Error message popup

I downloaded a Firefox update today, and ever since, I have been receiving this error message:
"The instruction at 0x77653560 referenced memory at 0x32fd294c. The memory cannot be read."
I don't know what this means or how to fix it. Please help.

Reinstalling Firefox should refresh the registry settings for Firefox as default browser, but a less disruptive way to do that is to make a double-switch: make IE your default browser, then make Firefox your default browser again.

Dear all,
I am new in ADF, I would like to add an "*" infront of the Salutation label in the error message popup,
does anybody know how to do it? pls help me out in this...thanks
PS: The Salutation is a af:selectOneChoice component with required validation,
and if I modified the Salutation to af:inputText with required validation the "*" is shown automatically.

Error Messages popup in editable ALV

Hello All,
Iam working on Editable ALV as a table maintainance for a Ztable and usng OOPs for that.
Lets say i have material and plant fields for editing in ALV.
If the user enters some junk value in the material field, its automatically getting validated and giving an error message with a popup.
my question is, is there any way we can restrict this popup messages with error and have our own messages insted ?

I am trying to log in to ITunes to download some updates for some existing apps and getting the error message does it too when making a purchase

Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and select the iPod backjp and click on delete and try again.

- Reboot the computer
- Try another cable
- Try another USB port

Transaction goes to display mode after an error message / POPUP - Urgent

Hi All,
    We have a requirement that, in the Service order transaction IW31/ IW32 in the components tab , based on the material numbers entered by the user we need to call a Popup and inform user to fill in the correct value for special stock indicator.
   I tried using the BADI Workorder_update , but within that I could not call a pop up or a message. I tried using the exit EXIT_SAPLCOMK_014 where
   in I collect the incorrect components and call a POP UP with all of them. But once I call the POP UP the IW31/IW32 screen in the background goes
   to display mode and then we are not able to change the value as per information from the POP UP. This is the same problem that we faced with the
   BADI.
Please let me know if this could be handled in any other way.

Firefox crashes 6 times in 3 hours and a runtime error message popup

I have no idea what happen, and the firefox keep crashing. I have tried to use Safe Mode and follow the instruction. However, it does not help. Please help me on solving this problem.

These crashes on Windows 8 are currently being investigated.<br />
Probably the only solution for now is to downgrade to Firefox 18.0.2

Popup error message with enabling control to other tabs

          My Requirement is to pop up an error message when the user tries to delete a particular value in a tab.
         i know only a normal error message statement, which doesn't allow the control to proceed further when that error message triggers..

Error message severity not translated correct when locale is changed

We have a shell page displaying different task flows within a dynamic region. The shell page f:view tag has locale="#{LocaleManager.currentLocale}" to allow programmatic change of locale. Most of the flows uses the locale from the browser request (e.g. Danish) but some pages has fixed locale (en_US) and will always be rendered with this locale (don't ask me why. It's a requirement). For those fixed locale pages, the expression #{LocaleManager.currentLocale} always returns "en_US". It works nice, but we have a strange problem with the translation of error messages displayed by validators/converters. E.g. if a character is entered in a number field, the user will see the usual popup error message like "*Error:* The value is not a number". The message part of the error message is translated but the severity message prefix ("Error:" in the example), seems to be translated and cached once per session. If the error message popup has been displayed once in a different locale, then after change of locale, the severity message prefix continues to use the translation from the first display. The message part of the message is translated perfectly.
Let me give an example:
1) User enters da_DK page and enters a invalid number. Error message displayed: "*Fejl:* Værdien er ikke et tal"
2) User enters en_US page and enters a invalid number. Error message displayed: "*Fejl:* The value is not a number"
If the examples is reversed, then the error messages will be:
2) "*Error:* The value is not a number"
1) "*Error:* Værdien er ikke et tal"
Do anyone know how to clear this translated severity message prefix, when locale is changed? Or is there a better way to overcome this issue?
We're using JDeveloper and ADF 11.1.2.2 and are able to reproduce the issue on the embedded weblogic.

ok I added another locale that ships with flash builder, and encoutered the same problem
whenever I change the locale, the error tooltips are gone
I was even able to fix both new locales by assigning the the validators custom error messages using resourceManager.getString() like i assign a value to all other UI strings in the application
the default locale which is specified in the project compiler's parameters is en_US
and my final question to you is:
is there a best practice regarding localizing & managing the error massages Flex SDK uses?
what is the internal path to the resource bundles that flex uses to display errors?
it seems like it makes more sense to copy and edit an existing list of errors, rather then blow up the application code...
can you please share your view on the matter

Error message from new_block_instance freezes form

I show a message in the new block_instance of a form by using fnd_message.error. The messages shows up fine but the form freezes after that. Following is the code :

Any ideas please ? The problem is that the control does not go to message popup . The OK button on the error message popup is disabled. So I am not able to click on it to hide it .
Even if I dont give the go_item('promise_demand.sales_date');
it's the same.

Error Message when starting up Dreamweaver

So the other day, my Dreamweaver 8 started acting up. When
opened, I got a Javascript error message on my dwscriptsExtData.js
file. Basically the only thing I noticed was that I wasn't able to
paste anything on dreamweaver, and several of the button titles
where "unavailable".
I uninstalled, then reinstalled the program, It worked for a
few hours, then the same messaged popped up again, along with one
saying the Date.htm and ASP.htm files were missing. I get these
anytime I click any menu item.
This morning, I did another reinstall. I also tried to
updating my copy of Dreamweaver, but still no luck. I can still use
it, but not being able to paste and constant error message popups
are a pain.
Any suggestions?

See if this works:
Quit DW.
Find this folder -
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application
Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver
8\Configuration\SiteCache\<sitename>.dws
(these folders are normally hidden - you may have to use
Explorer > Tools >
Folder Options to unhide them)
and delete it.
Restart DW. Does that work?

Error message MH084 Assignment of material to material group missing in classification system

we are encounter some issues, when we are edit/display a generic article, error message popup show MH084, as below picture

We are receive replied from SAP, Customizing-functional is the root cause of error. This function interfere SAP standard function module CLAP_DDB_INIT_CLASSIFICATION to update classification table.

Flash blocked on a site, doesn't load (remains invisible) and has no error messages

Hello,
I like to listen to a radio station but whenever I open their site the embedded player on top is simply not visible at all. It should be right on top of the add but it is not loading: http://i.imgur.com/e14UPsy.png
The site uses flash but I have flash (the latest) and do not have problems on other websites using it such as Youtube, Dailymotion or Vimeo. It is also listed in my add on page and the website to check runs correctly.
However I can't do much on the website of the radio since nothing is visible concerning the player.

I tried IE which I only use to see if something is a browser problem or a site problem and the player loads correctly in that browser.
I get no error messages, popups or anything when visiting it through Firefox.
I also installed the latest Javaa to see if this was the problem, and verified it on the Javaa website that it is working.
Flash is not blocked in the add on menu.
I turned off all my add block extensions to see if it caused the problem. No result.
On IE I have to enable Flash runtime to run it.
I don't think it is a Javascript problem but Flash (I stated in a respond that perhaps it is java related but that is not true I think).

I see the (Flash?) player in Google Chrome, but not in Firefox, so it is possible that the script that creates the player isn't compatible with Firefox or otherwise isn't working.
There are errors in the Browser Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer).

Adobe Reader X error messages

Since I installed Adobe Reader X the frist time I open the reader I always got the following error message popups:
"CreateFileMapping error" and after that "CreateMapView error".
After clicking both popups the reader opens.
I am using Windows XP professional SP3 on Acer TravelMate 6592 laptop.
I switched back to reader 9.4 and the problem is not there.
Any suggestions?

Message popup

Is it possible, after the error message popup,
a) I want to print out a message in the report after the flow completed. If yes, how would i do it?
b) I had an existing interactive flow. After the message popup, i want the user to re-enter/change some of the parameters and only continue the flow. How would i do that?

What error message popup are you getting? Is it a TestStand error, or are you using a Message Popup step to create your own error message?
What is the message that you want to add to the report? Is it error message information, user entered information, step results, or something else? You can find more information about adding results to a report here.
Do you already have something in place that allows the user to set the parameters? If so, you can probably call the same module to allow the parameters to be set again.

Update record error message: Server behavior, updaterecord.js

I'm developing a website using PHP and MySQL on Dreamweaver CS5, Snow Leopard.
I'm having trouble with the updateRecord Server Behavior:
Right after selecting "Update Record" in "Server Behavior" menu, I get the following error message in a popup window:
while executing onLoad in UpdateRecord.htm, the following javascript error(s) occurred:
At line 687 of file "Macintosh HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS5:Configuration:ServerBehaviors:PHP_MySQL:UpdateRecord.js." name has no properties
After selecting "ok" in the popup window, the "Update Record" window menu opens. However, when I tried to selected the desired table from the database in the dropdown menu, the same error message/popup window appears. I clicked "ok" once again, but the "column" textarea doesn't get populated at all. But, the "Value" dropdown menu does get populated with the correct data.
I need help asap. Please contact me if you need more information.

I have this same problem. Was working fine then I removed the Recordset and added it again to change the name. After binding the dynamic info to my form fields I tryied to add an update record behavior and I got this error.
I had already done this once I think with no problem. I tried restarting Dreamweaver and the computer but the issue still persists.
Any help!?
