Error U1077 Installing Perl

I have:

When I follow the installation instructions for Pearl ("C:\Hyperion\AnalyticServices\perlmod\README") I obtain the following error in the step 3.6 ("nmake -f Essbase.mak test"):
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'C:\visualc\VC\bin\cl.EXE' : return code '0x80'
I already review and modify the Path, and reinstall Visual C++. How can I solve the error and install succesfully Perl?

As you are new I would like to explain you more. First please confirm whether you have Oracle support. Metalink can be accessed only when you have oracle support.

Hi Experts,
I have been using Oracle 10.2.0.3 in windows 7 machine, which has three databases.
When I tried to upgrade it to 10.2.0.4, I got an error when installing the patch 10.2.0.4 stating
*"OUI-10091: There are no patches that need to be applied from the patchset Oracle Database 10g Release 2 Patch Set 3 10.2.0.4."*
I have searched forum and google for this error most of the solution says "it may be because of corrupted software" but actually it was working and I have used it previously.
Then I checked the following things in my database:

Can't install Perl DBI or DBD::mysql after Mountain Lion upgrade

I recently upgraded to Mountain Lion and found that my Perl DBI scripts stopped working, with the error message "Can't locate DBD/mysql.pm in @INC".
The last time this happened, after upgrading to Lion, the solution was to install the new version of Xcode. Then I was able to use the Perl CPAN module to install DBI and DBD::mysql. (MySQL is already installed and running with no problem on the Mountain Lion machine.)
Now I have installed Xcode 4.5.1, and tried
mrb% sudo perl -MCPAN -e shell
[then CPAN configures itself]
cpan[1]> install DBI
and it fails with this final message:

Here is a link to a resolution in Lion. It may also solve your Mountain Lion Perl DBD issue as well.
If you run the command below before executing your Perl script the library is found and all is well!
export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/mysql/lib:$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH"
Put this in your .bashrc or .bash_profile.
On Apple StackExchange, Matthew Weiss had another approach.
I found on another website the following command
$ sudo perl -MCPAN -e 'CPAN::Shell->notest(install => CPAN::Shell->r)'
This updated all my perl modules and all is back to normal. Not sure why or what, but don't care that it is working now.

Oracle dbd 1.27 buid ..error while installing it

i am using oracle dbd 1.27...for running a .pl application
when intalling dbd module i am getting the following error

Installing Perl Modules from CPAN

I am new to Perl and new-ish to Arch Linux. I want to start to install some packages from CPAN.
I read the perl package wiki article and while I found it on the overwhelming side, I took away that one of the recommended ways to install things from CPAN was with CPANPLUS::Dist::Arch.
So I installed this via
pacman -S perl-cpanplus-dist-arch
setupdistarch
Now I want to install some packages. The cpanp manpage (as well as an example I found) seemed to indicate that this was now as easy as
cpanp i <modulename>
However, when I go to install any module, I get errors like

How to install perl lib without make?

Hi, I know that to install perl libs, php, mysql I need install first Developer tool to have a make. But my preview experience was not good. The system become runs slowly, even if I uninstall Developer tool after compiling the sources.
Now, I reinstall system and found already compiled php, mysql and they works prefect by only 2 more things left, DB and DBI libs for perl and ImageMagick.
Is it possible to install them without installing Developer tool?

I've found the problem. I didn't realize that OS X Snow Leopard came with 2 versions of Perl installed, so when I wanted to upgrade to 5.10, I installed it using MacPorts. I also hadn't realized that MacPorts paths had /opt/local prepended to them, so I was running the wrong version of Perl with it. Now I don't get the original error message I posted, but I do get these error messages:

Error while installing OWB

Error while installing OWB
after 50% install.. it says
"Error in writing to file c:\oracle\ora9201\bin\oci.dll
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"
Apparently I have restarted the workstation and closed all oracle related services in services and no other program is running expect the installer.
Can any one help in resolving the issue. Or can I hit the ignore button and continue installing?

Always install OWB into a new ORACLE_HOME unless the Installation and Configuration Guide states otherwise. This has only happened twice. OWB 9.0.2.62.3 was the last version to allow installation into an existing ORACLE_HOME. Another thing you can do is go to www.sysinternals.com and download the utility LISTDLLs. It is great. From a command prompt, start it with the syntax: listdlls >log.txt
This will output the DLLs in use and which executable is using it. Search for the DLL in the log.txt and scroll up until the double line. The executable name locking the DLL will be above the double line. If you have the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator Service running on the client, it will lock Oracle DLLs. This has been a common issue in the past, going back to the days of Data Mart Suite. This was documented in the Release Notes for it and may still be in the system in a note somewhere. It is in: DMS: Unable To Install; Filesopen/Service Running On Compaq Server Doc ID: Note:1080977.6 and Certain Files which need to be Reinstalled are Being Used Doc ID: Note:117672.1
The first note I wrote back before 2000.

Error while installing Oracle 10g on Fedora Core 1

Error while installing Oracle 10g on Fedora Core 1. After 40% of the Installation is thru, the progress bar is showing 40%, it gives error "Not connected to Oracle" and the installation has to be terminated.
We have tried by using the on-line procedure and changing the required script to make believe it as said.

Are you createing DB also???

Hello,
Are you trying to install SQL Server on a compressed or encrypted drive? SQL Server won’t install on a drive/folder with these attributes.
Are you trying to install SQL Server on a ReFS file system? It is not supported on SQL Server 2012.
Disable any security/antivirus software and download the media again. Mount the media (.ISO file) and try to install again.

When I am installing 'SAP NetWeaver Suite'the below error came, can someone help me out on this below error?
MOS-01011 'C:\usr\sap\BWI\SYS\exe\run/sapstartsrv.exe' returned with '-1'.
The J2EE server is up unrunning @ the installing the Netweaver ABAP Instance I got this error.
For the user BWI it has the Administrator previlages i checked so many time but I am unable to get it.
Please help me out the error.

Database 11gR2 could be used for Installing Application Server 10.1.3.x but with some limitation.
So please review the note:-887365.1 Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2) Certification for Oracle Application Server 10g (10.1.2, 10.1.3, 10.1.4)
