Error in CC 5.2 (Java.lang.indexOutOfBoundException)

Hello All,
When i logon to CC 5.2, I always get the following error on the bottom of the page: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 2, Size: 1
Does anybody have any idea how to fix it ?

Thanks for your reply, I can not increase the array size as i do not have access to CC coding. But today when i performed background job for Risk analysis in full sync mode, the error has gone in miscellaneous circumstances.

This is rendering properly.
However, I want the same side navigation in the called page. When I write the same code in process request of called page (i.e XxgahlOspViewPartChangesPG); and try to click on the link from the Page 1, I get "java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundException". But, if I do not write any side navigation invoking code in the process request of called page, I get no error.
Please help.

HELP Needed with this error: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClass

I am having a problem connecting to my MSDE SQL 2000 DB on a WindowsXP pro. environment. I am learning Java and writing a small test prgm to connect the the database. The code compiles ok, but when I try to execute it i keep getting this error:
"Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Test1"
I am using the Microsoft jdbc driver and my CLASSPATH is setup correctly, I've also noticed that several people have complained about this error, but have not seen any solutions....can someone help ?

I want to say that there was nothing wrong
with my classpath config., I am still not sure why
that didn't work, there is what I did to resolved
this issue.You can say that all you like but if you are getting NoClassDefFound errors, that's because the class associated with the error is not in your classpath.
(For future reference: you will find it easier to solve problems if you assume that the problem is your fault, instead of trying to blame something else. It almost always is your fault -- at least that's been my experience.)
1. I had to set my DB connection protocol to TCP/IP
(this was not the default), this was done by running
the
file "svrnetcn.exe" and then in the SQL Server Network
Utility window, enable TCP/IP and set the port to
1433.Irrelevant to the classpath problem.
2. I then copied all three of the Microsoft JDBC
driver files to the ..\jre\lib\ext dir of my jdk
installed dir.The classpath always includes all jar files in this directory. That's why doing that fixed your problem. My bet is that you didn't have the jar file containing the driver in your classpath before, you just had the directory containing that jar file.
3. Updated my OS path to located these files
and....BINGO! (that simple)Unnecessary for solving classpath problems.
4. Took a crash course on JDBC & basic Java and now I
have created my database, all tables, scripts,
stored procedures and can read/write and do all kinds
of neat stuff.All's well that ends well. After a few months you'll wonder what all the fuss was about.

Error in executing servlet JSPRunner: java.lang.NullPointerException

I have some problems with my jsp files.
I am using iAS6sp4 and iWS 6 on W2K.
I created a EJB jar file and an empty WAR file (No JSP, Servlet, just web.xml & ias-web.xml) and pack them into a ear file for deployment. It was successful.
Then I copy some jsp files to <iasinstall>/ias6/ias/APPS/<app name>/<war name>
and restart the ias and iws server.
When I try the URL: "http://myserver/NASApp/<app name>/myjsp.jsp", I got this error message from kjs.
JSPRunner: init
Exception: SERVLET-execution_failed: Error in executing servlet JSPRunner: java.lang.NullPointerException
My jsp didn't include any java code, just pure htm code. I want to give it a test. But even though I tried with a proper jsp i still got this message. pls advise.

I got this working. Here are the steps that I followed and the output...
Steps
1. Deployed the helloworld application
2. Invoked the application to see if it works fine
3. Copied the myjsp.jsp to the C:\iPlanet\ias6\ias\APPS\helloworld\helloworld directory
4. Shutdown the iAS and iWS and started again
5. Invoked the .jsp file by typing http://sundts2.india.sun.com:81/NASApp/helloworld/myjsp.jsp in the browser.

I believe the problem in your case must be that the .jsp file has been placed in a directory where iAS is not able to recognise. I'm sure this will help. Please feel free to raise questions on this.

Hi , when i try to run my program, i keep getting the error msg:
Error(23,19): method getName(java.lang.String) not found in class javax.swing.JTextField
I have checked the java API and it inherits from the awt.Component class and should be accessible via the jtextfield.
I have tried the following:
trying to initailise the JTextField at the start.
Using getName works if i use it within the loop after setting the name.
Does anybody know what i am doing wrong please?

Hi,
The following exception occurs, when the workflow was waiting after it has made
a synchronous call to an external system through WTC Interface.
I had read Rob's comments earlier for WLI 6.1 SP1 on this exception that there
would be a fix available for it in the next minor release. For your information,
I had got this exception in WLI 6.1 SP3. Is still EJB Container's timeout excels
the JTA's timeout? Can anybody help me out to find a fix for this problem?

You could change the transaction timeout value, but I'd re-examine the
application and see if the transaction times could be reduced some.

Java.exe error - Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:

I've just started to take on java, and some examples from my learning source
show the
javac.exe fileincluded.java
to
java.exe fileincluded
method. Although I can compile fine, when I go to run I get a java.exe error - Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:.
I thought it was an environment variable problem as I'm running win xp.
I've gotten the bin directory included, and I've previously had visual studio .net installed
so the INCLUDE and LIB variables are set to those directories. I've tried to attach the java /lib and /bin directories by ";C:\PROGRAM FILES\JAVA\JDK1.5.0_02\LIB" etc,
and that didn't work. What can I do to fix this problem?

I get the I/O exception while reading: D:\Java\HelloApplet (The system cannot find the file specified). I have previously compiled HelloApplet.java into HelloApplet.class using javac.exe
the two include statements in the sample HelloApplet I'm using are

How can I correct this? If it's possible, I would like to set a variable in windows
versus having to type extra commands at the command prompt everytime I try

MyClass is not equal to myclass.

I have to write a program that calculates a monthly mortgage payment from a 10,000 loan, decreases the principle, and displays all of the info (principle payment, interest payment, loan balance) for each month. Since all of that info would scroll off the screen, I have to break it down where it will show a few months, prompt user for input to scroll down, and then show the rest of the info. OK, so I fixed that part, it will run now. But, can't figure out how to keep the screen from scrolling down all the way to the bottom of the list. I need it to stop after 3 months, each time, asking the user to press Enter to scroll down (or any input that will work for this). Any hints on that? Also, when I run the program, I have to press Enter to get it to actually start displaying info. Otherwise, I run it and it just sits there. But when I press Enter, it scrolls and prints all information for the entire loan, 36 months. Here's my updated code. Thx

Try setting the classpath properly. It seems the runtime evironment is unable to find the compiled class files. Nothing else is wrong.

Serious system error while executing the query: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

From ALSB, we are trying to insert records in a table, by calling the ALDSP webservice. It is working fine when the xml (ie., given as input to the ALDSP webservice) is small. But facing the following error when the input xml size is large.

We do not want to increase the heap size. Is there any other way we can solve this problem?

In logical dataservice of ALDSP we have created a procedure called createTest, which is used to insert mulitple rows in the table. We have created a webservice for that logical DataService.
Using the ALSB, we are calling the webservice -> createTest Operation and we are passing xml as input to that createTest function.
Input xml:

each ns0:createTemp represent a row that need to be inserted in the table.
When the number of ns0:createTemp is less ( when the number of rows that need to be inserted is less) then no problem occurs, it is getting inserted properly. But when there are more number of ns0:createTemp then we are getting the following error
