    Hi!
I was deploying a test application for a session bean with sun 1 studio 5 and I started getting this message while deploying.
I had tested the bean previously and I had no problems.
I found this in the sun app server 7 release notes, but I don't understand what I'm supposed to do...
    "Deployment of CMP beans fails.
The following error is thrown because there are no <query-params> entries in the container-managed persistence (CMP) bean in sun-ejb-jar.xml file:
Error while running ejbc. Fatal error from EJB Compiler ---- Error while processing CMP beans.
    Solution
Even if it isn't necessary for the CMP beans, add the query-params tag for finders in the sun-ejb-jar.xml file with the empty parameters."

    http://docs.sun.com/source/817-2175-10/decmp.html
Please go to the above docs and look thru the examples given in it.
    Example 2
This query returns all products in a specified price range. It defines two query parameters which are the lower and upper bound for the price: double low, double high. The filter compares the query parameters with the price field:
    "low < price && price < high"
The finder element of the sun-ejb-jar.xml file would look like this:
    <finder>
    <method-name>findInRange</method-name>
    <query-params>double low, double high</query-params>
    <query-filter>low < price && price &lt
    high</query-filter
    </finder>
I hope this hepls. In your case u just have to make it null.

  • Error from sample JAX-WS security from documentation: Failed to get token

I am trying example 2-1 for the server and 2-3 for the client and i am using WLS 10.3.5:
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21764_01/web.1111/e13713/message.htm#CDEBIJEJ
i get some errors when trying to compile/generate the source listed, but i work around those.
and i hardcode some values ( like username/password, keystore locations, etc).
i can deploy the web service successfully and execute the client.
I have some debugging turned on, so i see that the messages are being successfully encrypted and decrypted.
However, i get an exception back from the server:
[java] Exception in thread "main" javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: Failed to get token for tokenType: http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-x509-token-profile-1.0#X509v3

    For the Service:
I have used exactly the same policies from the example.
i did have to comment out the @WLHTTPTransport clause ( the error gives me the impression it is no longer supported )
    For the client:
The generated port no longer takes just string for the wsdl url, so i don't pass in a url at all. i let it use the URL from the client gen process. I also hard coded a username/password i created.
    any thoughts?
These examples don't mention anything about Secure Token Server ( although, i see it mentioned later down the page after other examples ). Do these examples require an STS be configured? or is that unrelated to my exception?
    Thanks for the help!!!
    Follow up:
i added the following ( which i think should take care of the STS part i was asking about):
    61 String sts="https://TESTUESR0:7002/UsernameTokenPlainX509SignAndEncrypt/simpleSecureService";
    62 requestContext.put(weblogic.wsee.jaxrpc.WLStub.WST_STS_ENDPOINT_ON_WSSC,sts);
    but this made no difference.

DTC was running on remote computer. The problem was it was no longer accepting transactions from remote servers. This was in SSIS so I had to turn to "Transaction Supported" for all Data Flow Transactions.

  • Can you intercept an Oracle error from a "Process Row" process?

    Hi,
Can you intercept an Oracle error from a "Process Row" process?
    Example:
I have been just creating a validation process to check if I'm about to insert a duplicate record so I can give the user a "User friendly" error message.
It would be awesome if in the error message you can select "PL/SQL function returning result" and have it pass it to the Notification area..
I doubt there is a way but I thought I would ask..

    >
I think everyone is waiting for a better exception-handling, but even 4.0 won't bring any improvements in this area. This is kind of what bugged me about 4.0. I feel that they put more effort into making it cool and flashy and ignored some pretty basic core issues like error handling. I mean sure the new jquery powered application builder is nice, but your users never see that - they do however see you not being able to hook into the error handling. There are several issues that have lingered for years that keep getting passed over for other things - i mean the Forms conversion release was such a waste in my opinion. They could have used that release to fix some bugs.
Of course thats my 2 cents.

  • Removal of error from psa

    hi friends
can any one tell me how can we remove an error from psa
    thanks in advance
    with regards
    kalyan

    Hi,
Using the Error Handling function on the Update Parameters tab page in the scheduler, you can control the behavior of the BI system if data records with errors occur in the data flow with 3.x objects (use of transfer and update rules) when you are loading data using the PSA.
The system checks for data records with errors:
          in the transfer rules
          in the update rules
when data is updated to the master data tables, text tables, or hierarchy tables
when data is updated to the InfoCube
when checking for referential integrity within an InfoObject against the master data tables or DataStore objects on the communication structure level.
    Features
Incorrect records arising in transfer rules, update rules, when updating to a data target, or when checking for referential integrity, are highlighted and returned to the error handler. The error handler locates the original PSA records and writes the corresponding log. This function is not yet available for updating to DataStore objects.
Using the Error Handling function on the Update Parameters tab page in the scheduler, you can control how the system responds to incorrect data records.
    Activities
           1.      Define how the system should react to incorrect data records
    a.       No update, no reporting (default)
If errors occur, the system terminates the update of the entire data package. The request is not released for reporting. However, the system continues to check the records.
    b.       Update valid records, no reporting (request red)
This option allows you to update valid data. This data is only released for reporting after the administrator checks the incorrect records that have not been updated and manually releases the request (using a QM action, that is, by setting the Overall status on the Status tab page in the monitor).
    c.       Update valid records, reporting possible
Valid records can be reported immediately. Automatic follow-up actions, such as adjusting the aggregates, are also carried out.
With option a), the incorrect records are marked in red in the PSA maintenance. You can display the relevant error messages amodally, edit the records, and update the request manually. If it was not possible to write to the PSA (hierarchy or transfer method IDoc), an application log is written instead.
With options b) and c), a new request that is only updated to the PSA is formed from the incorrect records. Here you can edit the records of the new request in the PSA and start the update manually.
If errors arise when an InfoCube is updated, new requests are generated for incorrect records for each InfoCube combination. Among these requests, the incorrect records are updated to the PSA. These new requests have entered as data targets the InfoCubes for which there were incorrect records. If, for example, a record was updated to two InfoCubes by mistake, a request is generated for this record that contains both InfoCubes as data targets. In the PSA tree, the requests appear as successfully updated in the PSA. These new requests can then be triggered again for updating to the InfoCubes.
           2.      Specify the maximum number of incorrect data records that are allowed before the system terminates the load process. In the PSA, you can display the errors that have arisen up to that point. If you do not specify the maximum number of incorrect records after which termination should occur, the handling of incorrect data records is inactive and the update terminates after the first error.
           3.      Define how the BI system should react if the number of data records received by the BI system is not the same as the number of data records updated in BI.
A difference between the number of received and updated records can occur:
             in the transfer rules
             in the update rules
             when updating
Records are sorted, aggregated, or added.
If you set the No Aggregation Permitted indicator, the request is deemed incorrect if the number of received records is not the same as the number of updated records.
Regardless of this indicator, an error occurs if the number of selected records is not the same as the number of records received in the BI system.
    Result
The monitor directs the user to the relevant error case and enables a direct navigation into the PSA or the respective error request.
If you want to continue processing the incorrect data records in a program that you have written yourself, you can use the method GET_ERRORS of class CL_RSSM_ERROR_HANDLER. The use of this method is documented in the RS_ERRORLOG_EXAMPLE.
To perform complex checks on data records, or to carry out specific changes to data records regularly, you can use delivered function modules (PSA-APIs) to program against a PSA table.
If you want to execute data validation with program support, select Tools ® ABAP Workbench ® Development ® ABAP Editor and create a program.
If you use transfer routines or update routines it may be necessary to read data in the PSA table afterwards.
Employee bonuses are loaded into an InfoCube and sales figures for employees are loaded into a PSA table. If an employee’s bonus is to be calculated in a routine in the transformation, in accordance with his/her sales, the sales must be read from the PSA table.
           1.      Call up the function module RSSM_API_REQUEST_GET to get a list of requests with request ID for a particular InfoSource of a particular type. You have the option of restricting request output using a time restriction and/or the transfer method.
You must know the request ID, as the request ID is the key that makes managing data records in the PSA possible.
           2.      With the request information received so far, and with the help of the function module, you can
read RSAR_ODS_API_GET data records from the PSA table
write RSAR_ODS_API_PUT changed data records in the PSA table.
    RSAR_ODS_API_GET
You can call up the function module RSAR_ODS_API_GET with the list of request IDs given by the function module RSSM_API_REQUEST_GET. The function module RSAR_ODS_API_GET no longer recognizes InfoSources on the interface, rather it recognizes the request IDs instead. With the parameter I_T_SELECTIONS, you can restrict reading data records in the PSA table with reference to the fields of the transfer structure. In your program, the selections are filled and transferred to the parameter I_T_SELECTIONS.
The import parameter causes the function module to output the data records in the parameter E_T_DATA. Data output is unstructured, since the function module RSAR_ODS_API_GET works generically, and therefore does not recognize the specific structure of the PSA. You can find information on the field in the PSA table using the parameter E_T_RSFIELDTXT.
    RSAR_ODS_API_PUT
After merging or checking and subsequently changing the data, you can write the altered data records into the PSA table with the function module RSAR_ODS_API_PUT. To be able to write request data into the table with the help of this function module, you have to enter the corresponding request ID. The parameter E_T_DATA contains the changed data records.

  • NoClassDefFound Error in Scho example

While I am an old programmer, I am new to the Java language. I am working my way through the JWSDP Tutorial, and have successfully installed the JWSDP-1_0_01 code, and had previously installed the J2EE (JDK1.3.1_01). Both seem to work fine - I have done other java stuff with J2EE, and the GSApp ran fine.
I am now trying to run the first of the Echo examples. It compiled successfully, but now I am getting a java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError. It would appear that this is the "catch-all" error from the Java runtime command - I issue the Java command, with -classpath and the name of the program, and try to pass it the file with the XML. All seems well, but I get the error. If I issue the same command pointing to an incorrect place, I get the same error, leading me to believe that it can't find the Echo.class file. But I am issuing the command from a c prompt with the current directory being the one that the class statement is found in.
In searching the list of messages on this thread, I found reference to a "package" statement, but this example doesn't contain one - I assume since the entire code is in the one module.
It has to be something stupid that I am doing - anyone have a suggestion on what it is?
    BTW - I am on NT4.
    Jerry Lawson

    Hi,
I am encountering the same problem as well. I am just wondering if you have found the solution to your problem as until now I can't find a way to get around it.

  • Capturing a system error from a FM

I'm adding/deleting/updating records in KNMT via the RV_CUSTOMER_MATERIAL_UPDATE function module.  I'm trying to find a way to catch the errors from this function module.  For example, if I try to insert a material that already exists, I get a "System error during INSERT (table KNMT subrc 4)" error and it stops the program.  What I want to do is collect that error, write a message to the screen, and go on to the next record to insert/delete/update/etc.  There are no exceptions to the FM so I'm not sure how i'm supposed to do it.  I've tried a TRY/CATCH with a cx_root.  I've also tried using the FMs MESSAGES_INITIALIZE and MESSAGES_GIVE but I can get them to work.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
    Thanks,
    CD

    Hi,
Let me give you some more details then, if further questions arised. I offerd an almost-ready-to-use code for the FM mentioned in the initial question. But the addition of
    EXCEPTIONS
        ERROR_MESSAGE = 1.
works for every function module you could use. In my case the FM PRELIMINARY_POSTING_FB01 that I was calling from my custom code, used to raise a message type 'E' in some cases. But I did not want that message to interrupt the execution of my code. Instead of that, I caught the error and handled it myself. And ERROR_MESSAGE = 1 got the job done. So I think you should give it a try
    Hope this helps,
    Grzegorz

  • SMTP error from remote mail server 522 IP REPUTATI...

I have a hosting business, and one of my clients on BTinternet, using BT Mail is now having mail bounce back to sender when forwarded from her domain mailbox.
Here is an example of the bounced errors -
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
    [email protected]
    (ultimately generated from [email protected])
    host mx.bt.lon5.cpcloud.co.uk [65.20.0.49]
SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<[email protected]> SIZE=3749:
522 IP REPUTATION BAD (please check for IP address listing on reputation services)
I've changed the actual addresses above. The server the mail is being forwarded from has an IP address 138.128.161.22
It seems that BT believes that the  server the mail is forwarded from is blacklisted. However, I am unable to discover any blacklist issue for this server. As you can see from the MXToolbox enquiry, there are no blacklists reported -
    http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a138.128.161.22&run=toolpage
Can anybody from BT tell me who I need to contact to find out why they are not accepting mail from my server? I'm not having a problem with mail forwarded to any other ISP, and it seems to be just BT that is rejecting the mail.
    I hope someone can advise.

I just noticed today that any Graph or PDF report I try to view I get the

Anyone have any idea? I haven't done anything to that server that I am
aware of in quite a while.

I took a closer look at the files it downloaded, opened them with notepad,
    haer is what it says:

  • As soon as I login with iChat, I get an error from MobileMe!

Hey, I've had this issue for a while, and my work around for it was just not using iChat. However, I want to use iChat now so I need a proper resolution. Now I have mobile me with my [email protected] address, and I have my iChat account with [email protected] (created before my MM subscription).
When I log into iChat for the first time, within minutes I get an error from MobileMe saying "You've entered an incorrect password for MobileMe, please try again"... I didn't do anything though.
If I go to MobileMe in System Preferences, it says: "Your password has changed. Enter your new password.
If you have not changed (or reset) your password contact MobileMe support."
If I enter my password in and get that fixed, the next time I start up iChat it says: "Your login ID or password is incorrect"... soo I'm confused.
The password for my @me and @mac addresses are different, is it possible they are sharing the same keychain? I do have the check box ticked to remember the password.
    Any idea's?

    Hi,
I would not repair at this time.
In the list of password you should find the one for iChat Or possibly several for iChat if you have different Account/Screen Names list by their Account names.
Double click on the one that is causing you issue.
In the new window that pops up put a tick in the Password Box. You will probably have to confirm with your Admin Password to Allow Once.
Does this show the right password ?
    If not change the Password.
If it does then click the Access Tab and see if iChat is Allowed (Or Allow All is being used)
Either change to Allow All or add iChat to the List.

    Hi
first run "ipconfig /flushdns" and then "ipconfig /registerdns" finally restart dns service and check the situation, also you can check dns logs computer management ->Event viewer->Custom Views->Server roles->DNS.

  • Smartform Printing : Error in spool C call: Error from TemSe

    Hi! everybody,
I am stating my problem as follows : I have to print a bar-code sticker of size 10 X 7 cms. I have worked on bar-codes before this also. This time the output from a smartform is to be given to a ZEBRA TLP 2844 printer. I initially encountered problems in printing. The data does not fit on to the page.
After a lot of searching I found that ZEBRA was a partner of SAP and that a special device type needs to be created for output from a ZEBRA printer. I did this two times. Each time my steps were as described under.
To create the device type I did the following :
    1. I finally found the driver from the ZEBRA website from http://www.zebra.com/id/products/global/en/utilities/sap_device_types.UtilityFile.File.tmp/Zebra_SAP_Device_Types.zip From this I uploaded the driver for 203 DPI zebra printer with IBM code 850 font file name "YZB200.PRI" into the transaction SA38.
    2. Then I created a new device ZEB10 in SPAD after assigning my format to the device.
Thereafter, I tried to print my sticker. During this procedure, on selection of the new device type, the fonts automatically changed to ARIAL in the print preview. When I give the print command (Spool request : Print immed = X, Delete after output = X & New spool request = X) it gives an error message Error in spool C call: Error from TemSe.
Since the output had not been issued, I opened the spool request to view its TemSe characteristics. Here I found
