DW80 Won't Display Dymanic Flash

Question

Hi
Using DW8.02 and ASP VB and MS Access.
Check out the code below. The first is the code DW generated
to display a SWF file dynamically.
The second batch of code is on the same page displaying the
same SWF file but statically (so to speak).
The static version appears in IE 7 but the dynamic version
does not!
When I look at the code using "View Source" in IE 7, the code
looks the same to me.
What's wrong here????

Here is the problem, I think, taken from the IE7 View Source:
DYNAMIC:

Note that .swf is appended to print/campb_beef_and_broc in
the dynamic version and not in the static version.
However, later in the code, both dynamic and static have .swf
version.
Does this mean DW can't handle dynamic Flash?????????
