E3200 clears DHCP table randomly

My E3200 has been clearing it's DHCP table at random times. When it's been cleared the router starts handing out duplicate addresses. It's running the latest (1.0.02 build 9 Sep 1, 2011) firmware and otherwise seems to be working fine. Any ideas what could cause this behavior?

Tried one last thing
1. Did full factory Reset
2. Reloaded firmware
3. Did Full Factory Reset
4. Manualy Enter all settings.
Still Clearing DHCP Client Table every 5 min
Network Settings
1. WAN DHCP Charter Buisness. (Static address) I know it is odd but it is Static asigned address via DHCP. Asigned Domain Hanseenv.net
2. LAN 192.168.10.1
3. Start Address: 192.168.10.175
4. Max Number of Clients: 75
5. Static DNS(1-3) 192.168.10.100, 192.168.10.100, 0.0.0.0
6. WINS: 192.168.10.100

  • How to clear the DHCP table

    BT HomeHub 2 (black one with blue/orange flashing lights)
    Is there any simple way of clearing out the entire DHCP table and starting again?
    I use Virtual Machines (VM) a lot and every time I use them from the laptop/desktop, the homehub DHCP adds it as a new wired connection.  When I look at the DHCP table, it has
    lots of entries with the same machine name and mac address even though the retention period is set to 3 days.
    lots of entries of VMs which I haven't used for ages but for some odd reason, their leases get renewed.
    entries of machines which were last connected last Christmas but again, their lease has been renewed
    lots of expired entries (if it has expired, why keep on to it?)
    My guess is that the wireless sometimes fails to connect because all the entries in the DHCP table have been used and it cannot find a free one.
    Problems
    When I click on any of the dead entries, the homehub goes into reset mode.  I don't mind going through the entire table one at a time but not if it is going to reset.  Also there are almost 50 entries with the same MAC and machine name.  Quite difficult to remember which one you got to if they cannot be cleared down
    If I do a reset, it still remembers all the entries.
    If I disable DHCP and reenable it, it still remembers all the entires
    I haven't tried changing the DHCP address range yet

    AFAIK, the answer is no, have you tried setting the IP to dynamic when your VM's connect? i.e. always use the same ip address, or can you assign a static ip to a VM....I'm fumbling in the dark here because I don't know enough about using VM's.

  • How to clear dhcp clients table

    Does anyone know how to clear the DHCP Clients Table?
    I have a WRV54G.
    Regards
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    I understand this is a very old post, but since I found it when I was looking for the same answer in 2009, I thought I would go ahead and give my $.02 worth.
    I have a different router, so this may not be present in yours.
    I use a  WRT54GLwith firmware version 4.30.7 and finally found on the Status page under "Local Network" a link to the DHCP table. You can click on that and delete the existing IPs.

  • How to clear UNB table in the payroll result?

    Hi,
    We are getting the payroll error- The gross wages do not cover the negative offset that has been forwarded. Therefore, no gross up is permitted while running the Grossup.
    I see the below table "UNB table" in the last payroll result. "UNB - Unbalance table used for tax retrocalculation" .
    I think we are getting the above error because of this UNB table, can anyone help me to how to clear this table?
    When we run the regular payroll, no tax is being deducted.
    Please help
    Saurabh

    Hi Arti,
    Thanks for your reply!!..
    Seeing your reply, it gives me bit confidence to crack the existing problem, however, I'm still not clear with your answer... let me explain you the problem-
    1. Employee was given 350,000 though Taxable Bonus WT with regular pay check
    2. Later it came to know- out of the above amount, 75000 was Grossup amount
    3. So in next payroll run, they entered -75000/- in regular Taxable bonus WT and +75000 in Grossup WT and also they deleted one IT210 record of GA tax authority which was wrongly created; and ran the payroll
    4. Since then, in next payroll period- No tax is being deducted, so we are creating IT221 infotypes with Tax wagetype
    5. If we are running the Grossup wage, payroll error- The gross wages do not cover the negative offset that has been forwarded; therefore, no grossup is permitted.
    While running the regular payroll, overpayment Wagetype is being generated.
    Now, I saw this UNB table is created and the below wagetype are there in the UNB table-
    WT /5UT amount 0.00
    WT 5430 amount -75000
    WT 0200 amount 12500 ( Monthly salary)
    WT 4530 amount 350000
    Now I am thinking, if we are deducting tax through IT221,if we clear this UNB table, our problem might get resolved
    It will be a great help for me if you can tell-
    1. how to check, claims process is implemented or not?

  • Clear the table data in PDF form

    Hi all,
    I am workin gon WD ABAP, where i  have a Interactive UI elelemt, and i am calling a PDF in to it.
    The PDF has a table, of which i am able to display , read  and save the data to Database.
    But after clicking on the save button , i want the table data to be cleared, which is not happening.
    I tried with binding with an empty internal table, but that gives an error "SOM Expression....."..!!
    Can any one let me know how to clear the PDF table data after clicking on some button.?
    All replies will be appreciated...

    Hi Runal,
    I am not sure about PDF as never worked on it but we can clear the table on view by simply invalidating the node by which you have binded your table. try to invalidate if it helps...
    this is the code to invalidate....
    lo_nd_nodename->invalidate( ).
    regards

  • More DHCP table issues

    Okay-- I've given up on the fact that it takes 2+ hours for the DHCP table on my E4200 to completely fill in with all the devices connected to my network, but maybe someone has a solution to this new issue:
    When I click on DHCP table to display all the devices on my Local Network, it does list all the connected devices but some (5%) of the entries do not have have an entry in the CLIENT NAME field. The field is blank.  It does show the IP address, the MAC address, etc, but some of the devices do not appear to grab a name.
    I talked to tech support at the various device manufacturers and they all said it is up to the router to grab the device name.  My question: If the E4200 does not grab the client name from a device, is there a way to add the name of the device to the DHCP table?  I don't see any obvious editing options.
    Thanks in advance for any help.
    RonFL

    What version of E4200 are you using?If you have the E4200 v1 , you won't be able to add a name on those devices under DHCP list. But if you have the E4200 v2, you can update it to the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Firmware. There, you can edit the names of those connected devices.

  • How do i view dhcp table in aiport 6.0

    Just let Apple upgrade my Airport utility and now I can't find the router's DHCP table.

    AirPort Utility 6.0 is really more an AirPort Utility "Lite" application....similar to AirPort Utility for the iPhone and iPad.
    You might want to take a look at AirPort Utility 5.6 for your needs. Yes....you can run both 5.6 and 6.0 on your Mac and choose what you want to use at the time.

  • Clear a table

    Hi,
    I need to clear a table (this table is a context node and the rows are the attributes of this node) when I click on the button 'Back'.
    What method can I use?
    Tks...

    Invalidate your node where you want to clear your table.
    You can use following code.
    data lo_nd_<node_name> type ref to if_wd_context_node.
    lo_nd_<node_name> = wd_context->get_child_node( name = wd_this->wdctx_<node_name> ).
    lo_nd_<node_name>->invalidate( ). " in place of <node_name> put name of your node which is binded to table UI.
    I hope it helps.
    Regars,
    Rohit

  • Clients don't show in DHCP tables

    I'm trying to configure port forwarding in a WRT120N, firmware 1.0.01, for a Foscam FI8910W IP camera.  I was successful before on another router and ISP, but I'm having no luck here.  I think the problem may have to do with my DHCP reservation.  On but Setup Basic Setup tab, which I click "DHCP Reservation", the DHCP tables don't show the camera, even though I am actively communicating with the camera wirelessly at the time.  Other wireless devices sometimes appear, sometimes not.  Is this a problem?  Is it a known problem?  Is there a higher release of firmware that addresses it?  Thanks for any help.

    Hello, jmp76123. This looks like wireless interference to me. Try adjusting the wireless channel of the WRT120N to either 1, 3, 6, 9, or 11 to reduce this. Play around with the channels until you get the desired setting. By the way, a new firmware (Ver.1.0.07 Build 02) is available on the Linksys website. Check this link out: http://support.linksys.com/en-us/support/routers/WRT120N/download
    Hope this helps. Have a nice day ahead!

  • TABLE에서 RANDOM하게 DATA를 가져오는방법

    제품 : SQL*PLUS
    작성날짜 : 2004-05-20
    TABLE에서 RANDOM하게 DATA를 가져오는방법
    ======================================
    PURPOSE
    아래의 내용은 Sample table scan을 통해서 table의 data를 가져올 때 마다
    result set에서 Random하게 가져오는 방법을 기술하고 있습니다.
    8i의 새로운 기능입니다.
    Explanation
    기본적으로 오라클은 data를 access할 때는
    1)Full table scan
    2) Sample table scan.
    의 두 가지 방법이 있습니다.
    1. Full Table Scan
    이 방법은 table의 모든 행을 scan한 후 가져오는 방법입니다.
    Full table scan을 위해서 Oracle은 table의 모든 row들을 읽고
    각각의 행이 where 조건에 만족하는지는 확인합니다. Oracle은
    table에 관련된 모든 block을 차례로 읽기 때문에 full table scan은
    multiblock 읽기를 통해서 효율적으로 이루어 집니다.
    2. Sample Table Scan
    Sample table scan 은 table의 data중 무작위적으로 sample을
    가져옵니다. 이러한 방법은 SQL문장의 FROM 절에 SAMPLE
    option 이나 SAMPLE BLOCK option을 기술 해 줌으로써
    사용되어 집니다.
    SAMPLE option
    Sample table scan은 row 단위로 sample data를 가져올 때
    사용하는 option 입니다. (SAMPLE option),
    Oracle 은 특정 비율(%)의 row를 테이블에서 읽은 후 각각의
    Row가 WHERE 절의 조건에 만족하는지 확인 합니다.
    SAMPLE BLOCK option
    Sample table scan은 block 단위로 sample data를 가져올 때
    사용하는 option 입니다. (SAMPLE BLOCK option),
    Oracle 은 특정 비율(%)의 테이블 block을 읽은 후 각각의 row가
    WHERE 절에 만족하는지 확인 합니다.
    Sample_Percent
    Sample_percent 은 전체 row 또는 sample이 포함된 block중에서
    가져올 비율(%)를 지정해 줍니다. Sample value 은 반드시
    0.000001 와 99.999999 사이에 존재 하여야 합니다.
    Example
    SQL> SELECT * FROM emp SAMPLE (30);
    EMPNO ENAME JOB MGR HIREDATE SAL COMM
    DEPTNO
    7499 ALLEN SALESMAN 7698 20-FEB-81 1600 300
    30
    7654 MARTIN SALESMAN 7698 28-SEP-81 1250 1400
    30
    7902 FORD ANALYST 7566 03-DEC-81 3000
    20
    SQL> SELECT * FROM emp SAMPLE BLOCK (10);
    EMPNO ENAME JOB MGR HIREDATE SAL COMM
    DEPTNO
    7521 WARD SALESMAN 7698 22-FEB-81 1250
    500 30
    7934 MILLER CLERK 7782 23-JAN-82
    1300 10
    제약사항
    1. 하나의 테이블에서 select할 경우만 사용하실 수 있습니다.
    Join이나 remote table은 지원하지 않습니다.
    2. SAMPLE option은 사용하실 때, Oracle은 자동적으로 cost-based
    optimizer를
    사용하게 됩니다. Rule-based optimizer 은 지원되지 않습니다.
    3. View는 지원하지 않습니다.
    SQL> CREATE VIEW sample_view AS SELECT * FROM emp SAMPLE (30);
    CREATE VIEW sample_view AS SELECT * FROM emp SAMPLE (30)
    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended
    4. 8.1.6 이하에서는 PL/SQL 에서 SAMPLE BLOCK을 지원하지 않습니다.
    8.1.5 에서는 아래와 같은 error가 발생합니다.
    SQL> ed sample.sql
    DECLARE
    CURSOR C1 IS
    SELECT * FROM emp SAMPLE (10);
    C1_rec c1%ROWTYPE;
    temp number := 0;
    BEGIN
    OPEN C1;
    WHILE temp = 1 LOOP
    FETCH c1 INTO c1_rec;
    IF c1%NOTFOUND THEN
    temp := 0;
    ELSE
    DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE(TO_CHAR(c1_rec.empno));
    END IF ;
    end LOOP;
    CLOSE c1;
    END;
    SQL> @sample.sql
    SELECT * FROM emp SAMPLE (10);
    ERROR at line 3:
    ORA-06550: line 3, column 34:
    PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "(" when expecting one of the
    following:
    , ; for group having intersect minus order start union where
    connect
    The symbol "having" was substituted for "(" to continue.
    5. 작은 수의 row를 가진 table에서 sample이나 sample block option을
    사용 시에는 일정 비율(%)의 sample data가 return되지 않을 수도
    있습니다.

  • Unusual / Unknown DHCP Table Entry

    OK, so was having some issues with wireles printer this evening, still am, but that is a different story.
    When I was looking in my DHCP table I noticed that all my entries are nice and neat and start 192..abc.e.f, but I found one entry in there that as below...
    Unknown-54-88-0e-56-63-f2
    54:88:0e:56:63:f2
    10.122.21.114
    00:00:09:01
    It doesn't show up as a device either so I can't see a way of blocking it.
    I've no idea what it is or where it is coming from, any help would be much appreciated

    Its someone connected to your BTWifi hotspot. Note the IP address which is 10.122.21.114, that is an address issued by BT Wifi.
    Its totally separate from your own network, so its not a security risk.
    There are some useful help pages here, for BT Broadband customers only, on my personal website.

    Wireless N Gigabit Router WRT310N - Although there are 4 DHCP pc's and 1 fixed-IP printer connected to the router, the DHCP Table only lists 3 IP's, 192.168.1.100, *.102 and *.109.  The fourth shows its IP in a CMD window, with "ipconfig" as *.103.  It connects to the internet and the network printer just fine.
    Why doesn't the fourth show in the DHCP client table?
    Thanx.

    Tried your suggestion at an administrator command prompt and they both appeared to run successfully.  But no change in the DHCP Client table after refresh and revisit.  The PC is fully networked with the same IP.
    What should I look for in the output for "ipconfig /displaydns"?  I see a Time To Live of 86400.  ??
    I'm a sr. software engineer and sit in bug fix meetings at least weekly.  The network guys at work don't have an answer.  I agree with a previous post that this looks very much like a firmware bug.  So my interest is not just academic.  This may be an isolated bug, totally benign, or it may be a sign that some other feature/function is not working correctly.  Only Cisco knows.  ??
    Thanx all.

  • DHCP table population on E4200

    We've got an E4200 that seems to work pretty well (except with Apple AirPlay).  (latest firmware installed.) However, whenever we have to reboot the router for any reason (i.e.-- changing certain settings), it takes a very, very long time to repopulate the DHCP table.
    We have 27 wired and wireless devices on the network.  They appear to get assigned IP addresses quickly (because the devices do work and access the Internet) but the devices do not show up in the DHCP table list.  They slowly appear over a period of hours and hours.
    The REFRESH button on the DHCP table updates the entries already in the list but does not add additional items to the list.
    Is this normal?  Is there anyway to speed up the process of populating the table? (Live Chat support was absolutely no help)

    The DHCP table works the same on both of our computers (desktops running Windows 7).  All the devices in the network were powered on.  It just takes a couple of hours for everything to show up in the DHCP table.  Some devices appear instantly upon a reboot of the router (maybe 5 or 6 devices) but to see the full population takes about 2 hours.
    Its not the end of the world, but it seems odd that the IP numbers ARE all assigned right away-- they just take a long time to show up in the table.
