E-mail signature does not appear in recipient's e-mail

I send e-mails with a detailed footer that is not appearing in the recipients e-mail. My footer includes contact information, an image and a legal disclaimer. What causes this and how do I remedy it?

After you process your Inbox in Thunderbird by deleting/moving a new message, then do another Get Mail which will delete the new messages previously downloaded on the server (put in sync).
    Note: If you have older messages in your Thunderbird Inbox, they will not be deleted from Server. Delete them manually from server. From then on, any new messages you download, then process (delete/move), and then do the sync by doing Get Mail again WILL be deleted.

    I am no expert, but open your mail, go to the top of your apple bar click the apple sign then force quit mail, restart and it may work.
    I had this issue before and it was resolved.

    Hi Gurus,
    I would like to ask why the signature I added to the form does not appear during print preview and in print out. I have created a form in SE71 in development system and added a signature in the graphics tab. The signature appears during print preview and printing but when I transported the form to production, the signature did not appear during print preview and printing but when I checked the form in SE71 of the production system I am seeing the attached signature.
    Please help me guys...

    not all mail providers sync the send mail part of the mail box
    you can try to contact yahoo if this is the case with them

    Once I figured out what was kent by who manages what mail service (e-mail) went to what E-Mail my I cloud was back on line thanks.

  • My mailadress does not appear as sender when sending mails

    Being new to Apple an Entourage I have a question regarding how my mail appear (in this case) in Outlook. Viewing the mail sent (in outlook) it reads from "Office 2004 Test Drive User". Opening the mail my mailadress/name appears in brackets. Where did I go wrong/how can I correct this? Am I only a test drive user? I dont want to be that;- Any help is appreciated! jarle

    I wasn't aware that Entourage included this when using the Office 2004 Test Drive version but if you have not purchased the full Office 2004 version, you are using the Test Drive version included and pre-install by Apple on all new Macs which is good for only 30 days I believe.

    You've asked two completely unrelated questions, one in the subject and one in the body of the post.
    Gmail email does not load into iCloud. Only your @me.com iCloud email will load into iCloud.
    To delete an app, press and hold on the icon until it wiggles, then tap the X in the corner of the icon.

  • Yahoo mail sent through Mail app do not appear when login into Yahoo mail

    I have a problem that annoying me very much. I've used Yahoomail for very long before I bought a MBA. For the first time I use Mac OSX, I try to use Mac mail combine with my old Yahoo mail. Actually, I have done the config. But anything I do with my Yahoo mail through Mail app can't appear when I login into original Yahoo mail. For example: I sent a Yahoo mail through Mac mail, it's shown that the mail was sent sucessfully, but when I try to login into Yahoo mail on Web, the sent mail doesn't exist. And the same happen when I do the opposite: the mail I sent on Yahoo mail doesn't exist on Mac mail. It's a big trouble if I use other lap and try to contact with someone. So is there any solution can fix it?

    I'm having the same problem, and the only help I ever seem to find suggested anywhere is "make sure its set up as an IMAP account"
    BUT it is! Mail automaticly sets all yahoo accounts up as IMAP. So is this just a yahoo problem? Is there anyway to fix this?
    For me the bigger issue isnt that I need to be able to check my e-mail through a web browser regulerly, but on my Iphone and Ipad the account, which is through the mail app, also dosnt show sent mail sent through the mac app.
    I agree this makes mail on my mac totally usless.

  • Mail signature image not appearing on PC

    Hi.
    I've been struggling getting my signature logo, sent from Apple mail, to appear to PC users in the message. It works fine with mac users as far as I know, but not for PC users.
    What am I doing wrong? Its a image file, but only appears as an attachment when received by PC users.
    Can anyone help me regarding this?

    My only suggestion would be to use Safari's File > Mail Contents of This Page. Obviously you'd need to first create an HTML page that is accessible via the internet which would contain your pre-fabricated signature line. Here is a sample:

    Then you'd choose "Mail Contents of This Page" in Safari, and it will create an HTML email with that same signature line intact. What is cool about this is that the images within the email are not part of the actual email (attachments) rather being pulled from their remote location. This will only work if the recipient chooses to receive HTML email (but that would be the case regardless of how the email was composed, or by what client.

    The purchase history on your iTunes account will only show purchases from the iTunes stores (iTunes, app store, ibookstore, Mac app store), not from Apple online or bricks-and-mortar stores.
    Does anything show on your credit card ? If the email is genuine then it's possible that your and their email addresses are similar and that they gave the wrong id (or the store typed it incorrectly), it doesn't necessarily mean that anybody has access to your account.
    For the contact, you will initially just receive an acknowledgement email, the proper reply may take 24 (possibly 48) hours.

    Just recently I've been receiving spam and e-mails not addressed to me.  My "trash box" is empty and when I delete an e-mail it doesn't move to the trash box. I haven't made any changes. I don't appear to have a "junk" box and when I delete junk mail is just disappears.

  • E-mail blocking does not appear to be working

    A person I normally email has had their address book spammed so I am getting emails from them with questionable links.  While Verizon has been sending the emails to my spam box instead of my inbox - I did using blocking to block the email address as well as filters to delete any email coming from this email address.  However, the emails are still going to my spam box.  I want the emails to be deleted and not come in at all as I am afraid someone else in the household will click on one of the links.  I also deleted the email address from my contact list.  What am I missing?  It would seem to me that if you block it and filter it - you should be getting NO emails from that address.

    I think the reason has to do with your blocking.  Your blocked senders may be over riding your filters.  so go to your mail settings, and back to the blocked section.
    there are three options there.
    Do not use blocked senders list
    Delete the emails from the blocked senders list
    Save the emails from those on the blocked senders list
    You may have the 3rd one marked?  that would make sense to me. 
    you can also delete the blocked senders, if you have filters in place.
