Error in Reconciliation

When I reconcile my Ldap resource to IDM, getting an error. the reconciliation status shows:
Error iterating accounts for resource ESAALDAP:
com.waveset.exception.OperationTimedOut: The wait for a response exceeded the configured timeout while listing accounts on resource '<Resource-Name>'.
Can anyone help how I can increase the wait time?..

Hi Jesper,
I read the note and as per my understanding it was the systme behavior of SAP if we reconcile BP with JE or other documents with withholding tax this error will appear. The note does not give any workaround resolution on how to resolve that issue.
Did you guys have any idea on how to resolve or to closed the invoice transactions inc. withholding tax that was partially paid and the remaining balance was done in JE or CM?

"Unparseable date" Error at reconciliation

Hi,
I am running recconiciliation task using
9.1. GTC DatabaseAppTable connector.
In the trusted source table (MS SQL) I have a column containing a date field in the following format: "10/31/1983 12:00:00 AM"
In the Connector configuration page, I have the following values set:
- Database Date format : MM/dd/yyyy
- Source Date Format : MM/dd/yyyy
When I run the Recon task , I get the following errors in the logs:
ERROR,18 Sep 2008 11:29:26,367,[XELLERATE.GC.FRAMEWORKRECONCILIATION],Reconciliation Encountered error:
Thor.API.Exceptions.tcAPIException: java.text.ParseException: Unparseable date: "10/31/1983"
Any idea on how I can resolve this issue ?

Hi,
Your Source Date Format should look like "MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss a".
It should be same as your target system date format.If "MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss a" didn't work then try to find out correct format for "10/31/1983 12:00:00 AM" .

I am trying to reconcile one user from Active directory by using schdeled task.

Looks everything fine to me.
Reconciliation rule for AD user object is active and the rule as below
User Logn is equals to ExtensionAttribute8
OR
objectGuid equals to objectGuid
And we have key field is ObjectGuid attaribute
Pls suggest what are other things to check. I need to resolve this ASAP.

Error in reconciliation with invoice subject to wtax on payment

When doing reconcilation to BP ,an error appears "Withholding Tax needs to be processed for at least one of the selected transactions. This can only be done by restricting reconciliation to transactions with the same withholding tax code."
This error appears when we try to reconcile Invoice that is subject to withholding tax on payment. Payment was partial only and the balance is adjusted as CM or JE. When doing the internal recon, the above error appears.
Please let us know how to resolve the problem.

OIM date format parsing error on reconciliation

Hi All,
I am using OIM 9.0.3 . When I do the recon , I am able to retrieve user from source and created in OIM ,but one of my field is DATE and which I have map to start date.
Recon Manager shows me that my date field having parsing error. I tried various date format ,but still the error is coming.
I don't know which format OIM expecting for date type data for I am missing something. Please tell me .

Reconciliation key error in ETHIM

Hi Experts,
In transaction ETHIM (ECC 6.0 ISU) I am getting a reconcilation key error stating "Reconciliation keys already exist for shortened reconciliation key". If we delete the recon key from the field in ETHIM and then execute the program, the application log then gives the message "Key selection not defined for application R company code Aggr.:Conversion of Ext Transactions to N(R
Any suggestions on what might be the problem?

RECONCILIACION INTERNA ERROR

Buen día chicos,
tengo un problema en una bd en 8.8 pl 18 en la que se está reconciliando un pago con una factura. El pago tiene la caracteristica de ser en USD y aplicar para varias facturas, esta ultima factura con la que se está reconciliando corresponde al monto pero si hay una diferencia de decimales de tal forma que aparece en la ventana de reconciliación IMPORTE DEL PAGO 4804.72, SALDO VENCIDO 299.38 Y SALDO A RECONCILIAR 299.28.   EN LOS IMPORTES DE LA FACTURA 299.28 SALDO VENCIDO 299.28 Y SALDO A RECONCILIAR 299.28.   Como verán hay unadiferencia en los saldos vencdidos de 10 centavos. a un cuando la cantidad a reconciliar da cero.
he consultado varias notas en sap, aunque no aplican para la version 8.8, porque los parches que salieron para 2007 no aplican aqui, tambien he corrido queries para escalarlo y no arrojan resultados.

OK, entonces no podras crear la reconciliacion asi, porque los saldos vencidos no son iguales.
Te recomiendo.
1) Crear un asiento en el diario por el ajuste (solo si el monto es inmaterial)
2) Aplicar al menor valor entre los montos reconciliados, el mismo importe de su valor. A que me refiero si uno tiene un saldo vencido de 300,10 y el otro uno de 400,10, aplicar solo una reconciliarion de 300,10, asi el de 400,10 te quedara con un saldo pendiente de 100.

setup 1: I've an existing OIM 9102 BP15 install with JBOSS server. PeopleSoft Listener Web Service is setup on this environment to read Change-Based Reconciliation.
setup 2: I installed a parallel OIM 9102 BP15 with Weblogic server pointing to the same database (as with JBOSS) when JBOSS was down. This a new parallel environment to JBOSS and works alright. However, when i tried accessing the endpoint URL after successfully deploying the same peopleSoftUserMgmt.war into weblogic...(updated xlclient.properties - all other configuration remained the same)

Does it means that
1) deploy peopleSoftUserMgmt.war as a application file through Weblogic console (Deployments -> install -> upload files -> .....).
2) Then go to deployed folder (which folder?? ..../Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/oim_domain/servers/OIM_SERVER1/stage/peopleSoftUserMgmt/peopleSoftUserMgmt.war) and manually replace the folder content with separately exploded peopleSoftUserMgmt.war/ folder ?

Reconciliation difference must be zero before reconciling [Message 3821-8]

Dear Experts,
Are there any possible solutions to retrieve the AP Invoice & CN that has been manually deleted from database? My backup database is not working and I have made mistakes by adding 2 invoices & 1 CN in the live system.
Problems:
I have created AP CN 2872 by copying from AP INV 56482 with partial amount (Inv total =15345.77 while CN total = 11205.65). Then I cannot find that AP CN in the list available in Outgoing Payment as it’s already being knocked off by the AP Inv. I need to get the manual AP CN to make the payment. Also, I found that the balance due of AP INV 56482 was incorrect as it was being deducted by CN 2872. So we have tried to create another AP invoice to cancel that AP CN. Unfortunately the balance due in Outgoing Payment is not tally with BP balance. Then, I have deleted the wrongly created invoices & CN in database and recreate the CN using SQL. Now, I am getting this error message “Reconciliation difference must be zero before reconciling [Message 3821-8]” when I tried to add the Outgoing payment.
I have messed up the tables. I have gone through SAP Note 1258628 & 1264090 but still do not know how to solve my problems yet.
Kindly assist me on the above issue.

Check log tables: ADOC, ADOx - maybe you'll be able to find your data there. You'll still need to take care about lots of things: header and lines for docs, reconciliation, accounting etc.
but this just as an emergency - as Frank stated: you broke the rules and cannot count on SAP support.
Maybe your database's recovery model is set to 'Full' - in such case you could be able to make restore to point in time. Otherwise do what Frank suggested.

Hello Rafael,
Apparently you did not generate the customizing using FBICC. If you have not invested much effort in customizing settings I suggest that you implement note 1172591 and generate the customizing via transaction FBICC. After you run this and make sure that the transaction data tables are activated the programs should run (provided the customizing for the companies in FBIC032 is correct). Please go through the generated customizing settings and make sure that everything looks OK...
I also recommend implenting note 1161993. Whether you run FBICC or not it will help when going through the customizing settings. The most likely cause for the error messages is that there are some incorrect settings in your field catalog and due to this also in the display hierarchy setup.

Whenever you get an error in SAP, follow the following steps:
1. Note down the message number
2. Search for any SAP Notes
3. Search for forum / wikis / blogs / articles
4. Search in google
5. Explore if you can switch off the message (ensure this would not circumvent the integrity of the data / system)
6. If nothing worked out, if you believe it is a bug in the system, then raise an OSS message, with relevant priority.
