Dynamic Connection Pool fails in WLS 6.1

Question

Hi all,
I am trying to create the connection pool dynamically but it fails saying " Error
to load the Driver"
Snippet Code --
Hashtable env = new Hashtable();
env.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY,
"weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory");

env.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, "t3://localhost:7001");
env.put(Context.SECURITY_PRINCIPAL, "Fred");
