Error in the table parameter.

Hi All,
I have some Error in a table parameter in the tree model when i created the Dialog program.
"Errors : ITEM_TABLE contains two items with the same name"
Please help me to solve this error
Regards,
Luke

Hi,
As per Data given
the item_table you created must be having the same field name twice
(1) eg: imagine if you declared
item_table type table of ZXXXX
Check in se11,in the column "Fields" if any field is repeated but if you check syntax,then errror message will be displayed
or data base inconsistency in activation will come
(2) if you have declared it as
data : begin of XXXX
then you must have repeated a field name by mistake like
data : begin of XXXX
         field1 type aXXX
         field1 type aXXXX
        end of XXXX
or in the abap editor double click on item_table , it will take you to its declaration,just check the 2 cases mentioned above
Pls check and revert
Regards
Byju

  • Error updating the table condition table 372 in J1IIN

    Hello all,
    I am facing the problem in the transaction code J1IIN (In CIN).
    I have maintained the condition type JEXP ( A/R BED %) as 16% with the Key combination Country/Plant/Control Code (Table 357). While iam saving the Excise invoice the system is throwing the error like Error updating the table condition table 372
    I have gone through the post given by Ms. Jyoti few days back and tried to do some changes in the customisation.
    I tried to maintain a different access sequence for the condition type JEXP i.e In the access sequence except condition table 372, I have maintained all other condition tables.
    Still the error is persisiting. Can anyone put some light on the issue.
    I have even traced the values being hit in the tables directly. There is no relation of table 372, then why is it being cause of the error.
    Gurus plz give ur suggestions.
    Thanks
    Srinivas

    Hello Srinivas/Sandeep
    Please ensure that access sequence in the condition type JEXC has got the table 372. If it is not there please maintain it.
    The standard access sequence used in all duty condition type
    is JEXC  which has got the table 372 this will get updated once
    you save your excise invoice.
      If the issue is resolved, kinldy close the message.

    Hi Murali!
    Even I am facing the same problem while working in ECC 6.0 environment. I  am continuing in the same post as I feel it is most relevant post to continue the issue instead of opening a new issue.
    I tried to maintain a different access sequence for the condition type JEXP i.e a new Access sequence(ZJEX) and also a new condition tpe (ZJEP). We don't have other Excise condition type in our Pricing procedure.
    In the access sequence except condition table 372, I have maintained all other condition tables.
    We have maintained the values against table 357- Country/Plant/Control Code.
    Still the error is persisiting. Can you put some light on the issue.
    I have even traced the values being hit in the tables directly. There is no relation of table 372, then why is it being cause of the error.
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards,
    Karthik.

  • How to set the tables parameter to a BAPI using adaptive RFC model

    Hi,
    I have a BAPI ZBAPI that has a tables parameter ZPernr of type ZTable with two elements pernr and name.
    I used adaptive RFC model and created model classes for the BAPI.
    My question how do i set list of pernr and name to the tables parameter in the webdynpro for java.
    I have the following methods available
    ZBAPI input = new ZBAPI();
    1.ZTable table = new ZTable();
    table.setPernr(pernr);
    table.setname(name);
    input.addZPernr(table);
    how do i set the table parameter for multiple pernr and name
    2.
    add all the pernr and name to list and set that list to input in the following way
    input.setZPernr(list) and list of typecom.sap.aii.proxy.framework.core. AbstractList
    out of two methods mentioned which one is correct.
    Please let me know the solution
    Thanks
    Bala Duvvuri

    Hi Bala,
                In your code:
    List pernrList = new ArrayList();
    pernrList  should be declared as the  type of class HROBJECT   ( The structure name in the model  e.g. the node PERFWARN type is Zhrecmfm_002_Perfrat_Warning_Input )
    Try this:
    HROBJECT  pernrList = new HROBJECT();
    pernrList.setPernr(pernr);
    input.setPernr_List(pernrList);
    // call BAPI execute method
    If you want to pass list of pernrs, you can pass in alternate way
    IPrivate<viewname>.I<nodeame>Node prNode = wdContext.node<node>();
    IPrivate<viewname>.I<nodeame>Element prEle;
    for (int i = 0; i < table.size(); i++) {
    HROBJECT  pernrList = new HROBJECT();
    pernrList.setPernr(pernr); // Set the pernr from current record
    prEle = prNode.create<nodeame>Element(pernrList);
    prNode.addElement(prEle);
    // call BAPI execute method
    Once I execute the BAPI how do i iterate thru second table parameter PERNR_PERFRAT to get pernr and performance rating text
    Say your node name is  PERNR_PERFRAT
    for (int i = 0; i < wdContext.nodePERNR_PERFRAT().size(); i++) {
    wdContext.nodePERNR_PERFRAT().getPERNR_PERFRATElementAt(i).getPernr();
    wdContext.nodePERNR_PERFRAT().getPERNR_PERFRATElementAt(i).getPerfrat();
    Regards,
    Siva

    Hi
    try this
    F fact tables are
    created without a unique index. However, existing unique indexes are not
    deleted. This may sometimes cause a duplicate key during loading to the
    InfoCube and thus trigger the above-described short dump.
    Run the report SAP_DROP_UNIQUE_FACTINDEX_DB2 to replace the unique index on F fact tables with a non-unique index. Refer also to note 511170.

  • Error with the table maintenance screens

    Hi Experts,
    I have created a maintenance view for two tables. The first table has only one field, which is the primary key. The second table is the text table for the first table, where the description of the primary key is maintained. Initially after creating the table maintenance for these two tables, all the fields were comming correctly. The first table showed only one field in the SM30 and the second table showed all fields in SM30(primary key, its description and the language key). The table maintenance was later deleted and regenerated, due to some changes in the table. After regenerating the TMG it is seen that the first table shows all the fields in SM30 same as the second table. I feel the function group program is not getting refreshed. Is there any method to regenerate the function group.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Anu.

    Hi Dhina,
    I deleted the TMG for both the primary table and the text table, but when I check in SE16 I still find all the fields in the primary table just like the text table.
    My first table has
    MANDT
    EDUCATION_TYPE
    My second table has
    MANDT
    LANGU
    EDUCATION_TYPE
    DESCRIPTION
    I have create a maintanence view joining the above two tables(with the following fileds MANDT, EDUCATION_TYPE, DESCRIPTION), and deleted the table maintenance of the above tables. But still when I check the first table in SE16 I can see fields MANDT, EDUCATION_TYPE, DESCRIPTION.
    What is the problem with the table maintenance?
    Any idea?
    Thanks
    Anu.

  • RFC-enabled fuction module with the table parameter as Web Service

    Hello,
    i try to consume a webservice in my Web Dynpro Application from WAS 6.20. The service consist in a RFC-function module. This function module has more table-parameters. When i execute the service the service terminate correctly but no data is passed to my Web Dynpro Application. When i test the rfc-function module locally i get the correct results in the tables.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks for your help!
    Regards Thomas.

    Hello Thomas,
    have you tried to analyze the HTTP Traffic from the Web Dynpro Application Sever to the Backend? I suggest Ethereal for doing this.

  • Link_To_Action error in the Table column.

    Hi,
         I can't able to open my Table Pop-in.
         I want to display the Header data in the Main table.In the main table one column for "Link_to_Action".If i click the link,i want to display the Line Item detail in to the another table inside the Maintable.
         My Line Item detail is my TABLEPOPIN of my Main table.
       Actually i am getting error,once i click the "Link_to_Action" in the main table colum.
    <u>This is my error.</u>
    <b>The following error text was processed in the system TRN : Could not find attribute SELECTED_POPIN</b>
    kindly check the following code,i specified in the prog.
      <b> In "link_to_action" table column
    Event
    OnACTION:
    WD_context->set_attribute( name = <u>'SELECTED_POPIN</u>' value = 'TABLEPOPIN' ).</b>
    value = 'TABLEPOPIN' is my Tablepopin name.
    <u>name = ???</u> (simply i gave 'selected_popin',but i don't why we are giving this name,as  per std. example prog(WDR_TEST_TABLE-ROW_POPIN).i gave this name)
        Can any try to find out my problem.
       Thanks in Advance.
    Regards,
    Ravi.M

    Hi Ravi,
    You need to declare an attribute named SELECTED_POPIN in your context. This attribute is used to store then name of the popin and is bound to the selectedPopin property of your table (which has to display the popin). Then, in the link to action, you specify the name of the popin (in your case TABLEPOPIN) and set it to attribute SELECTED_POPIN.
    To remove the error, just declare an attribute with the name SELECTED_POPIN in the context of your view and bind the selectedPopin property of your table to this attribute.

  • SOAP to FILE using BPM to catch exception and save error into the table

    Hi All
    My scenario SOAP to FILE using BPB is working fine but now I have a requirement to catch an exception if something wrong happened on a runtime and save it into the tracking table, is that possible, if it is please point me to the similar step by step scenario.
    Thanks in advince,
    Yonela

    Yonela:
    As your original requirement is to save the eorr data into your database table, however, you was mis-leaded to alerting field.
    You are using BPM now, then that is the reason that I suggested to use excpetion branch.
    It does not matter SOAP to File seneario, it does not have to be SAP - RFC scenario, your BPM willl interact with database system.
    First you have block which include all the steps that possible generate exception: like Transformation step, and your final Aync send step (which will send data to file).
    Secondly, define a exception handler for that block.
    3. Modify each steps that posssible generate exception: e.g. transformation step, send step, add exception handler to them.
    4. Create exception branch in side the block
    5. Add another send step inside your exception branch, which will call RFC, RFC will write data to your table.
    6. If you want, you can add a control step in exception branch to trigger a alert, or terminate current process.
    At run time, any steps that trigger exeption,will cause your exception branch executed, and RFC will be called to insert data into your database table.

    Hi all expert
    Recently I have check my db found out on July (on 7/6/2009 5:52:21 PM ) the availablilities_status='Metric Error', so when i used the sql :
    SELECT month_timestamp,
    ceil(avg(value)) as space_used_avgerge
    FROM
    (SELECT
    m.metric_column AS metric_column,
    TO_CHAR(m.rollup_timestamp,'YYYY-MM') AS month_timestamp,
    sum(m.average/1024) AS value
    FROM

    my whole July month did not showed out . May I know why the Metric Error happened on 7/6/2009 5:52:21 PM that can cause whole month (July) data gone? Any where to retrieve back?

  • Error with the Scope parameter for component

    Hi, I am using JSF2.0 in my web. In the home page (index.xhtml) i have an album gallery with session scope. However the gallery is available to all the users, what should be the scope for this component? After setting session scope, a session key is generated which is appended with the URL and because of this (perhaps) other links are not opening. i mean whenever i clicks on any link (about.xhtml), it displays nothing. Removing the bean from session scope makes everything fine except gallery (gallery doesn't rendered).

    That version of the package has been built with apache 2.2.x. Be sure to use that version of apache too, as 2.0 won't work with that specific package.

  • I need iMovie help.  I can't publish the final movie.  I tells me that there is an error in the user parameter list.  Any help would be welcome.  It has video, audio and music.

    I am using a OSX10.7.4.  I should have enough memory.  Thanks.

    You are on Windows 2000, you do not have a "Firefox" button, and should consider yourself to be fortunate in that you still have menus and don't have to do anything to get the menus back instead of the "Firefox" button. (The same applies to Windows XP users).
    Use the "File" menu to get to Import. You are not on Windows 7 or Vista, and don't have to put up with the nonsense added for Aero.
    If you want the "Firefox" button you can get it with View -> toolbars -> (uncheck) Menu Bar. The menu bar and the "Firefox" button were supposed to be mutually exclusive (which is impossible in some cases without being incompatible).
    Once you are using the "Firefox" button ...
    Use the "Alt" key to view the menu bar (temporarily) containing File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, and Help. On Windows 7 and Vista, the menu bar was hidden by default in Firefox 4 and above. • Can someone explain the tables tab under function parameter declaration ?

    Hello,
    when declaring a function, part of its parameter interface is the tables tab. So if in FUNCTION1 i  declare a table: tdraw like draw  (optional)
    what does that mean ? does this mean that tdraw will be a table of type draw and at the same time it will be filled up with the same contents as draw has ?
    then how can other function (func2) use FUNCTION1 and its table ?
    so if inside func2  i also have an internal table AA like draw :
    so inside func2 i say:
    call function1
    tables:tdraw = AA
    does this mean that it will assign the result tdraw table of function1 to AA ?
    can someone explain details of internal tables and passing them as parameters ?
    and which table is assigned to which ?
    thank you

    Hi hassan,
    If you are talking about the tables parameter in SE37, when you declare a table tdraw like draw it only means you are declaring an internal table of type draw but the contents are not filled into it.
    In the source code of the program you have to write the code to fetch the data to tdraw and do the manipulations accordingly.
    Also, the tables you are declaring can be like the input table or can be used for output table.
    suppose u have 2 tables tab1 and tab2, tab1 you are going to input the values to it and the calculated values have to be in another table, you can use tab2 as the result table.
    hope it helps.
    award points if it helps.
