Dropping objects----Giving me Error.

Hi All,
I am trying to drop table but it gives me below error.
SQL> drop TABLE WOTIF_COMMON.ISO_COUNTRY CASCADE CONSTRAINTS;
drop TABLE WOTIF_COMMON.ISO_COUNTRY CASCADE CONSTRAINTS
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kqlidp0:no user], [17253], [], [],
I tried to drop user. but same above error occurred.
I am using oracle 10g.

You seem to be hitting unpublished bug #7389146, at least it's the only bug that seems to have similar symptoms. Try the following while connected AS SYSDBA to the target database:
select count(*) from user$ where user#=17253;
select * from dependency$ where D_OWNER#=17253;If there is no such user# (the first query returns 0) and there are rows in DEPENDENCY$ for this user#, try deleting the extra rows from DEPENDENCY$ and then drop the object again. NB: backup your database before performing DML on data dictionary tables! If you have Oracle support, by no means open a SR and do as they will instruct you, don't follow my advice above.
