run mm03 with proper parameters (from presented list).
Could you give me advice how to do this (I know that using cl_gui_alv_grid it would be easier)

friends i have field in my screen .On which on double click one report has to call .But the report has selection screen which has input field which is mandatory .

I had a similar requirement in our project.
You can use SET PARAMETER and GET PARAMETER for that.
You will have to create a push button in the screen and on clicking that push button,it will take to you to the selection screen of the report.
Before you write this code,go to SE93 and create a transaction.Enter the name of a transaction and click on create, a new po up window will open.Enter the short description and select the start object as PROGRAM AND SELECTION SCREEN(REPORT PROGRAM) and click on OK.After that another window would open.Here you will have to give the name of the report program that ypu are using and specify any screen number.Check all the checkboxes in GUI Support that you find in that screen and click on save and check it.
Use the following code in the PAI of the screen.
Here, PRINT is the function code of the push button.TM9 is the name of the memory id.Any name can be given here.ZPRINT09 is the transaction code associated with the report program

About double click event in ALV report
Hi all,
I want to program a double-click event in ALV reprot.
I am not suppose to use module pool approach for the same.
If a user double clicks on the any of the row of ALV report, the transaction should get called.
Again, I am using function 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY' for displaying ALV.
Can you please help me to solve this?

You can do it easily by using Reuse_ALV_GRID_DISPALY.
The User Command subroutine which you pass to this function module in that you can check which field is selected and what is the value of that and also you can get the table index.

I have an alv report and I want it to go directly to a transaction IW38 when I double click the row, I know that i have to use the reuse_alv_grid_display's IT_EVENT parameter and also the I_CALLBACK_USERCOMMAND but I don't know exactly how.

How to read complete line displayed thru ALV report on double click? urgent
Hi guys,
An ALV report is displayed using 'REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY' and i have a requirement such that i have to read the line item on which double click is done.
I have to fetch the line item, field by field and not by characters. I have attached the function code and all using PF status.
Please tell me an approach as how to fetch the line item on which double click is done.

when i double click on any field value the corresponding record should be displayed

Get value of field object when I double click on any column of report
Hi,
We are converting our projects from .NET 2003 to .Net 2008 and upgrading reports10 to crystal reports 2008 and changing our Active x report viewer control to crystal report viewer.
We donu2019t use reports just to see and print the data. Our use is a bit more.
As we were using Active X Control (CRAXDDRT) to perform different operations
Following are some functions which are included in our requirements:
1- We need the columns width to be flexible which we can changed in the code dynamically according to the users wish
2- Setting text of some fields dynamically from .Net code
3- Hide and show the columns dynamically from .Net code
Upto here we are done using crystal report 2008 and .net 2008
Now we are stuck with problem
4- When we double click on fieldobject at runtime we are able to fetch the value of field object by using e.objectinfo.text.tostring, so far it is perfect
But we have different situation here and need a solution for this
I have two fields like Account ID and Account Description
I need the solution so that when user clicks either on Account ID or Account Description I should be able to fetch the Field object value of Account ID Column only so that i will be able to open different forms and reports based on that ID
As we were doing it before using Active X Control the code snippet is giving below

GlobalCode = GiveCode(mYFields.Item(1).value) '------ Where 1 refer to Account ID, so in both cases either we click Account ID or Description Field at run time we are able to return the account ID field value.
so we need solution some thing like that please do let us know how we can do that
For Your reference we were using CrystalActivexReportViewerLib10.CRVFields obejct to fectch the report values

I am getting value of that cell where I am clicking. But I need the value of other columns also in that particular row where I double clicked. For this I gave one example also that suppose I have a report where there are two columns. One is AccountID and other is AccountDescription. Now if I click on Account ID I get the value of AccountID and when I click on AccountDescription I get the value of AccountDescripiton This is oK n good but I want that If i double click on AccountDescription I should be able to get the value of AccountID also.Please tell me is there anyway to do so?
We did so when we were using CRAXDRT.Report Bellow is the code snippet for how I did it in that.
