Error in CC while using SAP_XI_IDOC/IDOCXmlToFlatConvertor module

Hi,
We are getting an error in CC monitoring while using SAP_XI_IDOC/IDOCXmlToFlatConvertor module for converting IDoc XML to flat file. Below is the error text:
"Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.conn.idoc.IDocParseException: (7) IDOC_ERROR_PARSE_FAILURE: An IDocConversionException occurred while parsing IDocXML for type <ZDELVRY3>: state=READING_FIELD_VALUE_TAG, charPosition=7404, lineNumber=2, columnNumber=7366"
Any suggestion how to resolve it.

If it persists, check if are there any mapping errors on the Audit Logs for the failed message.

Runtime error in MIRO while using User/Screen exit

Hello,
I have implemented an exit in ABAP for MIRO which when transported to Quality server through runtime error.
I have used EXIT (SMOD) : LFDCB001 which contains FM -> EXIT_SAPLFDCB_001 and include -> ZXM08U31. In this exit I have written my code to disable Inv. Party field. This field exist in Details Tab in Miro Transaction.
Location of the field: MIRO -> Details (tab) -> Inv. Party (Field)
Code written in include ZXM08U31 is:
LOOP AT SCREEN.

    screen-input = 0.
    MODIFY SCREEN.
ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.
This exit is assigned to a project in CMOD and I tested the same in Development system. It is working perfectly.
Now I transported the TR (Includes program ZXM08U31 and Customer enhancement projects ZMIRO). Now when I run MIRO in quality server it triggers the my logic and then through runtime error.
Runtime error says:
Short text
    Dynpro does not exist
Error analysis
    The system attempted to use dynpro 0400 in program "SAPLXM08".
    This dynpro does not exist.
I agree that screen 400 does not exists in program for MIRO but it does not exists in development system as well. So if the runtime error is valid in QEC server then why not in DEV server. And when it can run successfully in DEV server why cant it run in QEC server.
Hope I have explained all the things in detail.
Please provide me the solution since user can bombard anytime for the MIRO dump everytime in QEC.

Hi Harjeet,
Reason of your Dump is that the enhancement "LFDCB001" which you used contains one Function module exit "EXIT_SAPLFDCB_001" and another one screen exit in calling screen "SAPLFDCB" number 0150.
So when you activate your project these above mentioned both components were activated.
So when you execute transaction SAP looks for called screen "SAPLXM08" No-0400 but as you havn't created and program go for DUMP.
Solution - Just Create called screen "SAPLXM08" No-0400 and activate.

11i Login Page is showing 'Error on Page' while using IE 7

Hi DBAs,
I am using Oracle 11.5.10.2 with DB 10.2.0.4 (Single Instance). The EBS is on RUP6 and using JDK 1.6.0_12.
I was using Firefox and not getting any issue. I used first time IE-7 (7.0.5x) to access the application. I noticed that Pressing the 'Login' button on Login Page , it was saying in the left bottom of the IE says 'Error on page' and was not navigate to any page or did not perform any action.
I verified all the services and everything was OK. While using Firefox , I was able to navigate the application w/o any issue.
Using IE 7 , I am able to access
http://host.domain:8000/OA_HTML/fndvald.jsp?username=sysadmin&;password=sysadmin
Most of the stuff seems to be working fine while logging in using above URL but the 'GO' buttons are throwing same error in IE 'Error on page'. Rest of the Bottons like 'Edit Navigator' , 'Edit Favorites' are working fine but when on any Page I press the 'Go' button then IE showing Error. It seems to me that when a button need to navigate to next page then IE saying 'Error on page' but when a button have to lunch a new page it is working fine.
All the responsibilities and links are working fine. Application Navigation using Firefox is working absolutely fine.
Seeking your advise and suggestions to resolve the issue.

You can clear the cache as follows (login as applmgr user, and source the application env file):

$ rm -R *
ML Note: 285218.1 is not helpful as I am on later version of EBS (11.5.10.2 with RUP6 and Developer6i Patchset 19). At Client side I am using Windows XP SP3 with IE 7.0.5.x with JInit 1.3.21 and JRE 1.6.0.12.Did you review the steps under "Recommended MSIE Browser Settings" section?
Can you reproduce the issue with JInitiator? If yes, any errors in the JInitiator console window? Enable debug (you may also enable trace for Sun JRE) and see if any errors are reported there.

Getting Error in Infoview while using Date Range Filter in SAP BW Universe

I have created a date range Filter in My Universe

It was Parsed "OK" without any errors.
When I used this filter in my report it does not return any records, while there are some records which I had verified earlier. When I include the two fields "[ZFDAY_MTH].[LEVEL01] and "[ZCBDATE].[LEVEL01] in My Report with the filter I am getting the following error -
A database error occured. The database error text is: A pointer intended for use is NULL. pConstantOperand is NULL in SAPSQLExpressionEvaluator::getOperandsFromCondition, exception raised at line 125 of file source/sofasqlexpressionevaluatorbase.cpp. (WIS 10901)
If I remove the filter and run the report , it gives me the expected results.
Please help me if anyone has faced this issue earlier.

Dropdown values are missing while using the function module KCD_EXCEL_OLE_TO_INT_CONVERT

when i am trying to upload the excel template by using the function module " KCD_EXCEL_OLE_TO_INT_CONVERT" to an internal table some field values are missing.
i am using the function module " KCD_EXCEL_OLE_TO_INT_CONVERT" and i am uploading an excel template and downloading that excel data into an internal table but some field values are missing while uploading the excel template and i found that the field which contains the drop down list values those values are missing.
And also when i am uploading the excel template by using the function module" KCD_EXCEL_OLE_TO_INT_CONVERT" when i am coming out of this function module one pop up is coming. how can i avoid this popup, can any one please provide me the solution thanks in advance.

Error while using Custom File Module..

Hi Experts,
I am trying to conver Excel file to xml file using XI , but i am getting this error in communication channel monitoring,
error : com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Path to object does not exist at com.syed.FileModule3, the whole lookup name is localejbs/sap.com/com.syed.FileModule3/GetExcelFileBean2.
how to solve this..

What is the JNDI name you had provided when you were developing the module?
the JNDI name will be your module name. (it seems it is GetExcelFileBean2)

Here I am getting dump error as 'Type conflict when calling a function module.
The function module interface allows you to specify only fields
of a particular type under "FILENAME". The field "P_FNAME" specified here has a different field type'.
What would be the reason for this error?

403 Errors on Fragment Requests Using HTTPD Origin Module

Hi all,
We are having intermittent problems with the Adobe httpd origin module returning 403 errors on fragment requests. Our setup is we have Apache httpd running on an AWS EC2 Linux instance, with all of our video files loaded from an S3 bucket using yas3fs.
Most video files are served back fine by this configuration, but every once in a while one particular segment will encounter a problem where the plugin will report 403 on the f4f file. However, the f4f file exists and is world readable, and we can read the file using other tools as user 'apache'. So for all intents and purposes, it looks like the file us perfectly accessible to everyone except for the origin module. Stopping/restarting httpd does not fix the issue, but restarting the entire EC2 instance does. The system logs are clean, and the httpd error log only shows the 403 message, no other errors.
What next steps can we take to debug the issue? Is there any extra debugging we can turn on in the origin module? Anything else we can look at?

Thanks much for your timely response. We just upgraded the version of yas3fs to the latest from git. The previous version we were running was from Oct 2. We’ve enabled debugging and we’ll let you know what errors we see in the logs, we expect it will take a few days for the errors to reoccur, based on past experience.
We did run into some issues while trying to unmount yas3fs to do the upgrade, and maybe those errors will help you pinpoint what is going on. When we tried to umount the mount point, we got an error saying that the mount point was still in use. Lsof showed that the python process was holding on to the following file:
“python /home/ec2-user/util/yas3fs/yas3fs.py --no-metadata --cache-mem-size=0 --cache-disk-size=40240 --cache-on-disk=1 /var/www/video --url s3://…”
Even after we kill -9 the python process, there was still a problem. On yas3fs startup it reported that the mount point was invalid (probably a fuse issue?), so we ended up needing to reboot the entire machine in order to be able to remount everything from S3.

Right now working on EDI 867 and is working fine in my local system. But when we moved the contents

The module name must be localejbs/sap.com/com.sap.nw.cm.xi/CMTransformBean.
The parameter name must be TransformationName.
The parameter value must be the conversion agent project name deployed in serviceDB. In the above example, the Tutorial_3 project from the documentation in step 1 is used.
And also it was failed to update the log.See the folder access onceagain.

Dbhelp error in win98 while using java

i am trying to write a screen capture program using Robot class and i have an error while not only woking with my project but also working with any other Applet or application.
The error is as followed :
An error occured.Dbhelp error!
it writes only this and neither javac nor jvm works!!!
I dont know what to do , i formatted my pc 3 times and dealed with some setings in Java console of Java plug in but it didnt work!

I been having a similar problem with Java JRE.
At the end of installing or when the browser plugin exits with the browser, Dbhelp causes a illegal operation in windows. Everything seems to work but illegal operations in Dbhelp is annoying. The problem on certain PC's running Windows 98 SE and with JRE version 1.4.2_01 to 1.4.2_05 and 1.5.0Beta2. The problem does not affect JRE version 1.4.1_07 and earlier.

Inconsistent Errors when processing IDocs using custom Function Module

I am encountering a most perplexing error. Here is the situation.
We have a custom function module to update data in the EH&S system. We are having a bizarre error occurring. This is the basic processing of the function module:
1. IDoc data is read and loaded into an internal table.
2. Data is run through a series of checks to determine if the data is valid for entry into the system.
3. After validation we use function module C1F2_SUBSTANCES_READ_WITH_REF to read characteristic data for the substance. This data is used to validate whether current data exists to allow for loading of the IDoc data. (This is the step where the IDoc is receiving an error even if the data is valid. This only occurs if we are processing a large amount of Idocs and one IDoc contains valid data and another invalid data for the same substance. It occurs even if the Idocs are not processed in sequence. If individually processed or reprocessed after initial failure they pass. This is what is so confusing!) If it exists, a flag is set and the data is loaded using function module BAPI_BUS1077_CHANGE to modify the data.
4. If the flag is set to allow further processing, the function module C1F2_SUBSTANCES_READ_WITH_REF is used again to select different characteristic data for the substance. A similar validation process occurs and if it passes, data is loaded using BAPI_BUS1077_CHANGE to update and BAPI_BUS1077_CREATE to create new data.
Here is the situation:
When processing one valid record for one substance, the record loads successfully. When processing multiple valid records (all are valid) for one substance, they all load successfully. The problem occurs when attempting to load valid and invalid records for the same substance. Some times the program successfully loads the valid data (as expected). Other times, it will not load any records. It is not consistent!
The order of IDoc processing does not have an impact on the success of the load. Whether the valid or invalid record processes first does not have an impact on the success of the valid substance load.
Does anyone have ANY Idea of what is going on? I am clearing all fields in the function module before processing occurs. I cannot find what is causing the error to occur.

I have some further information. It seems that if data for a substance is sent in two separate Idocs, one with valid and one with invalid data, As long as the two IDocs are processed consecutively, they process correctly. If they are separated by IDocs containing other substance information, they fail.

Try to execute the BEx query in webi and check whether its running fine.
1974638 - Request Processing Failed. (XLS 000009) Query script generation failed. See your administrator. The result object 'xxxxx' is missing from result objects. (IES 00013)
Try to remove the prompt from the BEx query and create it in query browser connection and test it, you cannot pass the prompt empty if its created as mandatory in BEx, please check that also.
