Error when go to portalTemplate endpoint page

Hi all,
After I Install Dreamweaver Extention for Portal. I go to URL: http://my_host:port/portalTemplate/portalTemplate but it show error:
"oracle.portal.webservice.PortalTemplates WebService
Sorry, I don't speak via HTTP GET- you have to use HTTP POST to talk to me.
Servlet Path: /portalTemplate
QueryString Info: null"
I don't know why. Can you help me? Thanks a lot!

I am having this same problem being unable to logon to homepage,
and it is because the install is broken.
If you look in here:
C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\config\log\postDBCreation.log
Find this snippet:
SQL> connect "SYS"/"&&sysPassword" as SYSDBA
ERROR:
ORA-12638: Credential retrieval failed
SQL> create spfile='C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\dbs/spfileXE.ora' FROM pfile='C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\config\scripts\init.ora';
Notice the "/" in the path where it should be "\", because it is wrong in this script:
C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\config\scriptspostDBCreation.sql
And then you have this bad line:
SPFILE='C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\dbs/spfileXE.ora'
in
C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\database\initXE.ora
Would be great if you could manually fix these file separator issues in the middle
of the install by editing the files.
