Hi,
I am creating creating new enterprise bean using j2sdkee1.2. I am able to create .ear file in desired folder, but can not create .jar. Please help. Getting above error message.
remote, home interface files and file having business logic (EJB) is compiled and kept at desired location.
j2ee server started, Deploytool is started.
Then I can successfully create new application (.ear file)
Then I go for creating new enterprise bean. I get same application name in Drop down list named "Enterprise Bean will go in".
Then I can add home, remote and ejb class file to create jar ("Add" under "Contents" ).
When I say ok after adding these 3 files, I am getting error - "You must add the Class files for this enterprise bean".
In the deploytool console, getting error - "java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\2sdkee1.2\mahesh\ConverterEJB.class (The system cannot find the path specified) "
Can you please help me where to configure the path?

the path really begins with '2', without a 'j', ie not c:\j2sdkee1.2\...?

I did the below steps.
1. Created New OAWorkspace
2. Created New project
3. Imported the page .xml file
4. Added new .java file by extending the controller class
5. Added code in the .java file.
6. Ran the .xml file
As I copied all the folders from Unix box, the page was opened.
But My question was where can I see the .class file the extended controller. It's a .java file. How to compile and get the .class file for this .java file. If I get this .class file, I can go to the page and click the personlize page. and change the Controller name to the new path by ftp ing the new class to the cust.oracle.apps.pos.changeorder.webiui.
Please let me know how to create the .class file.

All are Java files are stored in JDEV_INSTALL_DIR:\jdevhome\jdev\myprojects\
In your case the path java would be
JDEV_INSTALL_DIR:\jdevhome\jdev\ myprojects \cust\oracle\apps\pos\changeorder\webui\
AND
Once you compile the java file in Jdeveloper, Class files get generated @ below path
In your case the path of class would be
JDEV_INSTALL_DIR:\jdevhome\jdev\ myclasses \cust\oracle\apps\pos\changeorder\webui\

This error occurs just after bootup, no programs started except windows..
Running Windows 2000 latest version on a brand new computer.
(pent 4 3.0 ghz 500MB ram).
Can anyone help me with this problem? Happened after install Labview 7.0
express. Installed twice and same problem occured with both installs.
Labview 7.0 is the only thing installed right now. Also selected "Visual
Basic Support" install from driver cd's.
One other thing I just noticed. System info reports 2 processors and I
think I only have one.

Happy update.
After ignoring this problem for awhile and installing some NI DAQ boards,
this problem is not happening anymore.
Would urge NI to investigate further though. Messed me up for a couple of
days, and still don't know why it happened.

My friend is trying to purchase an IAP on Adobe Photoshop Express, however they get an error saying "Can not buy this item. You must buy the application to which this item is intended to buy the item" when they try to make an In app Purchase". Everything other app is working fine.
Any thoughts/suggestion to make this error go away?

I suggest trying the update again after an hour or two. Sometimes, the notice that an update is available comes an hour or two before the developers actually sends the revised app out to be downloaded.

Cannot find the class file for com.sap.portal.services.api.connectorgateway

I was trying the "How to BI JAVA SDK in a Portal iView and get the following error.
The project was not built since its classpath is incomplete. Cannot find the class file for com.sap.portal.services.api.connectorgateway.IConnectorGatewayService. Fix the classpath and try rebuilding this project.
I have the following in my portalapp.xml file
<property name="SharingReference" value="com.sap.portal.ivs.connectorservice"/>
and i have also added the jar file "com.sap.portal.ivs.connectorservice_api" in the set of lib's
Has some faced a similar issue? or can someone suggest how I could possibly resolve this.

After installing Oracle 11g R2 in Windows XP (32-bit), I get the following error message when logging into https://localhost:1158/em - "Internal Error has occurred. Check the log file for details." I have extracted the following files onto one directory and used it for installation: win32_11gR2_database_1of2.zip, win32_11gR2_database_2of2.zip, p10098816_112020_WINNT_1of6, p10098816_112020_WINNT_2of6, p10404530_112030_WINNT_1of6, p10404530_112030_WINNT_2of6. I get no errors during the install. I selected "Create and configure a database". I selected "Desktop Class". I took the default locations (in step 5). Can someone please assist me?

I was successfully able to install the Database without any problem... I am able to connect from command prompt both as sys and hr user....

Hey everyone in Apple world!
I figured out how to fix the flashing yellow screen problem that I've been having on my MBP! Yessssss!!!
I found this super handy website with the golden answer: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379
I followed the instructions on this page and here's what I did:
Resetting NVRAM / PRAM
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.
I went through the 6 steps above twice, just to make sure I got rid of whatever stuff was holding up my bootup process. Since I did that, my MBP boots up just like normal. No flashing yellow screen anymore!!

Sounds like a permission issue.
Navigate to the iTunes Music Library.itl file
The path should be Username/Music/iTunes/
Right click on the iTunes Library.itl and select Get Info
The window will open on the left hand side. Go to the Sharing and Permissions section at the bottom
Click the padlock to allow changes and enter your Mac logon password
Select yourself and make sure you have Read & Write selected. Click padlock to lock it again
Close the Get Info window and try and start iTunes

1. Open Terminal.app

3. Press Return
4. Type at cursor:
ls
5. Press Return
6. Type at cursor:
sudo ln -s osx-12.0.0.xml osx-12.1.0.xml
7. Press Return
8. Enter password if asked
9. Done.
Can I then type ls again to verify the change?

What was the exact error message you received? When you removed and re-installed iTunes, did you use the precise instructions in this Apple support document to walk you through the process?

I've downloaded and configured eclipse j2me plugin and am having no difficulty
creating Midlets according to the eclipse documentation

(I have imported wtk252 in window/preferences/j2me/dev mgmt
and added the search directory where wtk252 resides.)
However, after importing a ready-developed project into the same workspace
one of the pieces of code continuously gives a class not found error for
javax.microedition.io.ContentConnection
It's clear that one project understands how to resolve paths in
javax.microedition
and the other one doesn't, but I'm not sure how to configure the build path
using
QuickFix
ie I don't know physically what the name of the jar file with
javax.microedition.io.ContentConnection in it is called.

Wouldn't it be easier for folks if you told them to look for packages using the CLDC Generic Connection Framework which is already inside javax.microedition.io?
By the time they've got GCF (which is used quite a lot,) they've got javax.microedition.io and they've therefore solved the problem!
I'd imagine that you could spend ages looking for "JSR 37 / 139" and get nowhere.

HT4759 Is it true that when setting up devices with the find my phone app you must use the same account for ICloud ? If so how do I delete a current account to make it read as the other ICloud accounts?

I'm setting up my devices with the find my phone app. I have accomplished setting up 2 devices. The third I can't setup because I can't change the iCloud account.
My understanding from reading that the iCloud accounts must use the same name on all devices. How do I change that account in my phone settings?

You don't have to use the same iCloud account in order to track all your devices. You just have to sign into the iCloud account being used on the device you are trying to track in order to track it. When you sign in on icloud.com and open Find My iPhone, you will see all the devices with Find My iPhone enabled that are using the account you signed in with. To track a device using a different account, simply sign out, then sign back in using the ID the new device is using.
The Find My iPhone app works the same way. It will display devices based on the iCloud account you sign in with on the app. To track a device using a different account, sign out, then sign back in with the iCloud ID that the new device is using.

Error message: "Unable to prepare the selected file for editing"

There is another similar post. I have imported a bunch of Nikon NEF raw files into Lightroom. I can work them without any problem, but when I right-click the image to edit it further in Photoshop CS3. I get this message: i "Lightroom was unable to prepare the selected file <filename.NEF> for editing. It will not be opened." Photoshop has no trouble opening these NEF files by itself, but Lightroom can't hand it them off. Anyone know why this is? Nothing I can find in the help file or elsewhere here. Stan

Sean, if they are off-line, would any of this Xmp stuff make any difference? Don't they need to be brought On-lie to edit? And where would the Xmp's go with them off-line?
