Error #2044: IOError not handled

Hi to Eo,
I've a problem with this error. I've a banner with ten MC showing ten photos. These photos are embedded into the swf, therefore no loader has been used. When i open the page with this banner, everything goes fine, but, when i open this page and suddenly i request another one, the swf give me an IO_Error.
I solved this error by using "export on first frame" in the library option, but I'd like to know if there is a way to handle this error using addEventListener.
Using:
stage.addEventListener(IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR, function(){});
give me no result.
Any idea?

by clicking on it:
I open index.html (which embed the swf). Before he complete the loading of the file, i click on another page.

Okay,
I'm green and new to Flash and making a website so this may not be a huge issue to some.
I'm trying to make a simple image gallery with the UI Loader.( 9 thumbnail images with main image above it)
I'm following a Lynda.com CS3 video tutorial if that helps. It seems straightforward enough.
I have everything properly assigned (buttons, the loader) and this is the basic actionscript code to get the first two images to appear:

I have the flash file and the swf file saved in the same folder as the images (as the video instructs) but it seems Flash cannot read or find my external hard drive. I also remade the file and resaved everything on my computers main hard drive and it still cannot find my folder.
Please help. I know this is probably an easy issue but again, I'm new and any help would be great.

I'm not familiar with the way you're loading images (what class is "ldr" an instance of?), but the error is straightforward. You somehow misspelled the image name (caps, maybe in the extension?) or you're referring to a folder that doesn't contain that image.
I usually debug these kind of errors with Tamper Data, an addon for Firefox. Run it, then run your sfw (in a browser) and see what the location is of the called images. That should give you an idea on what's going wrong.
Oh and btw, e is not an Event but a MouseEvent. Though I don't think that produced the error in this case.

Crystal Report: irregular error not handled by the application component

Hi all,
The error message u201Cirregular error not handled by the application componentu201D comes up when I run any of the Crystal Report in the SAP Business One.
But this error happens only in the client Machines, from the Server I can run the report normally.

It seems installation and registration problem, have you tried to other client computers? Try to reinstall the Crystal Report in client.

Error: Schema to be handled does not contain a defintion of type

When I import a xsd file to create a data type in the integration repository, I am getting the error "schema to be handled does not contain a defintion of type <name_of_the_Data_Type>.
Any ideas

I am briging some vendor information from R3 system to XI thru IDOC. The IDOC Type is "CREMAS.CREMAS01".
I am able to import this into Integration Repository in XI. XI is translating this into XML.
Now insted of creating data types manually, I would like to export this XML into XSD and import into the data type.
When importing this XSD into data type I am getting this error message.

To help figure out what's wrong, you can use an absolute path to your SWF files. (Such as "C:/Program Files/My Project/MySWF.swf") If the error goes away, then the filename is correct and there is simply some confusion as to where the local path is. Remember that the parent project (your main.swf) should be in the exact same directory as the SWFs being loaded)

Why do I get a "NullReferenceException was not handled by user code" error in one situation but not in the other?

We are using Sharepoint 2010 and Infopath 2010. In my form, I have a Managed Metadata field that I need to test for a Null value. I found, with the help of this forum's participatns, that a [field]_Changed event for one MMD field runs multiple
time because of the underlying XML elements (Terms, TermInfo, TermName, TermId). So I'm trying to figure out how to test the XML to see when the TermName has a value. By doing this, I hope to limit when the additional code in my form runs, i.e.
I'll only trigger it when TermName is not null.
Just to test for null/empty (before doing anything that calls the addtional code) when I run this code, it completes correctly but always shows a message box:

Well this morning I woke up to see that my site hosted on Windows Azure was producing 50X errors and in general being incredibly slow (up to 60 seconds response time).
Now after looking through the DetailedErrors folder I see that the error received is:

I tried creating a new test website and host it and guess what? I receive the exact same error here as well.
What could be causing this?

Here there is one problem. Actually, there is one job and it will run end of the day(EOD) and that job should generate a report for the particular branch, but every day that job is failing, that job should generate a report daily. But that failed job is displayin an error as "Terminated with error: REP-300: service handle not initialized ==> select hdr . cus_mst_no , cus . name_1
so, daily morning, we are manually runnning the script file and generating a report.

From the Oracle documentation: "A service context handle defines attributes that determine the operational context for OCI calls to a server."
Now, I have no idea what that is, but it looks like you are doing more (OCI calls) than just running a report. Post this also on the database forum.

Error -2003: a data handler needed by the movie could not be found

Hello.
I just purchased QuickTime Pro and the MPEG-2 add-on for it, for the single purpose of transcoding some MPEG-2 recordings to H.264. However, when I try to open any of my MPEG-2 files in Quicktime, I get the message: "error -2003: a data handler needed by the movie could not be found (my-filename.mpg)"
I can play these files in a number of different free players--VLC, Mplayer, Windows Media Player, RealPlayer... but not in the player I paid $50 for.
Can someone please help me?

That doesn't really help. Besides, I haven't even got to the point where I'm trying to export. I get this error message when I try to open the file. I can't even play back the clip.
And the MPEG-2 page clearly states: "The QuickTime MPEG-2 Playback Component provides QuickTime users with the ability to import and play back MPEG-2 content, including both multiplexed (a.k.a. muxed, where the audio and video tracks are interleaved together into one track) and non-multiplexed (a.k.a. elementary) streams."
Also, Streamclip crashes when I try to load my MPEG-2 clips, so that's not going to work (and even if it did, I am trying to find a simple way to take the HDTV content I've recorded off the air and get it onto my AppleTV--I want fewer steps, not more).
Looks like I'll have to waste some time calling customer service to get a refund, since there's no way to do this via the website.

After updating to Mavericks 10.9.2, our Canon printer would no longer scan & send to our iMacs & MacBook Pros. We downloaded & installed SMBUp. Still trying to get it to work with MacBookPros, but has been working with iMacs. Today, out of the blue, I got the following error message:

Invoke Error - ORABPEL-00000 Exception not handled by the Collaxa

We have a BPEL process that is involking a stubbed .net service which we are trying to simulate using a dummy Sync BPEL process to test the stubbed service. When we add the wsdlRuntimeLocation=DummyBPELProcess.wsdl we get the error ORABPEL-00000 Exception not handled by the Collaxa Cube system. An unhandled exception has been thrown in the Collaxa Cube system. The exception reported is: "java.lang.NullPointerException at com.collaxa.cube.ws.WSInvocationManager.invoke2(WSInvocationManager.java:441) at com.collaxa.cube.ws.WSInvocationManager.invoke(WSInvocationManager.java:285 .
The input and output messsages and the namespace for the stubbed .net service and the dummy bpel process is the same.
When we involke the Dummy BPEL process thru a another BPEL process the message looks

Is the additional <input> tag the issue ? Why is it coming for the .net stub and not the bpel process.

I'm getting this error when I preview my flash file online: Error #2044: Unhandled skinError:. text=[IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2036: Load Never Completed.
The issue is, i tested it on my computer with IE8 and firefox and I get this error. When I test on another users computer with IE8, they do not get an error?
Why would only my computer throw and adobe flash player error?
Once I hit continue, the flash file plays fine, but I would like to get rid of the error....

the computer that doesn't show the error does not have a debug version of the flash player installed?
to remedy the problem, upload the skin.swf to your server.

SSRS 2008 Column Chart with Calculated Series (moving average) "formula error - there are not enough data points for the period" error

I have a simple column chart grouping on 1 value on the category axis. For simplicity's sake, we are plotting $ amounts grouping by Month on the category axis. I right click on the data series and choose "Add calculated series...". I choose moving average. I want to move the average over at least 2 periods.
When I run the report, I get the error "Formula error - there are not enough data points for the period". The way the report is, I never have a guaranteed number of categories (there could be one or there could be 5). When there is 2 or more, the chart renders fine, however, when there is only 1 value, instead of suppressing the moving average line, I get that error and the chart shows nothing.
I don't think this is entirely acceptable for our end users. At a minimum, I would think the moving average line would be suppressed instead of hiding the entire chart. Does anyone know of any workarounds or do I have to enter another ms. connect bug/design consideration.

I was having the same error while trying to plot a moving average across 7 days. The work around I found was rather simple.
If you right click your report in the solution explorer and select "View Code" it will give you the underlying XML of the report. Find the entry for the value of your calculated series and enter a formula to dynamically create your periods.

What I'm doing here is getting the row count of records returned in the chart. If the returned rows are greater than or equal to 7 (The amount of days I want the average) it will set the points to 7. If not, it will set the number to the amount of returned rows. So far this has worked great. I'm probably going to add more code to handle no records returned although in my case that shouldn't happen but, you never know.
A side note:
If you open the calculated series properties in the designer, you will notice the number of periods is set to "0". If you change this it will overwrite your custom formula in the XML.

Error Message is not displayed on the pop screen for chain end chain

and i had put validations using chain and end chain, but the error message is not displayed immediately on the screen
but it is displaying as log , i want the error should come on the same screen and it should not allow till the correct values are entered , how to handle it

have you tried option "LIKE" with instruction MESSAGE.
Example:MESSAGE ID '38' TYPE 'S' NUMBER 000 DISPLAY LIKE 'E' WITH 'My Message'.
And instead of using a MESSAGE instruction, why to not use a popup ?
Like using one of these function modules (for instance):
TMS_BCU_POPUP_TO_CONFIRM
POPUP_TO_CONFIRM_STEP
POPUP_TO_DECIDE
FC_POPUP_ERR_WARN_MESSAGE
etc...
If that does not work, perhaps it's your ehancement which is not the good one or perhaps you have use a second one.
