Drag an image picture, will disappear frame is not moving

I can't just drag an image or a picture to another place cause it will disappear and the frame is still on its place and now showing nothing but white.

When you clicked on 'Hide Contentgrabber', the next time you go to the View / Extra's it should read 'Show Contentgrabber', do not click that option again! If it now reads 'Show' it means the current view is Hide, which is good.
Try this, hover (not click!) slowly over the exact middle of you picture: if you now see a circle appearing on the image and your cursor changes to a hand, then the contentgrabber is on and that is NOT what you want. If nothing happens, then it is hidden and you can drag.
Alternative: click anywhre but on the middle of your image before dragging it.
BTW: your name sounds Dutch or Flemish, if you are using a Dutch version of InDesign it is called:
Weergave / Extra's / Verberg Inhoudsgrijper.

when I run it, and I clicked the screen, it will draw an image for me, but when I resize the window, it will disappear.

please use code tags so you code is formatted.
you need to put your painting code inside the paint method. This is called when the object it firs drawn and it is triggered for various other reasons while the window is running (like on resize).
I suggest you place some kind of variable in the class that tells the paint method where to draw your rectangle, update this on a mousepressed action and call repaint() . then just extend the paint method, call super.paint() and draw your rectangle.

The latest flash plugin 10.3.181.34 makes my mouse pointer disappear when pointer not moving (Windows Vista) - any thoughts?

When I start firefox 6.0 beta, the mouse pointer disappears once firefox has initialized itself. If I move the mouse pointer, it reappears, then disappears again when it is at rest.
If I disable the flash plugin, the mouse pointer behaves normally, i.e. it is always visible.

Firefox 5.0 does the same thing as stated above.

Ideapad u300s youcam 3 webcam image very dark and exposure button not moving

Just got the u300s after hearing so much about it. Webcam image is very dark and exposure button is not working. auto adjust doesnt help. Even iphone4 front camera has a better exposure control. Can anyone help if it is software or hardware problem. Very disappointing.

Exactly the same issue. The exposure setting won't change. It's not even that it doesn't save, as you look at the preview screen, all of the video proc amp setting change live, but when you get onto exposure, it does nothing. And then it doesn't save.
So this issue has been floating around for about 3 years and nothing has come to light to fix it.

How do I turn off preview of hidden areas when dragging an image in frame with Direct Select Tool?

In previous version of ID, if I had a graphic in a frame, I could drag the image around inside that frame with the Direct Selection Tool. I can still do this with CS5 but it seems to want to show the entire image in a ghosting way that is outside of the frame. Is there a way to turn this preview type look off like it was in previous versions? I feel like its slowing my computer down bigtime because I am dealing with a large image. Everytime I click to drag it, everything slows to a crawl and unusable.

How to disable fading on dragged images while still being able to drag the images themselves?

When you drag an image, it will be faded out from where your mouse was when you dragged it. I want to be able to see the whole picture, no fade. But I still need to be able to drag the image itself. I've looked at nglayout.enable_drag_images in the config, but it just stops me from being able to drag the image at all.

I'm sorry, but I don't think there is a way to do this... Most operating systems fade items when they are being dragged, and I don't know if there is a way to counteract that without custom code to handle drag and drop.

Dragging image from minibridge to frame which isn't on top (CS5)

Hi there,
I'm working with InDesign CS5
I've created a frame on a page, dragged an image to it. I now need to replace it with a new image.
I do this by:
1) selecting the frame
2)dragging from mini bridge.
This works fine if the frame is the top most layer, or off the page (So long as nothing is on top of it).
However, as soon as another page element is 'on top' of this frame, the image will fill the whole page, not the frame.
If I drag the frame off page, the drag and drop functionality works once more.
How should I replace the images within frames which are not on the top?

Safari window will disappear if dragged from a tab to an external display

Try opening a Safari window and add a new tab, then drag that new tab to the external display (e.g. Desktop 3) as a new window, it will disappear when you release the drag-and-drop. I think this is a bug of Safari 7.0 on Mavericks 10.9.

Two steps work-around:
1) Drag the tab out to the same display.
2) Then drag it again to another display.
Of course it's a bug. Please report it to http://www.apple.com/feedback/safari.html.

Drag and drop picture frames in Photoshop Elements 11 from one file to another?

I am a digital scrapbooker.
I recently started using Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. I previously had been using Elements 7. I make extensive use of Picture Frames i.e "Basic Black 10px", and in Elements 7, it was very easy to drag and drop a picture frame from one file to another. (I use a separate file for each scrapbook page, and I often move pictures between pages as I scrap them)
In Photoshop Elementa 11, I can drag and drop a picture frame from one file to another, but ONLY if there is no picture in it. If there is a picture, I cannot drag and drop - the circle-slash icon appears showing that it won't land. I was able to do this in Photoshop Elements 7, whether or not there was a picture in the frame.
Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong, or did Photoshop Elements change this functionality?

I think this might be a bug in pse 11, at least on the windows version.
You might try right clicking on the frame layer in the layers panel, choose Duplicate Frame Layer and pick your other document as the destination.

    Safari > Preference > Advanced
    Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
    "Develop" menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
    Click Develop and make sure that"Disable Images" is not enabled in the dropdown.

Help! I drag an image into pages but it gives me the images info instead of the picture! What do I do?

Try dragging the image to the desktop and then to the Pages document or
Select and copy the image and paste it into the document.
It could be that the webpage is making it impossible to knick the image. I have encountered that a few times.
