Error: jdeveloper-hook in namespace

Question

In JDeveloper 11g, I occasionally get the error "Error: jdeveloper-hook in namespace http://xmlns.oracle.com/jdeveloper/1013/extension is not a recognized hook." in my Extensions - Log. When this error is present my extension does not work or appear to be loaded. This error usually appears after reinstalling the extension or patching some jars with updated class files. Usually if I restart JDeveloper once or twice thee error magically disappears and everything works.
These are the relevant attributes from the extension.xml:

The reason I am using 1013 is because I am trying to write the extension to work with both 10 and 11. So I am wondering if there is any specific reason this error appears?
A secondary question is an error under extension "(Unknown Source)" that says "Error: Field {0} of analyzer {1} references undefined bean {2}". This error though does not appear to affect anything. I am just curious what it could be referring too.

Hi,
have you tried finding 15:49:17  [ora:ojdeploy] SEVERE: jar:/file:/path/to/jdeveloper/jdev/extensions/oracle.jdeveloper.cloud.jar!/META-INF/extension.xml (an XML file in the .cloud.jar file) and look at the use of technology-hook'? Also, is i tan error or a warning? In the latter case I would not do anything.
If it is an error and you have a support contract, please file a service request
